Had a relaxed and comfortable holiday.

The breakfast was very good with a mix of western and local dishes.

The curtains in my room were torn and in need of a change. OTT(Netflix) wasn’t available in spite of repeated efforts by the service engineer.

Awesome property

Location, staff, food are awesome

I didn't like the Bed. Two single beds are combined to make one king size bed. Due to partition in between the cushions, I felt uncomfortable.

It was fantastic stay with family. Enjoyed enjoyed enjoyed !

The location and proximity to the beach. Nice staff and good ambience.

Noting specifically. (In fact during check out time, I had mentioned in the feedback form that 'Check out is not which I didn't like'. It doen't mean that check out was horrible. but what I meant was 'Check out from such a property which I do not like'. Please take in to that sense.

Exceptional

We've stayed in Rockholm for 2 weeks and really enjoyed it The restaurant is so good that we didn't bother to go and eat somewhere else most of the time when we were at the hotel. Besides the regular menu they can also do something on request and all of that is very reasonably priced (compared to most of the European prices for the same quality and service). The breakfast is mainly vegetarian but variety is wide enough and some options are changed every day, we tried something new in different combinations every day. Non-veg breakfast options are always present but limited and some of the breakfast dishes could be spicy The receptionists are very helpful and helped us with the currency exchange, helped to book a scooter (since it was a low season it was hard to find anything working), arranged a reliable transfer to the airport at a good price (compared to an external transfer booking services), they can also help with everything related to tours and other activities We've really enjoyed the pool, even though it's not so big and rather shallow it appeared to be good enough for us. The water, pool itself and surrounding area were very clean. We didn't go to the beach but during the daytime it could be really considered as a private beach as there's always nobody even though the beach itself looks pleasant and clean, at the evening there will be cloud of locals watching the sunset and local kids playing football The room itself was clean, cozy and with enough lighting options. WiFi has proven to be stable and rather fast. And of course the view from the balcony is breathtaking and it's main feature of the hotel for sure The location is also nice, in a very quiet and somewhat secluded area but in just 5 minutes walk to the main beach with all other hotels and restaurants All the staff is very helpful and sincerely friendly

Lovely rooms and delicious food, would return just for these.

Lovely rooms, absolutely delicious food at lunch, dinner, breakfast. Smiling and friendly staff.

No provision to serve soft drinks or refreshments by the pool. There is a spectacular view of the sea but the small "private" beach isn't very attractive and it is complicated to get down there. Nice swimming pool but water was a bit too chlorinated.

Incredible views

Stunning views from the room and private balcony, and from the restaurant and pool area. Beautiful semi-private beach. Everything was immaculately clean and the air-conditioning in the room was super efficient.

It would be great if the pool area had a drinks and/or snack bar. It’s very peaceful and relaxing but we would undoubtedly have spent more time by the pool and on the beach if there had been a way of getting drinks etc.

Amazing views

Struck by the calm and clean appearance of the hotel with an amazing view from the room balcony. The pool is a great bonus and the hotel was v quiet when we stayed so had the pool to ourselves some of the time. Right next to the beach and the food was really good.

Nothing to really criticise,although maybe slightly overpriced but that was ok for a brief stay. The request not to change all the towels after one day was not upheld and it wd be good if rockholm and other hotels tried to be more eco conscious with this

Very tight parking and booking team slightly heavy handed as was charged 15 percent mark up on my credit card. I had to pay twice to get the refund on credit card.

Relaxing stay in beautiful location.

Excellent location, very good swimming pool, good food with wide range of dishes on offer.

Not being given a choice of currency when the advance prepayment was taken which resulted in considerable foreign transaction charges. Other payments were fine, taken in INR.

great location and rooms. Food good. Bit of something missing

Location exceptional. Rooms spacious clean and very comfortable bed.

There is something missing on customer service. Asked to book train tickets they couldn’t. The pool in a morning beds weren’t out and ready at 8 when pool opened. Didn’t see anyone who was the hotel leader felt this person if they existed was missing.

I wish I could have stayed longer.

The hotel has amazing views everywhere you look. Fabulous food, excellent staff. especially Ancy at reception and the operations manager, who both went out of their way to help me secure an extended visa. I could not have been happier here. very sorry to leave. Abhil the yoga instructor was excellent. Rooms are designed well, are luxurious and have everything you need.

Limited selection at breakfast, mainly vegetarian dishes. I had a serious issue when charging devices, charger and cables were damaged and had to purchase new ones.

good location,good behavour of staff,clean,organized good ambience

nice location near the beach,should have spent extra money to get the sea view ,although i don’t see any other difference other than the view.

Restaurant served some uncooked poultry for me ,which ruined my dining experience .good food was the reason i booked here.The food hype is not a realty,because you miss out on the basics.

Superb

The exceptional location. The delicious breakfast. The comfy bed. The wonderful view. The relative seclusion, but very close proximity to the life of Kovalam. The waiters. The great massage.

Unfortunately there was a mess up with our laundry but this didn't detract from the overall experience which was very positive.
