About this house rental
Superbly located villa with its own swimming pool, garden and modern amenities, within very easy walking distance to the beach, shops, restaurants and bars. Unlike most of the Cote d'Azur you really do not need a car to holiday here as the bus routes to the airport, and anywhere between Nice and Cannes are very close and affordable.
Our typical provencal style villa sleeps eight guests in four air conditioned bedrooms. There are two modern bathrooms with showers over baths and one modern shower room, all with toilets. There is a large eat in kitchen with double doors out onto the sunny outdoor terrace and dining area by the pool. The spacious lounge/dining room also has double doors leading out onto the same south facing terrace by the pool.
The beautiful private kidney shaped pool is approx 8m x 5m with an inifinity feature, surrounded by a terrace and covered BBQ area with outdoor shower. There is a built in charcoal BBQ with outdoor sink and fridge, perfect for alfresco dining. The pool and terrace area is surrounded by landscape speakers allowing you to enjoy relaxing music while soaking up the all day sunshine. There are two remote operated sun shades which can cover a large area of the terrace should you wish to have some shade.
The villa is all on one level with the main part consisting of; -
Master Bedroom with a large 160cm double bed, a large built in wardrobe and large chest of drawers. Air conditioning, with double doors and shutters to the outside.
Second bedroom with a large 160cm double bed, with a chest of drawers. Air conditioning with large opening windows and shutters to the outside.
Third bedroom with a standard 140cm double bed and built in wardrobes. Air conditioning with large opening windows and shutters to the outside.
Large Provencal style kitchen with oven, electric hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, nespresso machine, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Dining table for seating up to 6 people, fully equipped with cooking and dining utensils. Sonos music system. The kitchen leads to an outdoor dining area with table and seating for 8 people or more.
Lounge area with a large corner sofa and 49" TV equipped with Apple TV and English language streaming services along with a Sonos soundbar for TV and music. There is a more formal dining table with four chairs.
The second part of the villa is like a large apartment which is accessed either through its own entrance or through bedroom three into a children's TV/play room. This area also has a TV equipped with Apple TV and English language streaming services along with a Sonos soundbar for TV and music, one of the bathrooms is located in this area and there is the fourth bedroom with a large 160cm double bed, built in wardrobe and small chest of drawers. Air conditioning with large opening windows and shutters to the outside.
The entire Villa including outside areas is covered by strong Wi-Fi signal and a very fast 300Mbps fibre internet connection.
The villa is perfect for a family holiday with most of our guests opting to stay around the pool but equally being able to easily walk to the beach within a 10 minute level walk, there is a very good boulangerie less than 5 minutes walk away for your morning baguette and croissants and two good supermarkets in the same area. There are two very good wood fired pizza vans operating every evening, which are also within a few minutes of the villa.

We had a lovely stay. Villa has everything you need. Very spacious. Pool is wonderful and was kept very clean despite some thunderstorms! Dan very responsive with one little hiccup on arrival which was resolved. Boulangerie and supermarket within easy walking distance as was the beach. Lots of restaurants a short Uber drive away but can walk to Cote du Jardin which we would highly recommend. Not too expensive and fantastic French food. Thank you Dan.

There was nothing we didn´t love!
The villa was spacious, nicely furnished, well equipped and wonderfully cool through the great airconditioning in the bedrooms. Everything was super clean and well kept, including the lovely pool and garden that we also enjoyed very much.The location of the villa is perfect - the neighborhood is nice but also super close to the bus station and a fanfastic bakery. A big grocery store that has everything, even air mattresses, is just as close.
Whenever we had any type of question, Dan, the owner, was always super quick to respond, not only being very helpful but also extremely kind.
We enjoyed every minute of our two-week vacation!

This is a super villa with a beautiful pool and BBQ area. Worked really well for 3 couples and a baby, especially with the 3 lovely bathrooms. Enjoyed the sonos sound system and kitchen which was well equipped for cooking. Lovely boulangerie and supermarket less than 5 minutes walk. Host very helpful and quick to respond. Hope to return to this brilliant villa.

Fabulous holiday at this wonderful spacious villa. Villa had everything you could ask for. Great location with lovely walk to Marina with lots of different restaurants. Regular public transport so we didn’t need to hire a car, used buses to go to Cannes and Antibes and train to Monte Carlo. Would definitely recommend as booking process straightforward and Dan was so helpful answering any questions.

Heel mooi en fijn huis. Veel ruimte. Alles is aanwezig. Bakker en winkels net als de zee zijn op loopafstand. De kinderen genoten enorm van het zwembad. Dan is heel aardig en antwoordt snel wanneer er vragen zijn. We komen zeker terug!

I fully agree with everybody who praised this location, no matter whether:

Wir waren als Familie mit sechs Erwachsenen eine Woche im Juni in der Villa und haben jeden Moment genossen.
Ein sehr gut ausgestattetes Haus und eine traumhafte Pool-Anlage haben uns jeden Moment genießen lassen.
Kurze Wege zu Fuß zum Strand, den Restaurants und den Geschäften runden den Gesamteindruck ab.

Juan Les Pins - a slice of paradise
A great location with excellent amenities - all that you would want. It is within short walking distance of a good bakery, a couple of smaller supermarkets, a couple of bars, a really good restaurant (Côté Jardin) and a 15 minute walk to the beaches. You can mix pool and sea very easily.

Villa parfaite pour une famille ou un groupe d'amis
Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans cette magnifique propriété. La villa qui correspond exactement à l'annonce sur Abritel, aucune mauvaise surprise. La maison est très propre et bien entretenue, la piscine et le système Sonos sont des vrai plus de cette charmante villa. Après une journée à Antibes, Menton, Eze ou Monaco, on a hâte de retrouver la villa le soir pour un barbecue autour de la piscine. C’est un endroit paisible, idéal pour une famille ou un groupe d’amis. Très bonne communication avec le propriétaire qui est très réactif. Seul bémol, le portail battant donnant directement sur la route qui est un peu étroit pour les voitures familiales (4x4, Berline…). Il faut faire attention en sortant et en entrant dans la propriété, mais on s’habitue après quelques jours.

Des propriétaires soucieux du confort de leurs invités, rien ne manquait!

Une piscine aux dimensions parfaite pour une grande famille.
Petit bémol:
- pour la proximité de la route qui enlève un peu de charme au lieu (mais nous étions prévenus)
- pour l'accessibilité à la villa délicate et parfois dangereuse du fait d un portail en bord de route.

Fantastic place
to spend the summer holidays.
We stayed here as a family of six for a week in July and we all really had a great time.
The house is very spacious with four bedrooms and three bathrooms and easily accommodates six or seven people. The rooms are all bright and nicely done and well equipped with everything you need. Piece de resistance is the pool outside where our four teenagers spent most of their time.
All bedrooms have air conditioning which we were really thankful for.
Lounge and kitchen are also very spacious and are very nicely done. The kitchen is super well equipped with lots of glasses, plates, cutlery and kitchen utensils.
Outside there is a great built in barbecue and an additional fridge.
The internet is really good. It even works in the garden. Our teenagers were hugely impressed by this and gave it an A+++.
The amenities (shops, bakery, restaurants, bar and beach) are all within walking distance.
And last but not least the communication with the owner is fantastic. He is quick to answer any question. Within minutes you get an answer.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there and hope to come back some time.

Fantastic villa
We had a wonderful stay at the villa which was clean and very well equipped.. fabulous pool and sunbathing area. The owners had thought of everything you might need in the kitchen and provided it all . We were so impressed with the remote control awnings providing shade and the great internet tv too ! Easy walking distance to a great beach and located really well to visit Antibes, Monaco and other places around . 5 minutes from a great bakery for breakfast goodies and plenty of supermarkets in the area. Thank you so much we hope to come back again one day x

Super schönes Haus in geschickter Lage leider jedoch unheimlich unsauber bei Ankunft
Das Ferienhaus liegt sehr zentral und schön. Der Pool und das Haus haben uns gut gefallen. Leider war so gut wie nicht geputzt , überall Haare, Staub und dreckige Böden
Selbst Zeitung lag noch so am Pool rum. Dies haben wir der Agentur zurückgemeldet. Diese haben toll reagiert und dem Hausbesitzer die Situation gemeldet. Dieser kam dann zwei Tage später angeblich um zu putzen. Danach hatte sich nichts verändert, an der Toilette die selben Haare ..selbst in der Dusche. In einem Bad hat er sogar noch mit seinen Schuhen Dreck hinterlassen. Deshalb kriegt das Haus leider wegen der mangelnden Hygiene einiges an Abzug. Ansonsten super schön angelegt.

Family holiday
The villa exceeded our expectations in every respect - it was clean, comfortable and very well equipped and we really appreciated the air conditioning in the bedrooms. The configuration of rooms was ideal for our family group of grandparents, children and grandchildren and the swimming pool was a delight. The housekeeping and maintenance staff responded instantly to one or two queries for which we were very grateful. Supermarkets, restaurants, beach and buses were all within walking distance. Thank you all for a wonderful holiday.

Lovely house close to everything
Very nice and clean house with a lovely pool. Lots of sunbeds and high tech-devices such as Apple TV and surround audio system. We spend most time by the pool, but its just 5-10 minuters to the beach and 10-15 minutes to the beautiful marina with beautiful boats, nightmarkets and a lot of restaurantes. It was only a couple of minutes to the bakery and supermarket.
The house is situated on a quite busy road which was the only thing we didn't like. On the other hand, the house is well gated and secluded, but you will hear the traffic.
The household is very well equiped. It was two kitchen, but we only used the main one. Its a childfriendly house, one level with a lot of details for the kids, for examlpe pool alarm, chair, baby cot etc.
We also really liked the mosquito nets and AC in every bedroom. I can recomend this house to everyone who would like like to spend a good time in this lovely part of France.

We just loved it!
Very cosy provoncal villa, perfectly equipped for all needs (also with a small baby). Very nice and clean garden. We felt very comfortable and also liked the short distance to the sea and the new beach clubs on the shore and also to stores (bakery and Pizza Gargantua highly recommended). It was pure bliss to sit around the pool and to listen to the sprinkgling water. We come
back here for sure.

Great homely villa close to everything you need
The villa was a good size, clean, with all the amenities we needed and a homely feel, which suited our group with a small child really well.
The outside area with the pool and garden is great space for both day and night (we spent most nights outside barbecuing). The villa is in a good location with walking distance to the beach, restaurants and supermarket, and a great boulangerie just round the corner! Would definitely stay here again.

Tolles Haus mit traumhaften Garten
Wer hier Urlaub macht kann sich total erholen. Das Haus hat einen traumhaften Garten mit schönen Swimmingpool. Cool ist der gemauerte Grill direkt am Pool. Hier kann man eine tolle Barbecue Saison machen. Die Schlafzimmer sind geräumig und die Betten sehr gut. Der Strand ist nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Supermarkt sind auch in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Durch die nur 5 Minuten entfernte Bushaltestelle“ Eucalyptus“kann man in nur 15 min Cannes erreichen oder in 10 Minuten zur Antibes Altstadt. Somit kann man sein Auto entspannt sicher auf dem Grundstück stehen lassen. Für einen erholsamen Urlaub kann man das Haus sehr empfehlen deshalb die 5 Sterne! LG Marion und Dieter

Stunning sunshine break
We had a wonderful stay in this lovely villa. The property is well situated with easy access to the shops of Juan les Pins and the rather chic beach.
There are many excellent restaurants in the marina area offering a variety of cuisine.
This villa is of a very high standard. The décor is recently done in all the rooms. A nice lounge / dining room with comfortable seating if you want to spend time indoors. The bedrooms are of a good size and the bathrooms and kitchen well equipped. All of which are spotlessly clean.
What really made our stay so special was the fabulous pool and outside area, which is where we spent most of our time. A great place to chill out and relax. Exactly what we needed, and I am pleased to say this villa exceeded all our expectations.

We really enjoyed our stay – the house was perfect for seven people, with three bathrooms and the comfortable bedrooms, it is clean and cosy and was functioning fine. We loved the swimmingpool and the garden of the house. We would definitely come again.
