Location is amazing, everything is pretty much a few mins walk from your doorstep! The rooms are amazing, felt like being at home. Very clean, everything seemed new. Staff was on the ball whenever we needed help.
Bit annoying to have to get help to check-in when the online system wouldn't recognize my Canadian ID after multiple tries, though staff was very quick to respond. Our shower door fell off but again staff was quick and offered a simple solution.

Great location. Room was large and comfortable. Kitchen and in-room laundry facilities were excellent.

rooms require heavier curtains to block out the street lights that sit just outside your bedroom window.

Walking distance to downtown and Riverwalk, including Tidal Bore Park. Funky, cool room design. All necessary facilities and clean.
There are several entrances to the hotel, plus a door to the offices, all of them very small and hard to locate. No elevator.

Location is great. Room is amazing especially with the washing machine in the room.
No elevator

So very clean and modern facilities.
The curtains allowed a great deal of light to come in at night. If they were thick and dark it would allow for a better night's sleep.

Location was perfect, small but everything was comfy and up to date. Small kitchen with all. Would recommend. Centrally located, parking.
I dont see anything for now.

In room washer/dryer. Coffee making machine and well equiped kitchen. Central location.
Thicker curtains would enable street light to be shut out.

loved the location and the layout of the room.
the beds were not comfortable and the curtains wernt dark enough so the lights from downtown at nighttime as well as the sun in the morning lit the room up.
4.5
Nice style, modern industrial comfortable atmosphere. Very clean.
Not possible to get the room dark. Small room for the toilet.

very nice loft, recently renovated and fully equipped, centrally located and easy to access, parking available on site
tends to be a bit noisy and during the night could use some blinds for privacy

I had always wanted to stay at the hotel and I finally got the chance. I love old buildings and I especially love brick walls. I liked the fact that the check-in and check-out was done electronically with no contact. Sometimes, you just don’t want to deal with other people. Especially when it was such a hot day and I get a bit cranky on hot days. ;-)
it’s was a bit cramped in the room but that’s the beauty of an old building and the hotel. Otherwise, I have no complaints. I had a pleasant stay. It’s very cool that the hotel is in a historical building where there used to be a bank and a French newspaper.

Such a cute little apartment! Could live there! So clean!
Noise on the street expected so not an issue. Light curtains as mentioned before so you wake early.

Shortly after I book this place I started receiving emails I was too late to cancel so I had to comply with this ridiculousness. I had to go online give an online signature and take pictures of government ID. I didn’t know how to do this. When I figured it out there was no confirmation that it was done properly. I continue getting more stupid emails. By the time I checked out I received 12 emails what nonsense. I continued getting emails when I was checking out still asking me for government ID.

I liked how cute the loft was. It was so charming & welcoming. Also, the fact that it is located downtown was amazing. Loved my stay. Will be back for sure. Hopefully soon;)
Overall the place was basically clean but I had to remove hair from the shower drain. I was a little disappointed with that. The bathroom counter was a bit dirty and there was dust at some places in the loft. But like I said OVERALL it was great.

fits description, very clean and nice
a tile on the bathroom floor is loose, the shower door doesn’t fully close and slides open by itself

On the downtown strip. In walking distance to grocery store, chocolate river, and many restaurants.
Kitchen could use just a few condiments for guests. When doing short trips but wanting to cook it’s hard to justify buying whole things of oil, butter or ketchup etc. Just a thought! No pressure.

The original brick walls. The amenities. and the shower was amazing!
The curtains aren't blackout so you could see the street lights .
