Location is perfect for the Walton Arts Center. Easy check in and out. Rooms are exceptionally clean. No keys. The Inn and the rooms are secured by key codes. Parking on site is very convenient and free. The parlor I wonderful for visits after the show for discussion. No breakfast is served but the kitchen is stocked with yogurt, juice, and water, etc. and coffee is ready at 7:00.

There isn't breakfast. They have muffins and bagels in a refrigerator, fruit on the table and self serve coffee. It wasn't the food that was great, it's the location. It's quaint and right in the middle of Dickson- a hot spot street, super walkable, with lots of restaurants and bars. You can walk to campus, as well. It's a hike, but not bad if it's not hot or raining.
There is noise from the bar that is connected to the property, that goes till late. I requested a room with a balcony, which I got, but unfortunatley it was right over the bar, so it was loud. You can hear other bars as well- it's a college town, and to be expected, but it definitely disrupts sleep. But I would not let it keep me from staying here again. We were in room 5. Both 4 and 5 are right above the bar. Can't speak to the other rooms, and noise level. Parking is tight. There is an overflow lot that we had to park in, right behind the building. Not a big deal, except one time all the spaces were full in both places.

Everything about it.
The pillows.

Location and amenities. Comfy bed, working TV with cable, and walking distance to bars and restaurants as well as the Walton Arts Center.
Overall great stay. If I had to give honest feedback, it got cold. Even though I set the temperature remote well into the 70s, I couldn’t feel it. I could hear street noise as well - for me that’s not an issue and it’s probably beyond your control. I would imagine that it probably wouldn’t appeal to families with kids though- for me it was fine though.

Location, cleanliness.
Nothing - it was great!

Perfectly walkable and easy to come and go. Balcony gave great views and a relaxing space outside of our room

The room was great - we had a balcony and could sit out and people watch. We love staying here - it’s a perfect location for restaurants and bars.
I like the self check in too. Clear instructions and easy to get in.
Nothing - it was great.

It was reasonably priced and very well-located on Dickson Street. It is a lovely inn with roomy accommodations.

The location was perfect for walking to everything we needed. Staff were super responsive when I lost my message with entrance codes and needed to access overflow parking. We love the historic building.
Probably better communication about which (if any) rooms are accessible without stairs would be useful.

Cute and clean comfy bed
So loud and no parking. We came back from dinner and waited in the parking lot for someone to leave for an hour. So loud with all of the bars staying open late

It was a beautiful older home with a lot of character! It had modern amenities but with the classic charm of an older home. It was located on Dickson so it was walking distance from many restaurants and bars.
I wish I knew that the bar next to the house had an outdoor area, and that it was on the same property really. This meant that people were partying outside our bedroom window till the wee hours of the night. If I knew in advance it was that close I may have stayed elsewhere.

Perfect location for being close to the university. very clean and unique. Really liked the outside entrance to the room- very private. Will definitely stay here again.

I loved everything about the Dickson Street Inn! It is tucked back on a corner and surprisingly, the music and sounds from Dickson Street did not keep me awake- but they do offer fans and ear plugs if you need them. I had a lovely second story triple room and I enjoyed being there so much that I didn’t even do the shopping that I intended to do while in Fayetteville! I just enjoyed the experience. The soaking tub in the room was one of my favorite things! I believe I spent at least an hour in it!
Everything was great!

We were able to check in an hour early.
Site staff verbally walked us to our room and through the coded doors.
No conditioner. The conditioning shampoo just didn't do it for me.

Quaint old home remodeled to ten rooms. I was on the ground floor and only slightly heard footsteps above…not a bother. It’s probably on one of the busiest streets in Fayetteville (on Friday and Saturday, no less) yet with a bit of ambient noise I really couldn’t hear the college kids. There’s a great community kitchen and sitting areas inside and out on a covered deck. The staff was friendly and helpful. I truly recommend.
