This was a great home with a great host Vicky was easy to get a hold of and very prompt with a response The house was beautiful it was clean The pool is everything she said it would be it was so hot we didn't use the hot tub other than one night and it was nice. That's where comfortable in the bathrooms are clean there is plenty of pool towels. You can't go wrong if you stay here. We'll be back.

The house was so much bigger than we anticipated!! Absolutely perfect,clean, well stocked. Living room was huge to play games in, perfect kitchen. Stocked with everything we needed to cook all our meals. Walmart 8 minutes away! Rooms were spacious and perfect. Gorgeous pool!! Used all the time. Huge blackstone to grill out. Quite, beautiful, and safe community. Beaches were close by. Went to Englewood Beach, Stump Pass Beach, Siesta Key Beach, Boca Grande Beach. Boca/Stump were our favorites. Sunsets and rises were absolutely gorgeous! Lots of sea shells. Saw lots of wild life. I wanted to see an alligator during our trip. We ended up having one in our back yard/creek area! So neat!! We have memories for a life time, and hopefully a move down there in a few years.
Owners were absolutely amazing. Very sweet and kind. Answered all of our questions quickly! Thank you so much Mr. And Mrs. Mountains for letting us use you home for an amazing vacation!!!! 2ould love to come back in the future!!

Wonderful home that was large enough for the whole family to be together for part of our stay. The main rooms were huge, the 4 bedrooms were just what we needed, and the pool area was outstanding. Warm and gentle water and a superb hot tub! The owner was thoughtful and responded to any questions we had within hours. We had a wonderful time in this quiet, friendly neighborhood!

Our whole family really enjoyed our stay. The house was spacious and very clean and also well supplied. We had a lot of fun with the kids in the pool and spa. The hosts are wonderful people who are very friendly and accommodating.
We would definitely come back and hope to in the future.

We loved this home so much, my family and I are still talking about it. Everything was amazing, rooms were comfortable and clean. It was a true home. Very roomy for our family of 7, close to so many beaches. We actually saw a baby alligator in one of the canals in the neighborhood. Pool was a huge hit for the younger kiddos, hot tub for the older ones. Owner is fantastic and friendly. This home will be the first we look at for our next vacation!

The perfect location and size for our family of 5. Plenty of space to gather together, or enjoy your own personal space. The pool was fantastic and so convenient just out the back patio doors. The home is a great location in a quiet residential area, yet close enough to stores, restaurants and beaches. We would definitely recommend staying in this beautiful home...we will be back!

Lovely Rotonda Home, Great area and amenities
Spent spring break 2022 at the Mountains’ home. Close to beaches (and there are plenty of beach toys, chairs, coolers and towels available). Nice pool area, pool was well heated for our week stay, but we were disappointed that the spa is not actually a heated hot tub. The teens enjoyed using the bikes in the garage to get away a bit on their own and visit friends staying in the area as well. Great communication with host family, Vicky responded to our questions promptly

The property was very well equipped and spotlessly clean. The layout worked well for a group of six adults. We appreciated the entertainment unit - much better equipped than many places we have rented in Rotunda!! The only complaint was that there was no hot tub.

The house is beautiful, clean and comfortable. It has everything for relaxation. The hosts are nice and friendly, always asked if all is well. We rested for the first time in this area, but I really liked it. We'll definitely be back if we can.

Very clean, comfortable, accommodating beautiful home
Our family had a great stay. It had plenty of room for 7 guests. The house was stocked with everything you could need for pool, beach, and a relaxing vacation. It was immaculately clean. We absolutely look forward to staying again! Highly recommend staying and going to stump pass beach which is right around the corner.

Open concept house with four decent bedrooms and two full baths.
Good heated swimming pool/spa serviced weekly. very clean. Very accommodating hosts. Great quiet location near Rotonda walking paths. Ceramic floors throughout make for easy cleanup of children spills. Golf courses and grocery stores are 10-15 minutes away.

Fantastic Experience
Vicki and Matt were nothing short of spectacular owners. We have been coming to Rotunda West for the last seven years. This was one of the best days that we've ever had. They went out of their way to make sure that we had a wonderful time. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a four bedroom house in the area!

Summer getaway
I just returned from our 4 turned 5 day vacation. We had such a wonderful time we didn’t want to leave. The owner immediately responded to any questions I had. I cant say enough about this property, the house is really big and well stocked. Close to several beaches. We rented a pontoon, rode jet skis, golf carts, went to the tiki bar, went to Englewood beach, Boca Grande Beach, Venice beach. So much to do close by that theres no time to be bored. The pool was heated, we fished bass in the back of the house, huge alligator was a hit. The neighbor even came over and gave us a frog lure to fish bass which caught us 3 big bass. I can go on and on. Stay at this property, you will not be disappointed. Thank you Victoria for everything. We will be back soon!

Absolutely Wonderful!
Our stay at Matt and Vicky’s home was wonderful. We have vacationed to the area multiple times and this is the best place we have ever stayed. The home was spotless and had anything and everything we needed. We especially enjoyed the pool and spent many hours relaxing next to it. The neighborhood is very nice and is close proximity to beaches, restaurants and stores. Vicky is a delight and answered any questions we had without delay. We are already making plans to book again in next year.

Amazing
Let me start off by saying that Matt & Vicky (the owners) are absolutely amazing! My family and I rent houses by the beach every summer and this one has been the best one yet. The house is big and beautiful and has everything needed to have a great vacation. However the best part has been the amazing communication with the owners. They are so nice and accommodating and a pleasure to do business with! We will definitely rent from them again.
