Los pisos con mal olor, no estaban limpios y las camas no tenían comodidad, el baño estaba en condiciones regulares.

Overall great stay especially for the price.

I liked that it was close to the Disney and Universal parks. I also liked how nice the room was for the price.

They could have provided more garbage bags, we only had four very small bags the entire week.

nice clean hotel, property was under construction at the time of our stay. 20 mins give or take from Disney, however is

clean and easily accessible by major highways

slightly misleading as to exactly how close to Disney attractions. a lot of homeless and panhandlers in the immediate area outside hotel parking lot.

It was a very pleasant experience to stay in the Orlando Vacation Rooms

The location, the facilities,the comfort and how easy was for doing the check-in and use all appliances available.

I have just two suggestions. I suggest the owners to let more towels available for people who will stay more days. We stayed 12 days and had just 5 towels for 3 people. Also, I suggest the owners to let available a mop or even a broom so that people who want to clean the room do it by themselves.

Poor

I became ill with COVID and called the property manager who told me to call Booking.com instead. They reached out to her to inform her that I had COVID and was only traveling with another person. She denied the request stating the policy is flexible but it is not approved. I understand there are rules but there is not much I can do about becoming ill. The property in pictures looked very nice and clean but take into consideration that if something happens out of your control you will NOT get your money.

Comfortable room with plenty of towels and nice pool although in April it should be heated.

I didn't like not having the name of the hotel. Was supplied address but not hotel name.

No coffee maker in room. Ice machine were nowhere to be found.

Soap scum buildup around bathroom and shower area means the shower isn’t clean.

I paid more going through Booking.com than if I went through the hotel. I tried to get price adjustment but with no luck...its a scam. The hotel room was privately owned which I didn't know. BE CAREFUL when booking. Reached out with no response. Room next door partied with loud music until 5am! Hotel would do nothing. Air conditioner in this room was extremely loud. TERRIBLE experience!
