Staff was amazing! Great restaurant located within walking distance from cabana. Paula provided exceptional service!
No negatives.

Nature
Towels were filthy and additional bed was a bit worn out not too comfortable.

Staff here were great - very helpful as well as accommodating. Facilities location was a bit out of the the center of town and the accommodations kind of up a sort of steep hill. I really liked this since it gave me a chance to get in a little work out every time we came or went into town. The grounds at the facilities were wonderful with lots of different types of plants growing everywhere. Staff was also very helpful showing us how to navigate the TV controls.
Our wifi had some issues on our first day - there had been a tree down on the router which caused some problems on our first night, but by the second night they had it up and running.

The proximity to the jungle, natural aesthetics, attractions, Etc. Excellent staff & great restaurant.
Water for showering was not hot enough.

The staff cannot be beat. They were beyond accommodating!

We absolutely loved Falling Leaves! Our room was beautiful, spacious, and the bed was super comfortable. We had a refrigerator and a nice patio. The grounds were gorgeous; the staff, especially Christiana and Sedacy were so attentive; and the restaurant had wonderful food, awesome drinks and happy hour! The view from the restaurant is spectacular and FL is next door to Cahal Pesh, which is a must visit Mayan Archeology Site, and a short walk from town. We would definitely come back to Falling Leaves!
It would have been great to have a pool, however, after a full day of visiting Mayan ruins we were so exhausted each night that we didn’t miss the pool. Christiana, the property manager shared that they were in the process of getting their pool approved. Stay tuned for a pool at FL.❤️

We arrived early and the hotel was kind enough to let us into our room at 10am! My favorite thing was the air conditioning was wonderful and it was the first hotel we found in Belize with good AC. The room was large with a double head shower in the bathroom. It’s also right next to the Mayan ruin site which was very nice to visit. The restaurant onsite is delicious.

We loved the look of the thatched cabana and the rainforest feel of the property. We saw agoutis and toucans right on property which was amazing. Breakfast and dinner were great. Staff was wonderful and so kind- we booked for the wrong date and instead of giving us trouble, they upgraded our room type. Wonderful service.
Staying in a thatched cabana was a different kind of experience- we had a scorpion land on us in bed and one landed in the toilet as well. Lots of noises and insect critters in the room throughout the night did make us pretty uncomfortable at points.

I like the staff, they are amazing, kind, and friendly. I also like the food at the restaurant, it was delicious

The room was very spacious and comfortable. Great views of the town and close to the ruins.
We didn't like the location as we needed to get a taxi to and from the main town.. thankfully the hotel staff are willing to give you a lift 🙂

Staff was awesome! The hotel had an upstairs restaurant and the waiter, Eldon, was so great!
A bit of a hike after a day of adventure, make sure you're ready for hills!

The landscape and cabanas were beautiful. Location of facility was right next to ruins.
4.5
Because my room is right under the restaurant, so I can hear lots of stepping sounds above my ceiling, but fortunately you don't have them when sleeping. So it isn't really a bothering stuff

Just what we wanted...great as always.
Nothing...all was great.

staff are amazing!! felt like I was saying with family. I was always welcomed soo warmly and well taken care off. I felt very safe here as a solo traveller. and it’s next door to Cahal Pech (Myan ruins)
it’s a little away from downtown - but it’s peaceful and next door to Cahel Pech

The good was good but overpriced. We had dinner and breakfast at the property and it was fine. I would recommend going into town for food, though.
This property is way overpriced. The rooms are small and have basic amenities. There is no pool and the grounds are small. The tours are also overpriced and tend to be 20-30% more expensive than tours offered at other places.

Lovely hotel on about 20 mins walk from centre of town, it’s downhill to town so take a taxi back - its cheap. Rooms spacious, lovely and well presented. Excellent restaurant on site - we ate their every evening. Staff were super helpful and friendly.
All perfect, but If YOU want to be in the centre of town with the backpackers and thrill seekers this one’s not for you!

Breakfast was incredible and the staff was so welcoming. They also went above and beyond to help us when our vehicle wouldn't start in town! We also got a little treat each day when we came back to our rooms which was a really nice touch.
Falling Leaves is in a very ideal location but its up a bumpy, step road. It is a good idea to get a 4WD vehicle for the area.
