Step out through multiple sliding doors to the oversized screened lanai with a nice-sized pool and convenient half-bath. The lanai is southwest so that you can enjoy breathtaking sunsets over the canal. Rotonda West is a tranquil community on the southwest coast of Florida known for its premier golf courses, canals, and lakes, offering many outdoor activities and cultural attractions. You will also enjoy the proximity to area beaches, fishing, boating, local restaurants, shopping, and medical facilities. This home has everything you need, whether you love golf, fishing, or simply relaxing under the Florida sun.

Nearby Manasota Key is a convenient community with a sense of Old World Florida and easy access to local bars and restaurants. This makes this an ideal location for your comfortable and hassle-free getaway. Restaurants are just a short drive away from Rotonda West. The famous Stump Pass, the Lemon Bay Aquatic Preserve, the backwaters of the Beach State Park, and the open waters of the Gulf of Mexico are all well-known for their excellent fisheries (among the very best in the nation). While this property is listed as pet-friendly, all pets are subject to approval. The pet fee is $150 per pet and is taxable and non-refundable. The limit is no more than 2 pets. You will be asked to provide details about your dog, including breed and weight. No bully breeds are allowed, and cats are not allowed.

Damage Deposit refund will be processed within 30 days of departure and sent via check to your home address. Final payments are due 60 days prior to arrival. Please note that VRBO collects the VRBO service fee separately and is out of our control.
