No hay personas que te reciban todo es por WhatsApp te dan instrucciones de como ingresar a la casa y no te dejan las llaves donde indican, te dejan toallas rotas y si mandas mensajes te contestan mucho tiempo después

We were in a suite which included a king size bed - very comfortable - and a living room area with a kitchenette, a couch, a table and chairs. It was just right for us, space-wise. Quiet and safe, , a few steps from the MALECÓN, and easy access to amenities like buses and groceries.

I would have liked a bit more lighting in the bedroom, beyond the fan light.

Excellent value for money!

Amazing value for money compared to competitors! Host was very accommodating and early check in was so nice. Very clean and comfortable, would definitely recommend and stay again!

Great value for the location.

Kudos to the lady who cleans the room! Well equipped except for the bedroom (see below). I especially appreciate the comfortable seating. Andre and Sebastian provided professional and friendly assistance online. :-)

No bedside table, only one electric socket (for TV and lamp; so no outlet for charging devices), and a stripped electric cord with broken on/off switch for the bedroom lamp.

What breakfast? Location was good but I think for the money that I paid for that place it is not worth $157.00 a night.I stayed at a local hotel downtown last time and had a pool and free continental breakfast for least than half the amount I Paid for this place. Shower kept dripping and contacted the Management twice and that is all you did was offer me a free cleaning of the room. also the cushions on the sofa and chair were very dirty. Not to mention the Sewer smell coming in the bathroom and into my bedroom everyday. It was so bad at times I had to go open the door. You also state on you web page the rooms are sound proof. Well they are not. I heard people flushing toliets , having showers and talking.

Upgrade the rooms and get rid of that smell.

Good value, friendly staff, great location.

Good accommodations for a hostel. Sebastian was super friendly and responsive. I stayed in a smaller private room but it was right next to the boardwalk, extremely accessible.

It was a little bit loud being close to the boardwalk

Dans l'annonce, " petites chambre double" mais nous avons trouvé un lit superposé, donc ça enduit à l'erreur pour la sélection d'un hébergement, donc déjà avec ma copine nous avons dormi séparés. Mauvaises odeurs provenant des toilettes, chambre petite, l'eau dans la douche pas beaucoup, pour la qualité, le prix est très chère

The location was great and the management answered quickly.

Excelente ubicación.

La limpieza falló un poco ya que en el baño encontramos algunas cucarachas, sin embargo solo fue en ese espacio y no en todo el cuarto.

Great, Convenient Location!🙂

We had a minor issue at the outset but our host handled it promptly and efficiently. The most important thing for us is the location is really quite ideal, close to all the cool stuff on the Malecon.

Would have been nice if they would have provided us clean towels without us having to ask several days in. Perhaps they will become a bit more proactive in that area of service.

Awesome stay!!!

The staff was very helpful and kind, the room was great with temp and all was very clean ... we will or would rent again...

Great location. It can be noisy on the weekends so be aware. Very comfortable and clean.

Location and self check in were great!

We had 3 people and only 2 towels and no one to ask for additional towels.

The cockroaches...

When it rained, the room didn't get flooded. The bed was large and comfy.

The cockroaches roaming at night. There was a cockroach under the sponge to clean the dishes. It might still be there. The bathroom is outdoors. It was smelly. Probably from the garbage next door Anyone can get in the building. They just gotta wait outside 5-10 min and someone will eventually open the door. Upon arrival, there was someone's hair in the bed, which was not ours as neither of us have long black hair. The bedding was worn and had holes in them. Gap under door to outside area had a gap beneath to allow cockroaches to enter.

Overall I’d give it a 3/5 stars. Conveniente for our group but lacking in the details

Location is convenient. Close to beach,shops, town center and lots of food/ restaurants. Beds were comfy and WiFi worked decently well

No restocking of toiletries, towels, or toilet paper. Had to go out and buy our own TP and had to ask for additional towels multiple times before they were delivered. Cleaning is included (1) time Only and cost extra for additional days. Hot water takes several minutes to warm up and then it’s either super hot or super cold, no in-between. Outside bathroom gets very warm and humid with a damp smell. Shower isn’t properly sealed so water leaks out onto the bathroom floor Original rooms we had in the front had no electricity since midnight to all morning. The front steel door was literally shocking us evey time we touched it as if there was some kind of electrical short running through. Would not recommend staying in one of front rooms

Great location, cute room with everything needed, easy to coordinate access, manager very helpful.

Not as sound proof as expected, some slats in bathroom window louvre broken so could not really be closed.

Disappointing

Location, safety. Option to prepare food and use of fridge in our room. Use of terrace .

We were disappointed in the room, though the bed was very comfortable. The layout was unusual. Lights to shower/ toilet were on opposite side of bed near kitchen . There was a spare room, great for keeping luggage, but maybe a table with drawers to place clothes would be nice. Four hangers were provided. Being at the beach, with swimsuits and towels; not a single hook or towel bar to be found, even for the towels that were provided. We had to hang them on the kitchen chairs where they were still not dry the next day. Finally upon check in, the key was not in the self check in box. Waited half an hour for some one to acknowledge us. The contact phone number provided went to recording.
