a horrible nightmare

just the picture’s because wow , the actual place looks nothing like the pictures on booking . com

everything, firstly on arrival the hostess had gone home without any communication. I arrived on a rainy day . when my Uber left I was stranded out as If I’m about to rob the place and the rain was pouring . worst we slept in a room that is not advertised and we weee told it’s not open up fro guest but because she was fully booked she will have to let us sleep there , the room was smelly , the bed was so uncomfortable. The noise level was horrible the first night , this place shouldn’t Be on booking . com as it is not suitable for leisure. I’ve have been to vacations but this by far felt like I was in a horrible dream n regret for my money and time waisted .

It was just okay

I liked the cleaning lady.

Tooo much noise couldn't even sleep and the wifi doesn't have network and the owner lacks communication.

we did not even stay one night due to the fact that this place was disgusting , the smell was unbearable

rooms where stuffy not what was advertised smell was terrible no privacy waited outside for 30 mins for the lady to open as she has no connection at the house due to bad communication even when sounding the hooter no attention

Service was poor i stood at the gate for 1hour waiting for service with no assistant. The contact no for the place is never answered i phoned 11 times with no response.whorse trip i have ever took

Overall the place was comfortable and would stay there again.

I like the location, very calm and welcoming. The place was clean.

I didn’t like they didn’t have no TV until the second day later that evening. When ask for anything they did not know where anything was.

Not recommendable to any travellers, not valuable for its price and host has no after key collection facilities.

Location is good and convenient

The host is rude and has no customer courtesy. Pictures of the place on the internet are deceiving and toilet 🚽 is confined in room 5.

Terrible, noisy & stench throughout the building of porridge cooking late into the night,

Aircon, roof fan not working. Door needs to be slammed to close. No mirror in bathroom. No complimentary coffee or tea in the room, as a self catering unit apparently does not provide it? Milk is apparently provided in the main kitchen but was not available and upon complaining about it, received a message that the other tenants must have used it. No decent cups, drinking glasses or cutlery. Reception was cold when we arrived and staff not friendly at all. Management really not interested and we will NEVER stay there again, EVER!

Good location, big room

Things that you expect to find at a guesthouse were not present, no blowdryer, Air-conditioner with no remote, I was told "luckily it is cold", I informed the owner of my check-in and out times, which she totally ignored. I also thought the standard of cleanliness of the toilet could have been better. Overall, they were not very accommodating.

the worst weekend.

nothing at all

the manager of the place was un professional, she told us a few hours to the booking that their tv’s dont work. The shower drains dont work properly. the towels are dirty and torn. it was the worst and i had to complain in order to get an okay room where i was placed in a room where even the blinds were broken the door was broken and room had a funny smell, in the middle of the night we had other people try opening our room. IT WAS HORRIBLE. im never booking nor recommending anyone to this place EVER.
