Any PETS or ANIMALS and SMOKING/VAPING are not allowed in and around the premises. Any evidence of sneaking pets/animals inside the house or smoking/vaping inside the house or in the lanai area by the pool will be charged extra in addition to forfeiture of the damage deposit
IMPORTANT! There are strict rules in place regarding occupancy of the house, parties at the property, and damage. A rental agreement acceptance is mandatory upon reservation confirmation.
Doorbell Camera: Doorbell cameras and cameras by pool equipment by the side of the house in place for the safety of our guests
Parking: No more than 3 cars are allowed at the villa. If you are bringing in RV or other large vehicles, advise the owner as permission from resort management is required prior to booking to confirm its parking spot.
Access: The front door has an electronic lock. Door code will be set to your preferred number and will be used during your stay.
Trash: We have valet trash pick up every day except for major national holidays.
Pool Heat: Pool heat is provided for a nominal fee. Pool pump is on from 10am to 9pm.
Supplies: This is a self catering villa, we start you out with a small quantity of essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, dishwasher soap, and laundry soap. Guests are responsible for supplementing these with their own supplies. WalMart and Publix stores are nearby in 1 - 3 miles.
Resort Amenities: Clubhouse facilities are free to use for guests residing at the property. Wristbands should be collected at the clubhouse to use the facilities, maximum 12 wristbands are allowed for each reservation.

The property was nice, clean and very spacious. It supplied us with everything we needed from cooking utensils, pots and pans to towels and extra sheets. It was very easy to get in touch with the property host and they replied to our needs within a reasonable time frame. We would definitely stay here again.

This home was decorated like a model home. There was a gorgeous screened in pool overlooking rolling hills and a pond. There was an amazing theatre room with a huge screen and plenty of bedrooms and baths. We felt very safe having children stay here with the pool security alarm and fence. The neighborhood had a great water park, arcade, and other amenities. We received helpful videos prior to our arrival on how to utilize features in the house. We would love to stay here again.

We had a nice stay at this home in Windsor Hills near the parks. We were hesitant about the gated community based on what we read but had no issues and actually liked the system the have for guests who have checked in to avoid lines. The house photos and description were azure are and we found the house well-equipped for all we needed. Very comfortable for our big family and would recommend to others.

Pros- easy to find, great location to parks.
House reviews- nice property, pictures online match.
Cons- had some issues with it not being cleaned properly. The covers in the first master had dirty covers but we just went and purchased our own and notified the owner. The movie room had trash under the seats lots of it. We only saw it because the infants pacifier dropped and when we went to get it off the floor we saw all the trash and food under the seats again notified the homeowner. They responded quick but we didn’t worry because we were checking out the next day.

Owners were great to work with. House is beautiful. We had 5 adults and 4 children and had more than enough room in the house. Master rooms are on main floor and kid rooms upstairs, nice layout. Movie room is the best idea for loud kids at night when adults want quiet time, pretty much soundproof. Would absolutely rent this home again. Thank you for a great week.

Great Property
My family and I enjoyed our stay at Mickey’s Jedi Retreat. The property was beautiful, clean, well equipped and comfortable. It was in the gated community of Windsor Hills which had many amenities that were fabulous. It was also 5-10 minutes from Disney Parks. This is a wonderful home for children and adults. The private pool and spa were a hit with all of us and the children enjoy the game room and theater room.

This house was much larger than expected!! It was very clean and Su and Sunny were always so nice and offered help with anything we needed. Great location from most Orlando attractions, everything fun was just 15 minutes away. A great time was had by all 9 of us! Thank you!

It’s as great as it looks in the listing!
We had a wonderful week with family and friends, everything was exactly as advertised. The owners are very organized and sent all the info we needed ahead of time. The pool area was clean, and the hot tub heated up to the perfect temperature in about 30 minutes (you have to switch it on to let it warm up). The theatre room was an amazing feature - they really have put in the extra effort to make this a stand-out rental. We would definitely stay here again.

Over all good stay
The location of the house was perfect. Less then a mile from a huge Walmart with gas station. Off a very busy road with every restaurant you could imagine. Less then 5 minutes to all Disney parks. About 30 minutes to universal parks. House is large with many bedrooms and baths. Theater room is pretty cool but takes some time to figure out how to use.
Sunset was beautiful and pool and spa were very nice. Had all of the amenities needed. House is beautiful.
Security and staff at community were kind and helpful.
A few things to note:
1. You cannot open windows or leave sliding doors open. Sliding door has a very loud alarm that you must hit button every time you open the door to go in or out so it does not sound. Although this was annoying to get use to I was actually happy with it as my 3 year old always wanted to be outside. Coming from the north east we wanted to sleep with windows open but we were reported by someone to the owners for having a window open.
2. Many houses in community are rentals. House is very loud and close to neighbors. We were kept up 2 nights in a row and 1 night was until 1 am to drunk men fighting and swearing in the neighboring home. Of course not something property owners could control.
I would absolutely rent this again though. It was truly one of the nicest properties I have ever stayed at and it served its purpose.

Magical Trip
This property was everything you could want and more for a wonderful Disney vacation. We had a large group so staying on the Disney property was just not an option but we didn’t sacrifice any magic with this property! We will definitely be back. It was clean, in a great location for Disney/universal goers, and had so many fun things to do in the home and in the neighborhood. Highly recommend this property!

Relaxing and Disney
Easy to find and very close to Disney parks. Clean house with comfortable beds and linens. Theatre room is a fun extra. Kitchen was adequate. Plenty of dishes and silverware, although hard to cook full meals with having to buy everything (only a couple pepper shakers already there) and then figure out what to do with the extras at the end of our stay.
Private pool was really nice, but beware of the time of year. We had a couple nights with lows into the high 40s and the pool heat never really recovered. The hot tub was only slightly warmer - never close to the advertised 100 degrees. Having the option of the resort pool was nice - that water was warmer.
Overall an easy and comfortable place to stay.

This Place Is AWESOME
First, this home is very close to Disney. For the price of a room with two double beds, no kitchen and no amenities in Disney World you can have a 5br/5ba house with a private pool, beautiful kitchen, and private theater room. Considering the food at Disney World is terrible and overpriced, having the option to cook and eat nutritious and delicious food is worth it to us. Plus, this house is gorgeous) It's nicely furnished, well, kept, and comfortable. The owners cannot be more friendly and accommodating. Overall the home was clean, but there were a few things that could use some attention. I'm not sure I could have expected more from a rental property though.

GREAT FAMILY DISNEY VACATION
Our family Disney vacation included a 6-night stay at this wonderful villa at Windsor Hills Resort. Please review all pictures and description regarding this villa....you will not be disappointed. Everything was as described at the villa....the water park at the resort was great....and Disney was indeed only 5 minutes away with normal traffic ! Property owners were very helpful before our stay....and during. All questions were answered quickly with very friendly conversations. You truly could not pick a better spot to stay....enjoy !!!

Excellent Property for Families & Great Location
Anyone searching for a great family retreat close to Disney and Universal, look no further. This place was absolutely amazing. The house has plenty of room for large families, with each bedroom having its own bathroom, which was a major selling point for us. The open living room/dining/kitchen area allowed everyone to hang out without feeling crowded. The best part for our family was the home theater room. We spent all of our downtime from the theme parks watching movies and playing games in there. The screened-in porch and pool area were nice, also having a dining table and big screen tv. The sliding glass door going outside does have a pool alarm, but If you push the button before opening the door, it will not go off. However, if you leave the door open for about 30 seconds, it will alarm—a great feature (and requirement for most homes) for those who have small children.
The only issue we had was the mattresses on the bunk beds where the kids stayed in the upstairs rooms. They were a little hard and uncomfortable after a few nights and not a deal-breaker but something to be aware of if sleeping upstairs.
There are plenty of places to eat in the area, with a Wal-Mart and Publix 5-10 minutes away. Disney was about 10 minutes from the property and Universal Studios around 15-20 minutes. All in all, we highly recommend this place to stay. The staff at the front gate were very friendly and professional, and the owners stayed in constant communication with me before and throughout our stay. If (or when) we decide to go back to this area, we would definitely consider staying here again.

Great house for kids
This house was great for families with children. Just an FYI there in a pool alarm that activates when the sliding door is open. We didn’t know and had to talk to the owners. There are buttons on the side of it that you just push whether you are inside or outside and then you can open like normal. You can’t leave the door open longer then about 30 seconds or it will happen again. The sliding door by the kitchen table seems to be off track so we never used it. It is a great feature for those with little kids who may try to sneak out to the pool area. We just didn’t see it advertised to know so just a heads up for future guests. We had an issue with the spa hot tub not heating up. On the second day they came out and it seemed to work fine after that. It will only heat up when the timer is turned on, so it takes a bit if you like really warm water. The theme rooms were great, my kids loved it. The Xbox in the marvel room was not hooked up and had bad cables, but we didn’t care very much as there are gaming systems in the theater room. They loved the theater. Was fun watching movies in there. The pool and water slide area is included and we made days out of that. The owners were super responsive to anything we had an issue with which wasn’t many, just the few things listed. Overall it was a great time and we would definitely stay again.

Fantastic family vacation home!
This house is the perfect vacation home for a week in Florida. There was plenty of room for my entire family. The amenities are wonderful. The theater room was so much fun! The owners were accommodating. The clubhouse and water park were one of our favorite destinations.
The location is perfect for going to amusement parks. We visited Universal Studios and SeaWorld during our stay and both drives were under an hour
