Location fine for reason of visit but bit of a trek into town centre
Busy Road noise outside window, on hospital route, sirens blue lights

Excellent rooms and very good value.
A bit noisy at the front of the property (road noise).

The communication with the host via What’s app went very smoothly, and host were helpful/friendly. Despite the low price it was clean and cosy, so price worthy. The door code was a good solution.
The kitchen smelled a bit weird, despite otherwise being clean. I think that it could be stated more clearly that the kitchen and washing machine was shared with other guests.

For value, our room was as good as you can get with Premier Inn if not better. Very clean 👌
Outside traffic noise but nothing ear plugs won't fix👍 Would be good to have cooler rooms but not a major issue really.

The room was in good shape and quiet as it was at the back of the building and easy to access being on the ground floor. I was very pleasantly surprised.
The only issue was access to the shower. The sliding door only gave about 0.5m gap to get in and out and the shower base was quite a step up. There was a narrow gap between the shower cubicle and the wall so a better design would have been a floor level base filling the full width of the room with a splash panel one end and curtain at the other or folding door to allow a bigger gap to get in and out, or make it a wet room with just a curtain. That was my only issue with the accommodation, everything else was great.

An ok room to stay in bathroom was reasonable
Parking you had to be quick to find a space close to the building as it’s only street parking available

Location was fantastic. 5 minutes from the train station and easy to find. Very good communication leading up to our arrival and we had no issues accessing the property or room. Room was clean and presentable, and there was complimentary tea, coffee, milk, biscuits etc which we weren't expecting. And also ear plugs were provided which I'm glad about, as the room was on the front so over the road which was very nosy with traffic all the time. However we were expecting it from the reviews and we managed to sleep well regardless. Shower was very good nice and hot. No water pressure issues. Cash machine, grocery shop, takeaway and pub all 2 mins walk away so plenty of everything we could need on our doorstep. Would stay again.
Nosy, not enough milk sachets.

Loved the whole place, very well decorated and calming feeling. Quiet. No sound from other guests and little from road. Comfortable beds and spacious room. Bonus was fully equipped kitchen with fridge storage and unique food I'd system. It was lovely.
It was a bit warm for us, fan in bathroom was loud compared to other noises - ie none. Toilet flush also loud and made odd noise. Outside didn't match inside. Took while to work out how to open windows. Nothing to prevent great stay and would love to stay again

The bed was super super comfy and the room had everything we needed! Good communication from the host and all very easy access.
Sink was alittle small for us but still done the job! And even when it was noisy in the morning we were given ear plugs, bonus in my opinion

The cleanliness and tea and coffee facilities were good. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen facilities were adequate. The linen was clean and overall the building was very tidy.
We booked for two nights and hardly slept at all due to traffic noise outside and inadequate soundproofing. The earplugs were of poor quality and unusable. We would have liked a more personal touch as were were attending a funeral and the lateness of receiving key codes added to the overall stress levels. It would have been nicer if the premises had been manned.

I did not get to go to my room as someone else was already in my flat due to a double booking . Now I’m waiting For a complete refund which has taken over 4 weeks and still waiting as a pensione this is totally unacceptable they left a 75 year old lady with no alternative accomodation and no way of communicating

The property is approx 5 minutes walk from Burton railway station and about the same to a Lidl supermarket. There's a Starbucks and a Burger King approx 150 yards away and is well located for visiting St Georges Park - which was my reason for staying. There is a well equipped kitchen including a dining table, washing facilities plus an iron and ironing board. Be aware there is only on street parking but this was made clear prior to booking. Excellent communication from the company owning the property
Only the parking but as previously stated this is made clear before booking

Bed was soft for my liking.
Noise from next room was audible on the Friday (loud music) but only for 45-60 mins withing rules

Seamless entry and worked very well. Request was granted for a double bed. Room was perfect for what we wanted, had no towels on arrival but this was sorted very quickly and all was good.
Drain cover on the road outside of our room was noisy when it was busy and parking wasn't the best.

well located to town center
bed was a bit too springy other room three had a drain outside which resounded every time a car or lorry went over it all through the night which did not enable much sleep

Room, facilities, cleanliness and contact with the proprietors was excellent. Town centre 10 minutes walk away.
Situated on busy main road with accompanying traffic noise. Room would have benefited with the addition of a chair.
