The nicest place in Georgia

It’s a very nice place to stay in and the staff is very nice unlike other places. The room very clean and cozy and the outdoor swimming pool is fascinating with view to the mountains. The food in the restaurant is very delicious especially the Margarita pizza.

Lovely stay at beautiful place.

The location is good. It’s a beautiful hotel. Beds are super comfortable. Food is good.

The rooms and some parts inside the hotel were very very warm to a bit of an uncomfortable level. Even with keeping the window open at night it is still too hot inside. The language barrier with the staff was a bit hit and miss at times.

בסהכ תמורה מעולה למחיר, אם מתכננים טיול לאזור זהו המלון המושלם לכך. ממליץ בחום להגיע. מלון ברמה מאוד גבוהה.

הבריכה החיצונית והארוחת הבוקר היו ברמה מאוד גבוהה. בנוסף שירות הצוות מסביר פנים ומאוד רוצים שתיהיה מרוצה . מיקום המלון לטובת סקי פשוט מדהים Peike -פייקה Tamari-תמרי מהקבלה ראויים לציון.-שירות מדהים

הבריכה הפנימית לא מחוממת מספיק, ישנם המון כלבים באזור ובלילה הם נובחים ומפריעים לישון . חייב לציין לטובה שפנינו לקבלה הם החליפו אותנו לחדר אחר לכיוון אחר כדיי שלא נשמע את הכלבים.

I will never book it again or suggesting it to anyone

Im a pilot and I’ve been in a 1 star to a 7 star hotel this is not a 5 stars is more like a 3 star overrated. The only nice thing about this property is the bar in the picture and the dogs with their puppies. The rest is very standard.

The personnel is quiet rude and not attentive one night we have been waiting 30 min to order a drink and the waitress was playing with his phone and not paying attention to the customer

Great pool

The pool was great and big, lobby was beautiful with good interior. Staff was very polite. Spa area was great, pool was pretty cold(24°C), but clean and there were no people.

In our room we had a door to neighbours room(it was closed) and therefore soundproofing was poor, also you won't see this door on room photos. Bathroom was pretty small. Bathroom door didn't close A lot of people in jacuzzi(maybe because pool was too cold) There was little light in the room.

I don't recommend going to this hotel.

Nice and fast check-in, a friendly worker told us the most important info about the hotel. Beautiful lobby bar. Spacious bathroom. Mosquito nets. Nice view. Comfy bed. The only person in the restaurant who tried to make our vacation nice and good, asked if we want coffee, brought potatoes for us, etc. Nice and friendly dogs near the place;

Dirty: I had two hairs on my bed, mold in the shower, smth dirty on the floor all over the building. Variety of food: a poor choice of vegan options (don't even have bread); only soya milk for coffee (sometimes even it wasn't available); a lot of positions during the breakfast were gone even though it was still 20 minutes b4 the end, we had to persistently ask for that, and staff demonstrated that they are not happy about it. Water is dripping from the ceiling. They close the spa area earlier than they say they do it. Very cold in the spa area. Cold in the room. Loud. In our reservation we stated that 3 people were coming. However, nothing was ready for that: no bad, no bathrobe/slippers, etc. We had to ask 3 times to get what we needed. Even though we booked a suite, the 3rd person had to sleep on a couch that is not suitable for an adult (even with her height of 160cm).

The hotel is at a very nice location from where you have a stunning view over the surrounding mountains. The staff is super friendly and always willing to help. Vakho from the restaurant, is super friendly and funny. Overall we had an amazing time there and will be back for sure. Thanks alot.

A perfect summer (June 2023) gate away to recover and spend time in a panoramic mountain view and experience at Gudauri! The hotel is situated in a beautiful mountain location. The staff were very professional and friendly, the hotel size and design are top, cleanliness is 5 star, breakfast was good, finally the spa is to die for! Indoor pool and outdoor hot tub on a beautiful rain, shine and mix of cloudy mountain weather. I am a mom traveling with a kid but felt so relax during my stay as we all enjoyed the facilities specially pool without age restriction. I highly recommend this hotel for any season in Gudauri!

Nina, the receptionist, made the stay worthwhile .the staff were friendly and helpful. Beautiful location in the mountains. The Jacuzzi, Sauna, indoor swimming pool, gym, breakfast.

I was disappointed when I asked for a multiplug to connect my phone charger. They told me it's chargeable 10 Lari. How can that be at such an expensive 5-star hotel? That's a down point on the hospitality. No AC in the rooms for the hot season.

"I recently stayed at The Lodge Hotel and had an amazing experience! The hotel had all the facilities one could wish for, including an indoor pool, sauna, outdoor pool, and a jacuzzi in the middle of the snow that was simply heavenly. After a day of skiing, it was a pleasure to unwind in such comfortable and luxurious surroundings. The hotel was also impressively clean, The breakfast was simply delicious and offered a great start to the day. The staff at the lobby were also incredibly friendly and welcoming, and even gave us a nice souvenir to take home as a memento of our stay. Finally, the location of the hotel was excellent, with easy ski in and out access right from the hotel. Overall, I had a fantastic time at The Lodge Hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a top-notch ski resort experience."

The spa was my highlight.

Very slow service in the restaurant at dinner time (restaurant was not busy) we had to chase for service to which the short, dark haired lady (assumed manager) was rude and quite hostile.

Ski to door access super convenient, ski locker room was good, onsite equipment rental. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Room over looking the slopes was amazing.

great place for a ski weekend with freinds

very clean and well maintained place. the lobby is beautiful, great bar. breakfast was amazing, cool atmosphere in the dining room. the spa is exceptionally special with an amazing outdoor hot tub.

the foldout bed was inconvenient (we had a triple room). the ski equipment rental was closed so we had to take a taxi up to new gudauri every day.
