Fantastic diving stay at Naboo with my 75 yr old father

Food for lunch and dinner was really good, especially compared to other options in West Bay. The staff was nice and helpful. The dive center was exceptional! Serena takes great care of you, the divemasters Elise, Janna, Andreas and Caro were fantastic. Special hats off to the boat captains. They all paid special attention to my 75 year old father without making him feel it.

Would stay again and recommend to others.

I’ve now stayed at 4 places on Roatan and this was my favourite - more so than a more expensive resort. The hotel was immaculate - clean, new and modern. They have thought about the little things such as hanging for wet bathers etc. 2pm check in and they let me use the pool until the shuttle arrived. Staff went above and beyond, were polite, friendly and helpful. Pool use 24/7. Excellent included breakfast. Netflix on TV.

Wish I had stayed longer.

Best Dive shop and a great stay

Dive shop: 2nd time... because this is the best dive shop I ever dove with !!(I have around 150 dives). Super organised, super friendly, super equipment. Thank you Elise, Serena, Andrea and Luther and of course the rest of the team. The Naboo dive center is the reason why we came back! Hotel: very clean and fancy. Huge and modern rooms with a nice balcony. The view is not the best but the rest of the hotel is so awesome that you won't regret! Very nice pool area. And thanks to the cleaning team they are doing a great job! Very nice owners as well. The staff is lovely very friendly and caring. Very short walk to the lovely beach. Restaurant: The food is awesome! And the prices are moderate. The only thing is that they have only one vegetarian main dish and the choice of appetizers could be bigger for lunch. If there would be more vegetarian dishes we would have eaten there more often. Overall: 100% recommendation. Book it. It is great. We will be back for sure.

Superb

It was a centralized location, close to the beach, with an on site dive center that provides everything. The best part, no children, so you can relax with a book and cocktail by the pool without all the screaming

Pleasant

The breakfast was good and the hotel was in a good area. It was walking distance to the beach.

There’s no iron. The bed was too firm and the comforter was so thin. No elevator. The jacuzzi wasn’t hot enough.

Clean hotel with major flaws and not really adults only

Big, comfortable bed, clean room, excellent breakfast, spa service can be ordered to your room, shops and restaurants nearby, beach close, pool loungers are comfortable.

This is an ADULTS ONLY hotel, however, the restaurant is right next to the pool area and children are allowed, so it isn't really a quiet adults only experience. Often large groups of people in the restaurant for big lunch parties so it is always noisy. Rooms: doors do not have soft close and slam loudly whenever someone in the building enters or exits their room, doors start slamming at 5:00AM so it is impossible to sleep late, walls and doors are paper thin, can hear neighbors talking/coughing and cleaning ladies outside the door starting before 7:30AM, banging the mop on the door. The staff are very noisy around the property in general. Pool Area: Only 6 lounge chairs for 18 rooms so many days, not possible to sit by the pool. Pool area acoustics aren't great so the music from the restaurant can be heard. The pool sits next to an alley; cars, trucks and motorbike traffic all day. Construction was going on in the pool area for two days. There is nowhere to sit comfortably outside when it rains, so you are stuck in your room. Two lots over is the Hangover Bar which has loud music until 9.00PM, Saturday sound checks for live bands throughout the day. Roads leading down to the beach flood when it rains. Spa pricing sheets are outdated, prices are not accurate. Not a five star adults only experience.

Beautiful, highly recommended!

Recently opened. Very friendly and helpful owners. Beautifully appointed and landscaped. Well-staffed, very clean. Very helpful and attentive staff. Complimentary and delicious breakfast selections and fresh water service. Few minutes walk to beautiful West Bay Beach.

The bed mattress was too firm.

Great stay if you are looking for an economic option at West Bay.

Its a Clean, New, Basic hotel. You cant beat the price compared to other hotels in the area. Although not beachfront its a short 5 min walk down the same road as the hotel. The included breakfast was made two order, though limited to two options both were very good.

The beds/pillows are a little stiff, and there is no blacket on bed only sheets.

This is a relatively new hotel with spacious rooms, a great pool area, a nice restaurant, and a very well-trained staff. The hotel is close to the beach and very quiet at night. I highly recommend it.

I think the idea that Naboo is "Adults Only" is not only misleading but quite frankly a scam...every email has "Adult Only"...you reserve a resort room at a place like this because it says "adults only". You pay more for "adults only"...and yet there were children yelling and screaming each day at the pool and management didn't do anything. WHen I asked the front desk about this I would told the manager would speak to me...they never did...this is a scam.

My stay was very nice, much nicer than I expected. Room was large and in very clean

Breakfast was very good as were all the meals. Bar tenders were very good. Staff was eager to help. Location left a lot to be desired

Just wish that you had to wrap your toilet paper and put in trash instead of flushing. Location, but nothing can be done about that.

Perfect oasis on Roatan.

Great location. I was really happy not to be in the middle of the craziness. Once you enter the resort you feel like you are in your own oasis. Service was great, internet was great, and the pool was perfect.

Everything was great. There are lots of bugs, but that is everywhere on the island.
