Open space, clean and modern.
Nothing we didn’t like, met all of our standards. Maybe some baking trays would be handy :)

Property was amazing, lovely and clean and warm.
Staff were fantastic very helpful, breakfast was great but you have to go to another place to have it, not a problem for us but if you have kids and elderly it’s a little walk
Nothing it was perfect

When we arrived the first property hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned. You might think this would lead to a bad review however the customer service we received from out of hours staff was exceptional. We were moved and transported in the staffs own car. Really took the stress off what had been a horrible journey from Sweden. Can’t rate customer service highly enough.
Even though we stayed in a much better location the first property was also high quality and would have been everything we needed.

Location was fine and smooth check in, property is well renovated, clean bed linen, there is an elevator
Extremely dirty floor. I understand it’s the UK standard to walk in shoes, but I still expect the floor to be clean when new guests arrived. It ruined our stay as we were traveling with a crawling baby, so instead of enjoying apartment we had permanently hold a baby. I was not able to clean the floor by myself as it was so dirty that required extensive cleaning with strong washing liquid. Communication with staff takes too long so it was not really possible to request proper cleaning (and honestly I doubt the carpet can be cleaned within one day to be dry)
When we just came I did not notice and put a baby on the floor and in ten minutes he had his knees and hands all black and oily!! Awful.
Accommodation is not really suitable for long stays, created for short term rent, it looks really nice, but some things are done just to shine: door handles are super inconvenient, too big to be safe, so we hit fingers a lot.
To sum up, I would not stay here again

Amazing property, super surprised at the size of the rooms and accommodation.
Some things could improve, more of the maintenance aspect, but overall can’t complain.

Spacious and well appointed as long as you didn't want to cook.
Little bits I had to clean ie something had been spilt on the sofa, crumbs on the floor and a bit of black mildew in the shower.

Please be wary of staying here. You have to pay £150 deposit on arrival which they are refusing to refund me on a false accusation. They also tried to charge £46 for additional linen when we did not order this.

The apartment was cleaned.
It is in good area and walking distance from city center.
The suite is not suitable for families with babies and with buggy. Lift is not big enough.
We checked in half an hour early and we still had to pay £10 extra even though the apartment was ready and there were people working in the office. Also we got deducted £3 from the deposit for management fee although we already paid for the room through booking.com so I am not entirely sure how many fee we ended up paying.
Our main key apparently was broken and therefore we could only get in the apartment from the lift ( with kids and buggy was a difficult task) and we were told about this after making all those "extra payments". Not great customer service.

Location was great, a short walk up the road and you find yourself at the iconic Hoe, city centre was a short walk in the other direction. The apartment was kitted out well.
I expected to be met at the property but instead had to walk to a separate reception location to collect the keys/door code.
A few of the fixtures and fitting were showing wear and tear: the en suite bathroom units were tatty and vinyl flooring lifting, several of the floor tiles in the main bathroom were cracked, the under counter led light strips were coming away from the counter, decorative finish on window frames and skirtings were peeling and generally could do with touching up in a few places. The wireless internet transmitter was hanging from its ethernet cable in the hallway, the double-sided tape having given up its adhesive qualities. These are all just small things but noticeable for a £250 per night apartment.

modern decor, very clean and luxurious.
The feet on the sofas. During our stay we all managed to hurt ourselves. My husband caught his toe and we believe it to be broken. There is a smallish gap to get past the sofa to the dining table and the foot of the sofa sticks out a lot further than you would expect. It is a hazard.

Pub next door. If you had Windows open at night there was lots of shouting etc at kicking out time. And glass all over pavement in the morning.
