Veldig bråkete vifte tilknyttet til huset. Mye bråk gjennom dagen og natta

Beligenhet var ok. God kommunikasjon med utleier.

Det var en stor vifte bak vinduet som bråkte. Jeg målte den, og det var nærmere 70 db utendørs. Lyden var også høy inn i leiligheten. Fikk ikke nattero eller sovn.

Koht hea, hind kooskõlas tingimustega

Meil ei olnud sööki. Asukoht on hea ja tuba normaalne

Ventilatsioon. Üks akendest oli öö otsa lahti, aga ikka oli kõigil väga palav. Ja lahtise akna juures magades võib ka külmetuda. Ehk võiksid tekid õhemad olla soojal ajal või vähemalt vajadusel saaks valida. Natuke oli keeruline tuppa sisse pääseda, aga koristajaproua oli õnneks ametis ja aitas meid. Aitäh!

Ensivaikutelma pihaan saapuessa oli että mitä tuli varattua, koska rakennus ei ollut sama kuin kuvissa vatatessa vaan takana oleva "tehdasmainen" rakennus, sisäänkäynti oli pihan perältä ja rappukäytävä haisi voimakkaasti muovilta. Huoneisto oli kuitenkin todella siisti, sisäilma normaali. Sängyt olivat mukavat nukkua. Meidän huoneesta oli kiva maisema vanhalle kirkolle päin. Keittiössä olisi voinut olla kattavammin astioita, laseja oli 3kpl ja kaikki eriparia ja kokoisia. Ei ollut ruoanlaittoon kovin kattavia välineitä, mutta meitä ei haitannut koska emme laittaneet ruokaa. Pöydän ääressä oli tuoleja vain 4 kpl, kun majoittujia (ja sänkyjä) kuitenkin 5 kpl huoneessa. Mutta nämä olivat pieniä seikkoja, muuten asunto oli erittäin viihtyisä ja kompakti. Hyvä hintalaatusuhde. Sijainti hyvä.

We expected a little bit more pleasant stay in this apartment.

The room was very nice with new furniture. In the kitchen we could find everything we need. It was easy to access and find the apartment, the host gave as detailed instructions.

It wasn't possible to open any window in the room. That was the biggest disappointment. The air conditioner couldn't provide us with fresh air. And it was impossible to sleep with working air condition during the night. Also there was no exhaust fan in the bathroom.

Kind of sketchy looking, our room was supposed to have a roof window as well as a regular window but we only had a roof window, the room wasnt sound proof at all and it was quite cold at night.

Comfortable and clean, good location.

Comfortable beds, fresh and modern design. Clean rooms, good location. Easy to check-in and out. Pet friendly place.

Nothing was drastically bad. But things to take into account: When you have an apartment with windows facing the street you can hear the traffic. I am a light sleeper and because of that I did not sleep too well. There are not enough parking spaces and if you manage to park in the inner parking lot, you will have some trouble getting out there. You will be given isntructions to nearby parking lot by host though. It is in walkin distance. We managed to park on the street next to apartment, because it was free on Saturday evening/Sunday. Pet fee is 10€, which we were asked to transfer to private individual’s bank account (not legal) but we asked for proper invoice and they sent it to us. Be aware that you will be asked for pet fee after you have paid for booking, I was not familiar with such practice. But maybe this is how it is done in all properties.

Recomendo! Quarto confortável e com muito boa relação qualidade-preço!

A localização era boa, a caminhada até ao centro da cidade não demorava mais do que 15/20 minutos. O espaço era agradável e confortável e a cozinha facilitou muito a nossa vida. Tudo estava limpo e organizado quando chegámos. A rapidez do check in e da troca das informações necessárias também foi boa.

A única coisa que eu sugiro melhorar é o facto de quando me disseram o número do quarto por mensagem incluíram também o número do edifício de uma maneira um pouco confusa. A mensagem dizia: Studio without window Kastani 38-11. Ao início criou confusão porque assumi que o quarto era o 38. Podiam ser mais explícitos ao dizer que o 38 é o número do edifício.

Nice bug room in quiet house.

Big room, quiet house. But when room is for 4 person, it should have four chairs, this one had only three. Also shower/toilet could have a shower curtain to keep the room more dry.

Erakordselt puhas ja ruumikas majutus.

Ülimugav kontaktivaba võtmete kättesaamine. Majutuses oli palju ruumi ja see oli väga puhas! Kõik hädavajalik oli olemas (sh tee, kohv, suhkur), korralikud rätikud ja voodipesud. Voodid olid väga mugavad, pehmed (ja ei kriuksunud).

Kahjuks parkimisruumi oli vähe. Toas oleks võinud pisut soojem olla (talvel).

Laba pieturvieta, kur pārlaist nakti!

Labas naktsmājas labā atrašanās vietā. Ērtas gultas, tīra gultasveļa. Istabā virtuves zona, kur atrodams viss vajadzīgais vieglu brokastu vai vakariņu pagatavošanai.

Tualetes papīra rullim būtu vajadzīgs turētājs, lai nav jāliek vienkārši uz grīdas.

Room was spacious, but not cozy. No night lights. Too hot room, windows are not opening. :(

Located in nice quet area, near Vanemuine small theatre house. Kitcheshas all needed equipment, also coffee.

Room was too hot, specially bathroom, impossible to sleep and windows were not possible to open. There was air conditioning in the room, but was working so loud, that we had to switch off it for night.

When I opened the door and saw the window, it already felt like home. It was so clean, organized and ready to host me. It was such a great decision to stay in this apartment.
