**FLEXIBLE CANCELLATION**
Well-cared for, recently renovated, newly furnished 2-bedroom/2-bathroom condo located at the 5-star luxury Bella Sirena Resort in Rocky Point Mexico, Sandy Beach. Premium end unit with picturesque patio views of the ocean, resort, and desert all from the BUILT-IN PATIO BAR. Large dining room table seats 6 with a well-stocked kitchen, which includes full-size refrigerator/freezer, oven, electric stovetop, microwave, and reverse osmosis water purification system. Master bedroom includes a king size bed, walk-in closest, large master bathroom with two sinks, new fixtures, large soaking tub, and walk-in rennovated shower with new frosted glass door for privacy. Second bedroom has a customized queen-over-king bunk bed with sliding door patio access and two large closets with newly installed shelving, luggage bench, and shoe rack in each. You read that right; TWO oversized beds in the second room making for ample sleeping space. Living room includes oversized couch with a queen sleeper bed. Full second bath with walk-in shower that includes new fixtures, renovated shower, and frosted glass shower doors for additional privacy. Additional amenities include: free WiFi and phone calls to US and Mexico, cable TV in every room, new washer & dryer, coffee maker, hair dryer, and a variety of plush living room and patio furniture. Reserved covered parking is available for TWO vehicles. The condo is freshly (and warmly) painted inside and out, with several new upgrades that we've been planning for years and are now happy to see come to fruition as part of the recent renovation. New bath and kitchen fixtures, remodeled showers to include frosted doors, new windows and window shades, newly furnished couches, patio furniture, beds, mattresses, bedding, and functional bedroom closets to create plenty of space for clothes and essentials.
Bath towels provided but please bring your own beach/pool towels.
**Please note that the infrastructure in Mexico and at Bella Sirena Resort causes power bumps, valve and pipe leaks, etc that then cause occasional maintenance woes (air conditioning and heating outages, water shut off, etc) in the condos. While I take pride in my condo and am a stickler for disciplined preventative maintenance, there are times when these unforseen issues occur during guest's stay. Please understand that I do not have the ability to accommodate relocating guests in the extremely rare case of an issue that occurs while staying in my comdo. I have a property manager on-site who has a variety of maintenance experts on speed dial. Rest assured that we will work with and for you to do all that we can to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. This is no different than most other owners in Puerto Peñasco, but I just feel a responsibility to put it out there as a risk (albeit small risk). We couldnt have been more pleased with the property and Cory. The condo was amazing and had great views. The patio was very nice with updated furniture. The only negative was a noisy neighbor somewhere within the building that woke us one morning as they were arguing with another resident.

Property was very clean and well taken care of. We had an issue with the TV's not working in the host was very prompt to get back to us to come to the unit and take care of it immediately. It was nice to rent from someone who cares definitely stay there again

6th time in Rocky Point, first time staying at Bella Sirena. Unit was just as pictured online. We went for Spring Break as part of a large group so we did not spend much time in the unit except to sleep. Beds were comfortable and I always appreciate having a King bed in the master as my husband is very tall. We cooked all meals with other families in a penthouse unit so we didn’t require much in the way of dishes and cookwear but what we needed for basics was there. We had a water temperature/leak issue upon trying to use the guest shower, host was very responsive and had the issue fixed in a couple of hours. Luckily we were in our friends unit at the time so repairs could be made and bathrooms could be used as the water in ours had to be shut off. Overall we would stay again!

Great condo, all is as pictured on the site. The kitchen is well equipped with what you need. The rooms are plenty big, the besds are comfy & the furniture as well. We had a problem with the fridge cooling & the request was handled & taken care of effecitently & timely. Marian was quick to respond & follow up as well. Check in is a breeze & having a lock code key entry is nice so you don't have to keep track of keys! The resort has tons of pool space for everyone to enjoy! Very nice grounds & close to the beach!! We will def be back to this condo next time we visit RP. Thank you!

We just returned home from our stay in this unit. We had the best time. The unit accommodated our group nicely with room to spare! The balcony was my favorite part - perfect for my morning coffee and evening wine! The breezes kept it quite comfortable. My husband's favorite part was the bedding. The sheets were amazingly soft and so comfy. We all slept well. The kitchen in this unit was well equipped. I would certainly recommend this unit and we would stay here again if it's available. Communication with the hosts was great. I always have questions before booking and the response time was fast!

My family and I had our yearly trip to Rocky Point and stayed at this property in Bella Sirena. The check in process was so easy in comparison to other resorts. We managed to check in within a few minutes and already had all the details to access the property. Cory, the owner of the property provided details instructions on how to access the property and even additional tips on getting to Rocky Point and places to eat.
The property was very clean and just as described. The beds were all very comfortable and the place was nice and quiet.
Everyone in my family was very pleased with the location, property, and how easy was to check in and out that we will be making this our go to property from now on.

Five Stars. We would definitely stay here again. The unit was very clean. The beds were comfortable. Easy access to restaurant, pools, and the beach. Cory was kind and prompt with all correspondence. The check in/check out process was very simple. Corey allowed us and early checkin and delayed check out without additional charges. I suspect if was because no one was immediately checking in after us, but still very kind to offer. Thanks!!!

We loved this condo! We were hoping for a nice getaway and found a hidden treasure. The condo had everything we could need and the pictures can't capture the beautiful setting and space available.

Bella Sirena hotel has been a wonderful experience to stay at in Puerto Peñasco. The room, the views, and the environment has left my family and I with a relaxed and thrilled mindset. The room had a spacious bathroom, bath, and bedroom for my little brother and I, and a great balcony to enjoy some privacy or watch the live concerts. The kitchen had a lovely bar and all necessary appliances to enjoy the stay. The beach was very close, and pools were around every corner for our convenience. The city and the port is only about a 10-15 minute drive away and the food is always wonderful. We will definitely be coming back to enjoy the views and culture that this city provides.

Our Stay
The rental was great, check in was a breeze. The only issue we had was preset temperature of the bedroom was a little too warm at 77* and would take a while to cool down in the evening. Other than that It was very clean, smelled good and the view off the ocean was amazing. Would definitely recommend and love to stay again.

Great stay!
Check in was extremely easy, security at the gate was absolutely super helpful. Our condo was clean and had very thing we needed. The master bedroom is spacious and I slept like a baby on the king bed. Usually I don’t sleep while on vacation because of it being a new place. My Grandbabies had a great time and can’t wait to come back! Cory is an excellent host and was super easy to communicate with if I so needed to.

I was nervous when I saw only 5 star reviews but now that my family and I stayed there I can easily see why. It was that great and even better was the host Cory and the property manager. I felt like royalty how well they treated us and made it so easy to get to our room to get settled in. The condo had everything we needed to make it our home while were were there and we will definitely be saving this listing. It was amazing. I am so happy to come on here and give a great rating because anyone who is hard to convince as I am needs to be stay in this place. Thank you again for make our family feel so welcomed.

We had such a nice stay. The condo was very clean and just as advertised. The owner, Cory, was great to work with. He was attentive and easily accessible. And to top it off, he suggested some really great places to eat and drink. We will definitely stay here again. Highly recommended.

Wonderful Weekend Getaway
Everything was absolutely wonderful from communication to our entire stay. Cory was absolutely wonderful and quick to respond with any and all info. We were able to have an early check-in time which was absolutely helpful with 3 young kids. The condo’s location was perfect! Close to the pool and an easy walk to the beach. The property of Bella Sirena was gorgeous and we look forward to staying here again!

Cory was an excellent host. He was able to check us in earlier and was very attentive. He responded quick to any questions I had. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. The property itself was beautiful and the staff was also very attentive. We felt safe thanks to the great security team constantly monitoring the property. The beach was my favorite part of our stay!! I would definitely recommend booking this property. You will not be disappointed.
