location excellent. Very accessible (incl for less mobile) for NEC and nearby restaurants. Fab nights sleep (best at a hotel for a while). Good showers. Comfy bed and pillows. Automatic night light when you put your feet to floor. Surprisingly quiet location given how near it is to airport. Great breakfast.

how big our room was but i think that was because we were put into a disabled room but im not complaining as the space we had to get ready was great and nothing to fault, wouldn’t mind staying there again

wish we could of checked in earlier as i put ina request but it wasn’t expected so we had to sit outside for about 5 hours and wait for the room to be ready

The atmosphere was very laid back. I came with my 17 year old daughter and we felt very comfortable. Rooms were modern. Good choice for breakfast.

It was very clean, friendly staff and a lovely atmosphere. Stayed there with my partner after a show at the NEC and it was very easy to get to and book in.

Breakfast felt a bit chaotic at times as the food area is a small space. Not a big deal though.

Perfect for NEC and Resorts World

The only downside was the room was too hot overnight and we needed to open the window and have the freestanding fan on through the night.

The location is perfect, next door to the NEC and restaurants and leisure areas nearby.

The room was far to hot, told to open a window, that then let in the noise from outside.

Excellent location for The Boat Show and local restaurants. Will return in future.

we thought the breakfast was great with lots of choice for both of us. The bed and breakfast rate is very good compared with the breakfast price of £15 pp which we liked. The bed was super comfy and it was hard getting up in the morning. it was a great location for Resorts world and we would use it again if we went to another event

our door card did not work in the magical lift but this was fixed by the person on the front desk in a couple of minutes

Amazing location when using the NEC, nice breakfast.

There is something seriously structurally wrong with this building. This is my third and sadly my last stay at MOXY, as the rooms are baking hot. The aircon also only blows out hot air. Even when having left the window open most of the day, the room is too hot to sleep in. I would have liked to stay here again but I have given feed back on the rooms on every visit and nothing changes. It is just not worth jeopardising productivity on a work trip due to poor sleep. Due to sweating through the night in a sweltering hot room.

Everything! From the booking of the hotel, to arriving and being greeted with a smile, being given an amazing room on the top floor over looking the lake. Once in the room it was really quiet, we were even able to have an afternoon nap before going to the arena after late lunch, which is literally a five minute walk from the hotel. We were able to check in earlier which was a great bonus, otherwise we could have dropped our bags and checked back in later. The parking for the hotel is in its own area of E5 carpark where you aquire a yellow disc and activate it at the hotel to receive discount off your parking. On leaving the carpark you cross over the road, a short walk around the lake and you arrive at reception. Resorts world food restaurants and shopping are very close by and easy to book into. The lounge and dining area of the hotel is very modern and colourful with plenty of places to sit and relax. The bedroom is well laid out and the bathroom/shower room is ample size with a good size shower cubicle. (no bath). Breakfast the next day was amazing! A fantastic array of pastries, fresh fruits, yoghurts, breads, jams, spreads, cheeses, full English buffet, cereals, tea, coffee, and juices. With no limit to how much you wanted to eat. Check out was easy, just pop your door card in a box at the bar and off you go. Staff were very friendly, always busy clearing away glasses etc, cleaning and just making sure you have a good time. Will definitely book there again and will be recommending it to family and friends.

Location is superb for NEC. Staff were exceptional. Decor was funky Immaculately clean Food was great.

No room service - would be nice to have dinner in our room and extra drinks after we retired to our room. No phone in room for service issues to reception unless you call from your own phone to the hotel number.

Funky! The staff were all great, they all went that extra mile and Marriott Hotels should be proud of these guys.

It wasn’t made clear you have to pay a deposit for hotel insurance. It was in the small print which was hard to spot. In addition you don’t get deposit back straight away, you have to wait till bank to release it back to you

Non c’è ne armadio ne cassetti. Per me che ho soggiornato per una settimana è stato complicato. La camera per due volte non è stata pulita. Poi durante la cena è stata pulita. La mattina per colazione non c’era ne burro ne marmellata. Lo staff ci ha detto che causa troppi ospiti erano venuti a mancare.
