Our stay was great! A group of 9 of us stayed comfortably all weekend. The rooms were spacious, as were the beds, so no one felt cramped sharing. All the bathrooms seemed to work well too. The 3 floors were a lot of climbing with our big suitcases, so maybe wouldn’t be too suitable for older guests but we did fine. The location was great, we walked absolutely everywhere with ease. We would absolutely stay again, thank you!

The property is great with minor issues. Doors were almost impossible to open into the house with continuous rain. Became way too tight. Can't be helped, there was A lot of rain. A few blinds need to be replaced, an easy fix! In one top bedroom, 4 nails are sticking up out of the wood (we didn't have a hammer). In the same bedroom, the carpet needs to be fixed down, its permanently raised in one corner. Grandaughter (teen) fell leaving the bathroom. A great location and an enjoyable family time. Lots of room.

The house is located amid beautiful historical houses and lush scenery. Great place to walk around and shop local businesses. Quiet and serene. Loved Tybee Island especially the beaches. The weather was warmer than what we're used to but the house was nice and cool. Plenty of space for 5 adults and 3 teenagers. The stairs were a bit of a challenge but we made it. We all loved it and the atmosphere. Would love to come back and see more. Definitely worth it!

In general, everything was great. I understand that the house was old but the creeking floors were very annoying to walk on.

I stayed here with some business associates. The house was as advertised and worked quite well for our visit. Pretty conveniently located, would definitely use again.

Lovely trip, the house has everything we needed. Some guests reporting some paranormal activity(all friendly). Overall great trip and stay! Showers and elevator have a bit of a learning curve. And a little late of a check in(wished it was before four without a fee).

We had a beautiful stay at this home, with spacious shared spaces and bedrooms. The property owner responded almost instantly for questions, and checked in preemptively to make sure we knew how to get ahold of them with questions. The home does have a lot of stairs with 3 floors, but otherwise is lovely and accommodated everything we needed.

Location and house are unbeatable for a semi-large group. Hosts were very responsive.

We came to Savannah to celebrate two birthdays! The home was wonderful for the number of people we had. The location was GREAT! We would love to come again!!

This house is beautiful and well maintained! We have no complaints about the physical house itself. The location is ok. It’s about a $15 Uber(after tip) to most places or 30 minute walk.
The issue we had was with our reservations. While made “right” it was still an absolute pain and added stress to a vacation that I wish could have been avoided.
We secured and paid in full for this reservation more than 8 months in advance. We were staying at a different home that was listed by southern belle. The original rental was very close to river and broughton street and that is why we originally rented that home.
Less then 48 hours prior to arriving, I received a text indicating my rental was no longer available and I would have to be refunded or pick between 2 other options. Since there were 7 of us about to leave for our annual girls trip in less than 48 hours, cancelling wasn’t an option. Again the house we chose was beautiful, but it was much farther than what we originally rented. After 4 days of Ubers back and forth for 7 people because of this, that adds up.
Southern belle did refund me $70 due to price change of home and let us check in early, however I asked for this, it wasn’t just offered.
I want to reiterate that our stay was fantastic, the house was beautiful and the rental company was pleasant to work with. It was the added stress of a random cancellation less than 48 hours before the trip with little options and a further away home than original.

Historic row house with high ceilings, comfy beds/linens, comfy living space, great location. Maybe a bit rough around the edges.

The home could not have been better! Very large bedrooms and living room. Each bedroom has a separate bathroom, so with 8 adults this was key. Perfect location, the home was the best VRBO we have ever stayed at!

Residence is on 3 floors. Have to walk up a flight of stairs with luggage to enter the residence before you can access the elevator. Elevator was inconsistent. Living room furniture is very uncomfortable. Bathroom bar soap and shampoo very tiny. One bathroom door handle fell off. Kitchen glasses were a random, unmatched assortment. We only had 5 people and had to contact management company so we could get phone and tv internet connection, which they handled promptly. Outside patio was along an alley and dirty. Convenient location. Fir the price we expected better accommodations

Great location for a girl's trip! Could walk to City Market, Riverwalk, shopping and restaurants. Clean, charming house with lots of character and an elevator!! Had a great time!

We absolutely loved the place. The only minor things were a few maintenance issues which we immediately reported to the owner/property managers. Two doorknobs came off-one interior knob was actually laying on a table when we first entered. A towel bar fell of the wall when we tried to hang a towel. We would definitely recommend this place.

Lots of phone calls and problems after we were told the elevator went to all floors. This was a group of women all over 70. The elevator was not available from ground floor until they made an exception and gave us instructions and a separate key.

Beautiful house with lots of space. The elevator was handy! Our cars were parked the entire stay, able to walk everywhere!

The house was lovely with lots of historical charm. We loved the location as it is within walking distance to everything. The staff were very proactive and responsive.

Overall this property had everything we needed. Its location was walking distance to everything we did. Property Management helped us at check in. Only issue we had was the 1 non suite bathroom had low water pressure and tepid water at best. Everything else was wonderful and we would stay here again.

Phots do not do justice just how large each room in this house was. The location was great and the pool was easy to get to with plenty of parking on nearby streets, or at the beach. Overall highly recommend. Hosts were very quick to respond anytime we needed anything.

Beautiful house in a walkable part of the city. Bathrooms were big and clean, plenty of space and comfortable beds. Hoping to visit again and stay in the same house.

We came to celebrate our sisters 65th birthday. The location was excellent. Very comfortable. I was disappointed that there were not outlets in 3 of the 5 bathrooms. Would have liked to know. Otherwise great experience.

The main house (where we stayed) was spacious and quiet spot for the four women on a friend's getaway together. We each had our own bedroom and bathroom. There were plenty of towels (more than the one per person that was stated in the instructions). The accuracy of the listing that was incorrect was really about towels and laundry. We were specifically told in written instructions that wewould only get one towel per person, but we could do laundry if that wasn't sufficient. I was traveling in a car, so I brought extra towels, both for beach use and for potential shower use. One friend who was travewling by air with a small suitcase had counted on the ability to do laundry for her clothes to last across two trips. Instead, she had to turn her clothes inside out because there is no access to laundry. Other than that one little problem, we had a comfortable stay and would definitely consider this place for futre getaways. It is a little worn out (flickering dim lights, plumbing wobbles in the walls, floor in the powder room looks like pieces of cracked plywood, area rugs curl up and are trip hazards in the bedrooms) but the couch and chairs in the living room are clean and comfortable. The beds , pillows and linens are fantastic, and the air conditioning works beautifully for all three levels. The location within waling district of restaurants, shopping, museums and SCAD is terrific. If you want to go to the beach or use the Tybee Island pool (we did not try out the pool) be advised that it is about a twenty minute drive from this historic district in Savannah. Also, you need to have someone with you strong enough to carry your suitcase up a fire escape style staircase outside if you come in the back after parking, or a steep outdoor stircase in the front of the main house. Once in the house, you have another one or two flights of stairs for the bedrooms. We did not find that to be a problem, but if you think you cannot handle all those stairs, make sure you let the property manager know ahead of time so you can have access to the elevator. The elevator was locked for us because we did not ask (or need) it for our purposes. This is definitely NOT a party house, but a terrific place to stay, eat and sleep for a large group visiting Savannah.

Perfect location to explore Savannah!

Excellent beds, lots of stairs but an elevator connecting the 3 floors. Could accommodate 4 couples. Walked everywhere! The bedroom area rugs could trip someone easily & stairs banister was shaky but could be easily fixed.

This is a great house in a fantastic location. It is as large as the pictures look and though the stairs are a bit creaky, you can't really hear from room to room. I stayed here with 6 others and a great place to stay.
8.0
Nice large house however, the floors are very old and creek loudly with any movement. If 1 person is awake and moving everyone is awake and moving. Mentions a washer and dryer in description but that was only for the bottom unit. Lots of stairs, good exercise but bad if you have bad knees. The elevator didn't work for us. Over all we had a great girls trip! Great location.

Great property, just stingy on the bath linens!

We stayed at this property for a long weekend to celebrate a bachelorette party. The listing is 3 levels and has TONS of space for a larger group. We enjoyed the living space and how large the rooms were. We had a few issues with cleanliness but Southern Belle addressed them quickly and seriously - easy to work with! We would recommend the property for other groups who are looking for a larger space and location that is extremely walkable.

The manor house is very nice. The location beautiful and very close to museums and the river. Remember to keep your doors locked. The garden apartment below us was burglarized while we were there. That was the only downside to the trip!!

We had a great time celebrating my daughters bachelorette in Savannah. The house is HUGE, we all got to sleep in our own beds. I will admit the house can use some TLC. The furniture is outdated, the rugs and old and dingy and the decor is very mish mosh. The location is perfect, within walking distance of everything. Would definitely return in the future if it is updated. I will add, we had a leak under the kitchen sink the first night and the management company was very helpful and had it taken care of first thing the next day.

The house was an ideal location. Everything was like we were told it would be. Really appreciated that it was cleaned.

We LOVED this house. Perfect location in the historic district. We have been coming to Savannah for many years and this is truly our favorite location. She is a beauty-plenty of room for us and everyone got their own bathroom. Definitely would like to book again for next year!

This was a great location in a gorgeous house! Minutes from the water, historic churches and more! The kitchen was very functional and parking was great.

This is a great place and a super location. We were in for our son's wedding at the PerryLane Hotel and it was right around the corner, and near our Rehearsal Dinner and Meet and Greet. Thank heavens for the elevator as it's 3 stories. We had trouble getting into the door upon arrival which was taken care of with a quik call returned by the rental company. Just have to turn the lock further than we were. I would have given it a 5 star but it is showing some wear, but we felt totally comfortable and it was very clean. For anyone else renting this and need more parking there are parking garages a short walk away. They check in with you during your stay and ask if any problems. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay at this property! It was everything as shown online which is always a win! We had an elderly couple with us and the elevator made it so nice and easy. We wouldn’t of been able to do it without the elevator. Plenty of sitting room in family room and kitchen for 8 adults. We had an issue with wifi but called the property manager and they helped fix that in no time! Even sent follow up text that everything was working good! The only little problems with the house was the kitchen door was so hard to open it kept getting stuck it could use some work. The master bedroom on 3rd floor the shower knob needs tightened it was real loose and hard to work. I would highly recommend this property and hope to return one day soon!

We loved this property. We had seven (7) ladies on this trip and had more than enough space. 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms really worked for us all. We truly enjoyed this property.
