It is a somewhat long and very windy narrow road, but it’s because the cabins located all the way top of the peak with incredible views. Truly spectacular experience with that view.

We enjoyed our stay in this cabin! The drive up to the house is a bit steep, so just be prepared for that. The communication was very quick and smooth. We had two minor hiccups during our stay, but they were taken care of very quickly, which we very much appreciated. The views from this home are stunning!

We were mesmerized when entering the doorway! Our young grandchildren absolutely loved the house and the facilities that were easily accessible. The entire home was clean and was so well stocked that we prepared breakfast and dinner instead of going out to eat which ended up just making it more special for everyone especially the kids so that they could sit together with grandparents and great grandparents!! We have already decided that we all want to come back to this home or properties that is owned by this company because everything was so easy to make this a great family vacation memory. We lost our son to an aneurism 5 years ago and have tried to take our grandchildren every year at Christmas on a small vacation with both sets of great grandparents and this vacation home was perfect! EVERYONE cheered as to how comfortable all the beds were and we were able to all set down and enjoy family meals together. Words cant describe how thankful we are to get to do this with out two grandchildren and this home was so perfect that both grandchildren wanted to stay longer just in the home so thank you for providing a much needed peaceful vacation getaway!

Most importantly, They respect your privacy

Property was very nice with four master suites. Next time I’ll rent a larger cabin, but this was a last minute rental thing for me. Beautiful view from the balconies of sunrises.

The refrigerator freezer was not working well. You couldn't open the freezer drawer. The A/C was not working until the A/C guy came to fix it. The TVs cable did not work downstairs, the chairs outside was damaged. Minor problems but I hope the owner will repair it.

The property was just as described. The views are unbelievable!! The house is beautiful with lots of room for everyone to spread out. The boys (14, 16 and 21) loved the pool table and movie area. The bedrooms are fabulous with the most amazing views. We ate dinner on the top balcony around the fire table every night and no one wanted to leave! I highly recommend using smoky mountain groceries for grocery pick up. They had all of our groceries put away before we arrived. The kitchen is very well stocked and organized. I would definitely come back!

Great views and good place for 4 couples to have privacy and fun areas to be together.

This house was beautiful and has amazing views! We even saw bears below us from the deck. (When they say lock up your trash they mean it)
It is a little stark as far as anything stocked for you basics-wise so be prepared to bring foil, plastic bags, oil, cooking spray, etc. The bar downstairs has spots for glasses etc but there aren’t any so you’ll have to take them down and wash often. Or bring your own plastic glassware. Other than that it was great to have the table on the deck to eat outside and have enough chairs for all 8 of us. Beautiful sunrises and vistas for miles. Bedrooms were large and also have the same great view. We played games and relaxed at the house a couple nights. Would def recommend.

All good as advertised.
FYI there are a couple of raised wood on the upper terrace that we stumbled few time and could be a source of an accident for future renters.
We had a great time although scary drive up and down but it was worth it.

We enjoyed our stay at this cabin and will be back! Great location--Easy access to both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Kitchen was fully stocked, all appliances and systems in the home worked perfectly. Everything was clean and labeled. Fabulous outdoor space w/ the best views. Prop Mgr was attentive when I reached out after check-in and responded very quickly. Check In/Out was seamless. Everything described in Listing and emails after booking was accurate and helpful!

Overall the house was not bad. Had a wonderful view. House was clean. The craftsmanship of house was poorly handled. Faucets in bathroom not secured, would turn when in use. The lower bedroom bathtub not secured to floor, along with the bathtub faucet was loose and not secured at all. There are markings along the wall downstairs from chairs rubbing, chalk markings on wall by pool stick holder. Least can do is touch up those areas. Both the upstairs and downstairs patio doors had major paint wear etc . Could least touch up the paint. . There was one chair by the poker table that had a cracked leg and the wheel would come off. One night had a major rain/wind storm come through. Following morning found lower floor had a leak by shuffleboard area. The lower bedroom bathroom window had a leak through window frame. These were small leaks but I'm sure this was reported before and not addressed. The ice maker never worked, was stated was replaced but still never really made any ice. In all the years we have been there, we always booked with heaven cabin's and this house for what was paid was not up to standards. Was disappointed in the events and things found during our stay. I would hope these would be addressed so the next group can at least have a enjoyable stay.

The views were fantastic from every room. We loved how the floorplan and room layouts made everybody feel like they equally got what they paid for. With everything inside the cabin we had absolutely no reason to leave. The only thing we were disappointed about was the fact that we had to leave, but hey time flies when you're having fun!

After months of searching for the perfect cabin, we landed on this one. I was leary right up until we walked in the door. This location is beautiful. The kitchen is well stocked. Be prepared for the winding road but it is worth the drive. The cabin was quiet we could not hear anything from the others staying in the other rooms or outside. It was very windy while we were there so we were unable to enjoy the outside amenities but there's nothing that could be done about that.

When we walked in, we knew this one was special. With windows covering the back walls - upstairs and down - you were always in eye contact with the mountains. Perfect seating, perfect kitchen, perfect game room, perfect movie area. Seriously - we couldn’t have picked a better chalet to stay at.

We are so happy we reserved this cabin for our family vacation. We had a total of 6. Mom & dad and 4 in their 20s. Everyone and I do mean everyone was impressed with this cabin. It had everything we’d hoped for and more. Great location, beautiful view, clean, well equipped kitchen and a game room area that us entertained! It offered something for each of us individually and also as a group which was a huge bonus.
Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge were both quickly accessible.
Communication regarding reservations, check in/out process and usage of the cabin were excellent!
We had a great time on our vacay and this cabin was a huge part of it! Highly recommend!

Great vacation, cabin is just as described and very nice. Twenty plus years of staying in Gatlinburg area and this is the nicest cabin we've ever stayed at. Ten minutes to downtown Gatlinburg or fifteen minutes to Pigeon Forge yet high up with great views. Best way to cabin for us was from Gatlinburg welcome center on parkway using Wiley Oakley Dr., really only one bad turn at a forty-five-degree angle up right before you get to cabin. Plenty of parking for at least four vehicles, everything you need to cook is provided and we were left with a surprise gift of aluminum pans and things(nice touch). The old saying "you get what you pay for" is true here.
10.0 / 10.0
This cabin was well laid out to give 3 generations space to play, relax alone or with the family. All amenities were furnished. Especially enjoyed the cushioned seating around the downstairs firepit. The road up the mountain is winding and narrow but typical if you want mountain scenery. The cabin sits on a private 1 lane drive shared with about 10 cabins, but pull offs/driveways allow passing. Being off the main road it is very quite. There where construction going on but none started before 8am and all finish around 4pm so it wasn't an issue with us as we were up enjoying the sunrise over Mt Leconte each morning.

Absolutely amazing views! The open floor plan made it so nice and easy for our family to visit. The basement was filled with games so that our adult children could stay up late and have a good time. We enjoyed eating breakfast on the beautiful balcony overlooking the mountains. Breathtaking!

We had a wonderful family stay at Looking into Heaven. As others have mentioned, the road up the mountain and to the cabin is narrow and winding. The cabin has everything that you could ever want. The kitchen was stocked well and the furnishings were very comfortable. We did see a mama bear and her 4 cubs a few times during the week. The views were spectacular from both decks.!

I've gone to Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge multiple times and this was the best view I've ever had. It's truly in Heaven! We had a great time and the host was very responsive when we needed something. We would love to stay here again!

It was a great experience. I can see how it got it’s name Looking into Heaven. It exceeded our expectations and we would definitely make a return trip.

The spacious layout was perfect for our family vacation. Every couple had their own bathroom, a huge issue for larger groups. Plenty of towels (at least 4 per bathroom) and blow dryer for each bathroom. All bedrooms had comfy king size beds, 4 pillows, and blackout curtains for those who want to sleep in. There are also 2 chairs in each bedroom so you can enjoy a bit of private time with morning coffee or afternoon cocktails while gazing at the mountains through the floor to ceiling windows. The kitchen table seats 8 so everyone could sit together for meals. The metal chairs are a bit uncomfortable and could use seat cushions. There are also 3 counter height barstools for overflow seating if needed. The kitchen was very well equipped with plenty of plates, bowls, silverware, pots/pans and serving dishes for group meals. It even had items you don’t find in other rentals like portable mixer, measuring cups/spoons, griddle, crockpot, bakeware, blender, several spices and lots of serving spoons and spatulas. 2 decks offered great relaxation spaces including a hot tub and cushioned patio set with fire place table. The outdoor bistro table (with fire) seats 8 and we ate several meals there. The grill was clean and is hooked directly to main gas line so no worries about running low. The washer/dryer is a huge convenience and the rental had a vacuum cleaner and broom. The game room was great with pool table, foos-ball, tabletop shuffleboard and poker table for board games. We didn’t use the home theater but it looks like a nice place for a family movie night. The wet bar in the game room had 2 small refrigerators which allowed us to store extra beverages so we didn’t need to go upstairs for them. The owner provided a comprehensive binder with instructions and helpful information about the unit. The check-in and check-out process is very well explained and we appreciated the key pad on the door so we didn’t need to keep track of keys for those who wanted to go on separate outings. There are 4 trash bins outside that are enclosed in a cage to keep the bears out. We saw bears and cubs in the neighborhood every day. The flat parking offered plenty of space for 3 cars with enough room to maneuver around. The drive up the mountain is a bit scary with a few narrow spots, hairpin turns, and one very steep hill; but we did get used to it after a couple trips up and down. We really loved this rental and wouldn’t hesitate to book it again.
