I would not stay here again

Location

While this apartment looks good it has several basic things wrong. There was no main lights working in the Master bedroom There was no blind in the window in the Master bedroom and only a torn curtain. Light came in at dawn There were essentially no equipment in the kitchen. There was one spoon. One small frying pan and large pot. Lights not working properly in kitchen. I reported the problems and while a polite guy came round I was told that it was extremely difficult to get workmen, therefore it didn't get fixed

Really nice accommodation with some issues

It is absolutely amazing place to stay in. You can find everything what you need in the flat, which is huge and very comfortable. To have two separate bathroom and extra toilet was amazing and whirlpool and sauna (didn’t use) is big plus. Place is right in the centre close to everything.

Unfortunately the 🔔 on the tower which is literally opposite is super loud and I was awaken every 15 minutes thanks to that. So for anyone who will enjoy the too bedroom (with very comfortable bed) I strongly suggest earplugs. Flat is beautifully done but there are few issues which I’ve found but two were pretty important: 1/ the pillows on the top floor bedroom have had stains 2/ there is only one key in total which is for gate, door to the house and also to our apartment (apartment has 3 entrances). As we accidentally went to the other flat below us and couldn’t get in we have noticed that those two flats must have same key for gate and door to the house but the other flat has different key from flat itself…which seems like anyone who stays in there could get into our apartment?!

Beautiful and luxurious stay in Brno

Beautiful apartment that is well equipped. It’s tastefully decorated and oozes luxury. Its right in the centre of town close to shops, restaurants, and transport systems. This is the place I only want to stay in when I visit Brno. I highly recommend this place.

Amazing, deluxe apartment in a great location. Perfect for two couples or bunch of friends. Clean and cozy.

Cumbersome check in via 3rd party application. You will have to fill a lot of data for each single person (or scan their IDs).

noisy and unable to sleep because of the quarter hourly town hall clock bell, it’s like a tourtière. No staff on site to help solving problem, no iron, 10 am chock out and no flexibility for extending the check out for one or two hours.

The location of the apartment is perfect. The equipment is also very good. A very intelligent arrangement with the handover of the keys. When you contact the reception, the people are always very friendly and try to sort everything out. The air conditioners in the bedrooms work very well. A fresh air system is installed in the living room. It was also very pleasant that a Nespresso machine with a few coffee cups was ready.

We was here for 14 days, the floor has not been cleaned, towels are always missing and the bed linen hasn’t been changed once’s ☹️ The apartment is nice, even if only 1 bedside lamp works in the upper bedroom and no other light. There is an unpleasant smell from the bathroom. The town hall bells can be heard every hour, the town hall is the direct neighbor across the street. But at night they beat quieter. No English-speaking or German-speaking TV .

It was set up last minute, so I am very grateful that we got to stay here. It's a beautiful apartment in a great location. Everything went smoothly and the whole group had a lovely time.

One of the showers didn't work during our stay. Some of the lights in the hallway seemed to not work. We couldn't turn the fireplace on, but maybe that was just us.

Location wise you can't beat this, nope.

Very spacious apartment across 2 floors and right in the damn middle of brno old town. We suggest going to Super Panda Circus for drinks just a few hundred meters from the apartment - trust us, you won't forget their cocktails.

Lots of little things - no TVs were unconnected, all wifi info was off, no ice cubes in the fridge etc. And if you're not a heavy sleeper you better close the windows of your bedroom, because the church bell is gonna f with your head all night.
