Lovely little hideaway in a central location

Had everything we needed in a great location! Lovely decor aswell

The downstairs TV didn't work. Also didn't see the need to go to all the way to 'collect the keys' just to be told it's a key code which could have been emailed to us

A nice central location and a decent option for warmer months.

Location was excellent.

Lack of effective heating meant it was very cold inside when the weather was cold outside.

Not good and still waiting for my £100 deposit to be returned after a month when l was told that it would be 7/10 da

The location was very good

The apartment was dirty and not very modern the kitchen tap was spinning around and the hall carpet’s were stained and very dirty. The cleaning standards were poor and there was lots of thick dust on the wooden blinds and the surfaces. The wooden floor in the lounge was also very dirty.

Fantastic Quirky Property settled within the bustling Barbican in Plymouth. Definatly worth a stay.

The Property as a hole is fantastic it comes with everything you could need and more. space to accomadate 4 as advertised. Very clean and Quirky Property with fantastic surroundings so close the the bustling Barbican a hub of entertainment and lovely local shops.

Nothing to major to report hear as nothing spoilet our stay however basic notification on the advert would make for better choices as the never ending stairwell to the 3rd floor accomidation and the Witches Staircase leading to the Bedroom could be challenging for some people however it does bring character to the property to which i would not change. only other things that let the property down was the attention to detail and repairs when there is a security deposit payable on arrival i would have expected the property to be in a better state as we identified numerouse issues on arrival that we had noticed but chose to to report as nothing hampered our stay in any way...

Comfortable stay, good location, awful customer service causing 2-hour check-in delay & no internet

The property itself was comfortable and the location is good.

Check in process was unclear. We received an email with the property address however, only to be told we had to drive elsewhere to check-in. Once arrived at the check-in building, we were made to wait 2 hours as the person was busy checking other guests in at a different complex, chaos! Further, the information file at the apartment was outdated hence couldn't connect to the wifi router (office had closed by the time we settled down).

was very close to barbacan but out of the way enough to miss the hustle and bustle

they charged me for a bath matt that wasn’t in the room when i got there! £13!!!

Great location

The location is great and the apartment is well finished. Access was easy and communication was good.

We felt that the cleanliness of the apartment was below what you would expect. We requested that the double bed be changed again as we found there were hairs in the bed. Also, our stay was in December and the duvets on the two single beds were summer duvets (4.5 tog), and as such we were cold at night time. We also would have liked to see condiments provided, salt, pepper, cooking oil etc... Not a deal breaker admittedly, however it would save you having to go out and purchase these when you are catering for yourselves.

was cosy and sweet and clean.

the stairs up to the bedroom weren’t too big but steep. they were fine for us but could see that being a problem to others.

Disappointed in lack of consideration for travelling guests they couldn't supply basic toiletries

The location is great

The bed mattress felt like it had no support and the bed quilt cover was not on properly, quilt hanging out of the cover at end of bed, one pillow case inside out and the other pillows not enclosed properly with case. There was no sml bottles of toiletries which caught us off guard and a soap dispensar supplied only in one bathroom had a tiny tiny amount at the bottom of the bottle. We did not realise the apartment did not supply any teabags / coffee/ milk. I have never experienced this at any accomodation I've stayed in before.

Very good

Ideal location. The flat was clean and well maintained although the stairs to the bedroom are a bit steep and tricky.

The flat is up three flights of stairs on the top floor of the building so it was a pain to take the dog out.

Lovely stay and incredible location.

Location was perfect. Beds pillows and linen where lovely. Very cute place. The stairs could be quiet tricky for less abled persons.

Great location

Great location,easy access to all local amenities.

Very steep stairs up to bedroom so not suitable for lots of people,Shower was rubbish,took so long to wash hair.mould on walls in bedroom,place was smelly and was quite overwhelming at times,had to buy airfresheners.

Fantastic location and a great value stay!!!

The location is fantastic! In the centre of the old area and next to pubs, restaurants and the all important fish and chip shops with lots of handy shops nearby. Parking is just down the road with all day priced at around £8.10 via RingGo. We have 2 labs and the location affords the ability to take them onto the grassed areas around the location just down the road adjacent to the long stay car park.

Please be aware, the layout of the flat and it’s location are fantastic. However, the stairs are very steep and not suitable for anyone who can’t climb a steep staircase!

Had a great time, kids loved it

Location was great, good value for money

The only thing is the stairs are very steep and narrow and I had to help both my 7 year old and 3year old, we were glad we didn't have a baby to carry up there.

Overall happy, but some uncomfortable moments

Fantastic location, lovely space. The bedroom is nice and cosy, comfortable.

Being on the 3rd floor was difficult, especially with a little dog who had to be carried. The small narrow stairs leading up to the attic bedroom aren’t the best, and a dog can’t use them (must carry). It was cold but heaters are provided.

Good property spoiled by broken heating.

The Duplex was well furnished, decor modern and the beds were very comfy.

Very poor heating. Lounge and bedroom have electric radiators. Neither worked. One small portable heater in the house. Nothing like enough to heat the property when it’s sub zero outside. Shower blocked. Emailed customer services. Was told someone would call round to fix. No one did.

It was okay.

The location was excellent and perfect for us.

When we arrived the apartment had only been half cleaned with the floors being dirty, rubbish still being in the bins from the previous guests which smelled and also a pair of earring left on the bedside cabinet. We did report it and they put it right the following morning but it really put a negative feel on our stay. We also had to get up early to leave the property the first morning for them to put it right. It all turned out okay in the end but not impressed. We had stayed in the apartment along the corridor earlier in the year and had a much better experience.
