Ambiente familiare, accogliente, pulito. A pochi minuti dal PalaPartenope.
Nulla di particolare.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. 24 hours reception and the room service every day. Also the breakfast was very nice served by very sweet and nice italian lady ❤️
Old authentic Italian style hotel.
Bit noisy during early morning hours because of the traffic.

Location

Location was close to the stadium
Very rude staff, we ordered a taxi and the man on the reception did not let us wait inside, the worst breakfast I’ve seen, only sweet food, if you have high blood sugar, you’ll have absolutely nothing to eat, very dirty room with awful smell, absolutely NOT recommend

Very friendly stuff, 24 hours reception and good breakfast. Easy conversations at the reception and tutto bene. :)

A lovely old fashioned hotel at very good prices, very rare in Italy these days. Very hospitable, very quiet, away from the bustle of central Naples but a short trip on the train nearby

people are very, extremely kind

Nice staff, good location if visiting for the theater or concert
Bed and pillow not comfortable

The place was really good connected with transport and metro. Supermarkets, cinema, shops around the area. Good room temperature, no noise super quiet and relaxing hotel.
Unfortunately the place was a little bit old and slightly smelly.
The shower wasn't that clean was a lot of limestone a little bit rust too. The first night when I had a shower, the towel was already bit dirty, the receptionist changed it immediately. Apologies too.
The breakfast for us as vegans was a bit poor.

Beautiful hotel with antique decor. The room was nice and clean. The bed was very comfortable.
Breakfast was included and I enjoyed it. It was a continental breakfast buffet with an excellent choice of breakfast options. The breakfast room had a restaurant feel to it. It was very nice.
The staff were friendly and helpful.
The location is great. You'll need to get the train, which is around 40 minutes from Centrale and is a 10 minute walk afterwards, but it is worth it.
I really enjoyed my stay. I would most definitely stay there again, and I recommend this hotel to everyone.

The staff were so lovely and very helpful with all of our requests. The hotel itself has a nice atmosphere, a great breakfast, and is down the road from some of the best pizza we've had in Italy (Diego Vitigliano Pizzeria).
The hotel is a little far out from the city centre of Naples (however, this was our fault for not checking properly!)

not well
everything in side the room. not working AC
4.5
Room was bigger than I expected and got a room with a balcony. Staff didnt speak a lot of english, but knew everything needed and was helpful at all times. Decor was surprising at first, but it is cute and different and most of all works. For the area lighter sleepers should bring earplugs with them. Over all the entire city isnt very magical and that hotel felt very safe place to go and we were happy.
Water system bit noisy in bathroom, but I didnt go to ask about it either because we were using hotel only for sleeping.

Good hotel.Far from the historical center, but near to metro station! Clean rooms ,clean bathroom,
Great coffee in the morning, excellent breakfast!!.The owners are very kind and helpful!! Many thanks to Francesco and his parents for the help and advices for my problem( I got robbed on a train to Sorrento! Be careful, when on trains!)
No fridge in the room

I only like the reception staff.
Travel many years, I first time to complain!
WIFI SLOW,
ROOM WATER LEAKAGE
FAR AWAY FROM CENTER.
NO ELEVATOR( building look big. But, inside hardware so pity)
I DO NOT RECOMMAND FOR
TOURISTS.

Breakfast was pretty good. Friendly staff especially the lady who was serving breakfast. Very helpful, very friendly.
I could hear the siphon water flowing all the time.
3.5
Very friendly and helpful staff.
Hotel itself and rooms have an old vibe, pretty nice place to stay.
Breakfast could have more options, all food available seemed to have been sweet pastry. Limited choice if you come down for you breakfast at later times. Nevertheless all quite tasty.
4.5
Very friendly staff, their family has owned the hotel for decades. They offer the possibility late check-in (I arrived close to midnight). They also helped solving a misunderstanding with the payment method.
Location close to Cumana train station and bus stop, easy connection with the metro and the city center.
Vintage layout and atmosphere. Very comfortable bed.
Delicious breakfast!
Only minor details, e.g. the hair dryer was repaired with tape and there are very few power sockets: to charge my phone I had to disconnect the bedside lamp and there were no sockets for a laptop close to the desk

The staff were very friendly. The price is great and safe place to stay . Very easy to reach to city center by train.
There were no slippers and face towels in the room. And the decoration is very old. They need some modern decoration
4.6
The breakfast was interesting, we got a kettle of water to make tea each morning which was nice as you don't get tea in Italy. The Hotel was very old fashioned - but then I chose it knowing that. They looked after us well and were very charming.
Is was a long way from the centre (which we thought would be very noise), and with a week long rover ticket for the trains it was easy to get wherever we wanted to go.
The water-works for the bathroom of the room next door was very loud, but that room was only used twice in the week. We had to go downstairs to use the internet - but then I suppose I knew that when I booked; The lounge downstairs was comfy and had fast internet.
