Our stay at Dream Catcher 4 at Windsor Hills in Orlando was the perfect destination. The Harry Potter and Star Wars themed rooms were a big hit with our grandkids. The game room provided so much entertainment for children and adults. The home was clean with the comforts of home ready for our arrival. It was as portrayed in photos. The community pool and water park and children’s craft activity within walking distance from the VRBO added additional entertainment. We highly recommend Dream Catcher 4 for a family stay for all ages.

We stayed here in May 2024 and it was absolutely perfect. There were 2 famiiles, each with kids under 10. There was so much space, everything was clean, and it included all amenities needed. The pool/spa was absolutely beautiful. The beds were super comfy and the kitchen had everything you needed.
The location was excellent. There is a walmart just down the street, as well as countless restaurants. This place is extremely well located.
The resort pool and amenities were great! We spent one full day at the resort pool towards the end of our stay and we wish we had visited it sooner. The drinks were very well priced and the food (for purchase) was good.

The house seems brand new with all the amenities you and the kids would want plus it’s in a gated community with a large communal pool with slides, convenient store/take out restaurant, tennis/basketball courts and more! And it’s only 10-15 minutes drive from Disney World and Universal Studios. What more can you ask for?

Most perfect home we have ever stayed it. Everything was exactly as described, the property manager was quick to resolve any minor issues. Only recommendation I have is maybe adding rubber spatulas and a hand mixer to the kitchen. But it was AMAZING and we cannot wait to return next year!

This was our second year renting this property. We had an even better time this year. We only did 2 days at the Disney parks so we took advantage of the playground which is a very short walk from the house and the resort pool. My kids loved the splash pad, water slides, and large heated pool.

This house is just like the photos. It was a great location for going to the parks and there is a Walmart right down the street we were able to order groceries to for when we arrived. The house was very clean and well stocked. The kids loved having all of the video games and the fun themed rooms. We would definitely stay here again if we were to make another trip to florida.

Great vacation home close to all the Disney Orlando attractions. Plenty of room for us all and great layout for privacy. Our adult children and our grandchildren loved the Stars Wars room and the game room. The pool was nice after a day of golf and returning from the theme parks. Our family enjoyed out time there! It was a holiday week so the resort water park pool was full everyday so get there early to get a lounge chair or table with umbrella. Great Memories made!

We stayed at this home for 11 days over spring break 2023, and had a great experience! The home was beautiful and had great location to the Disney Parks and local shopping. I would HIGHLY recommend this home as it exceeded our expectations! A great example of the level of service was when the patio TV stop working over the weekend. I send a non-emergency message to the property manager expecting them to not contact us until Monday. However, within 2 hrs someone was at the home looking at the TV! We can not say enough nice things about working with the owners and the property managers. Our kids keep asking when we get to go back. :)

An excellent property. Rooms are big and spacious. The Star Wars and Harry Potter rooms were huge hits with the kids. Pool was great and a good temperature (with pool heat!). The waterpark attached to the resort was super and the convenience of having on site food was great. Walmart is within walking distance (2km away). We’ve stayed at Windsor hills for 5 years but this is the first time to stay in a 6br because we went with friends. I would definitely stay at this property again.

We loved this property! We had 6 adults and 3 teens and everyone had plenty of room to spread out. The beds were very comfortable. The kids LOVED the Star Wars themed bedroom with bunk beds and the game room. Every night we jumped into the pool and hot tub to relax after walking the parks all day. The house is well decorated, very clean, has everything you need, and feels brand new. One day we went to the clubhouse pool and the kids played in the arcade and on the water slides while we ordered margaritas at the bar. We will be back next year. Just book this place and call it done!

The home is beautifully decorated with fun themed rooms for the kids. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen well equipped. Pool and hot tub were great. We heated them and the temperature was perfect. The hot tub was nice and warm. The street behind the pool is not busy so do not let that deter you from renting this house. House was clean and nicely decorated. The house guide book could have had more specific information. It is made by the rental company and says “check your community’s rules.” It should give more specific directions for each house for where garbage is, pool lights…. Management company was very responsive and easy to get a hold of.

Overall, my family/I enjoyed our stay at this rental property. There are some noticeable imperfections and issues we experienced that should be addressed based on the five-star price being charged for this rental.
Pros:
-The location of the rental is close to Disney parks.
-Walmart right around the corner as well as fast food places, gas stations, etc. should you need anything.
- The resort itself is safe (as there are street cameras on every corner).
- The house itself was clean with the exception of the insects.
- The game room is huge.
- The communication prior to check-in was great. The response time from the Pro Agent group (Katie) is amazing.
Cons:
Upon checking in, there were issues throughout the house that were noted which we advised the property agents of immediately. While this list may seem minor, it is important to note given the price of this rental property, which is even higher than the rate we paid during peak season:
- The living room sliding patio door STILL does not shut completely, which is also documented in another review by Charles S. in July 2022. Because it does not shut completely, this allows for all of the Florida bugs/insects mentioned previously to crawl or fly into the house.
- In addition to the patio door not completely closing, the curtains provided do not have the necessary amount of panels for privacy. This leaves a huge gap in the middle of the door which allows for not only the street lights to shine through, but road traffic to see in as well.
- The air hockey scoreboard in the game room is inoperable.
- The blinds in the Harry Potter guest room do not close at all (which leaves no privacy).
- The mini blinds in the upstairs guest room were installed in a way that does not allow for them to be opened, which means they are permanently closed.
- The arcade game systems in the Star Wars room are stuck on one screen (left tv) and the other system (right tv) will not load a game without flickering between screens.
- The communication after check-in was not responsive with Palm State property management. There were quite a few items that would have needed to be addressed after check-in if we had a bigger group using the rental.
- The property management team attempted to withhold our deposit for pre-existing damage.
Recommendations: 1.) Please review all reviews on VRBO prior to booking this property in order to make your own decision. 2.) Research the property management team on Florida BBB website.

We gathered as a family at this property and spent time at both universal and Disney. The drive to both was very short although there was lots of traffic that often made drive times longer than expected just to give a heads up. The game room was a big hit for all ages and we enjoyed time on the back patio during the day and in the evening after the little ones went to sleep. I would definitely stay at this property again and recommend it to others.
