My husband and two teens stayed at Shannon and Russell’s house. It was super clean and very well stocked. We felt like we were right at home. The three beds were all very comfortable and great size rooms. Lots of linens and towels provided. The pool and putting green was awesome. We will definitely stay here again when in Phoenix.

Our stay was from May 10-14. Weather was beautiful, 80-95 degrees. Big difference than WI weather for sure. 5 Stars all the way for this property! 100% satisfaction guaranteed for our family of six. Everything went flawless for us from the check in to the check out. We even arrived early to Phoenix so we reached out to the host and were able to check in a little earlier. Host was very responsive to us. The house felt like home. Everything was spotless. Host had all the instructions clearly laid out for us. The beds were amazingly comfortable. The indoor and outdoor space exceeded our expectations for our family. We were outside in the outdoor space more than in the house because of the lounging area and we could either be in the sun or not, swimming in the beautiful clean pool, relaxing in the hot tub and enjoying the weather. It was so nice being able to keep up with the laundry on vacation. Very spacious three bedrooms. Having 2 full bathrooms with 6 people was so great. We had so much fun cooking in the well stocked kitchen. The location was close for running to get any groceries we needed for cooking or any personal items. It was always nice to come back to the home after a busy day of hiking and shopping to relax.
I can’t wait to visit Phoenix again and be able to stay here with my family. We are grateful to the host the share their beautiful home with our family.

Our experience at this property was nothing short of incredible. My daughter's cheer competition travel schedule brought us to Arizona for spring break so our family made the travel into a vacation as well. The house was beautiful, amazingly clean and incredibly well appointed with anything we could need. Shannon was extremely communicative and especially helpful when we decided to extend our stay. This was truly such a relaxing, tranquil setting that allowed us to create beautiful family memories. We will be back next year.

Our family loved our stay here. It was a great location, the pool is amazing and the putting green. They had so many amenities and everything was seamless. We are talking about coming back just to stay at their home again and enjoy the sun! Thank you Shannon!

This place is excellent! Everything is thoughtfully laid out and provided and everything is spotless. The owners were very communicative and were pro active about everything. The pool/ patios/ hot tub is awesome with a great fairway view. All the TVs have great channel packages and there is a lot of space for everyone to spread out in the rooms, patio, foosball, etc.
Very conveniently located and accessible getting around town, airport, etc.
The spa and pool are able to be easily controlled with the provided app, and there is no pool heating fee- there are for most others.
The check out process is very fast and easy- definitely top of the list of places we stayed!

Overall a great stay for my wife and I as well as our two boys (6 and 9). Great location, plenty of space, great outdoor space and pool/hot tub. Nice and quiet neighborhood close to everything you need. Communication with owners excellent and the place is stocked with everything you need and no need to buy anything extra like some other rentals we have stayed at. Check in and check out quick and easy. Great place and vacation.

This is our second time staying at this property, and I’m sure we’ll be back! Loved spending time outside. Heated pool and spa are beautiful, as is the rest of the backyard. Communication with the property owners was great.

Property was as pictured. There was a problem with the pool heater the day we got there so the pool and hot tub were not heating. The owner made us aware of this and the next day they had a pool repair come with a new part. The heated pool was the main reason we chose this place and it was important to us. We didn’t get to use the pool Friday but the hot tub was nice and warm. Overall this was a great house for the 2 of us, it had all the amenities that we needed to cook our meals. Great tv channel selection, and comfy bed. Good communication with the owners.

This home provided the perfect space to have a lovely relaxing vacation! It was very easy to find our way around the house due to the awesome instructions left by the owner. The house was perfect for having a great bbq by the pool and also just relaxing indoors after spending a day out on the town. Would definitely recommend this cozy beautiful home to anyone looking for a home away from home.

Great little golf course just over the fence very economical to play there. House was very well set up for us or larger families. Hosts were 9/10 and responded very quickly to any questions we had about the property and the area. Great rental thank you Shannon and Russell.

This home is beautiful inside and outside. The house is very well stocked with all cooking equipment. All furniture and beds were very comfortable. Pool and outdoor area with television was AMAZING!

Great stay for our family. House had everything we needed for our week stay. Heated pool/spa was great and very easy to use and heat. Our kids had a great time swimming all day. Grill was very nice. Our family loved watching March Madness on the outside patio tv. Took walks each night in the neighborhood and to the park to play basketball. We would definitely come and stay again!

Great house and amazing pool and spa! Even though the AZ weather wasnt quite what we had hoped for, we could still use the pool and spa as they were heated. We spent a fair amount of time relaxing in the spa.

The house is wonderful! The house is well kept, clean, and comfortable. It has a great layout and lots of space. The pool and outside area was perfect and my son enjoyed the putting area. The neighborhood is quiet and in a great location. The owners were so nice and communication was great. I would definitely recommend this location and would stay here again.

Very relaxed loved the outdoor living in the private backyard. Cant hardly imagine a more private but elegant steak dinner under the lights and patio heater.

This home is well laid out with the most comfortable beds! Open kitchen and living room made cooking enjoyable. The backyard is very nice and the heated pool was spectacular as is the hot tub.

Our stay at this home was amazing! The house is spacious, clean, well stocked with everything you would need to be comfortable. The pool and hot tub were so nice! Such a wonderful property to spend a week at. The host is very responsive and goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is the best it can possibly be. Added bonus was leaving the local grocery store member card for discounts. The pool is fabulous and the beds are extremely comfortable. TV outside was perfect for watching football. The house is a quick drive to all of the professional sporting facilities, making it an easy trip to catch games. Lots of hiking and outdoor activities close by. Overall, perfectly perfect!

Rented this home for my wife and a couple of her friends. Property was great and the house was in a great location for State Farm Stadium and other food and beverage. The only reason for the 4 star review is that the Hot Tub didn’t work the entire time they were there and they were very much looking forward to using it. Property manager tried to have it fixed but that was unsuccessful. Property manager was responsive and tried to help as much as possible.

I have rented many many VRBO’s and this was one of the best! Homeowner was able to let us check in early. The house is extremely well-stocked, lots of extra bath towels including lots of pool towels, lots of extra bedding, she even had sunscreen which we had forgotten to bring. Check out was simple, not a lot of extras to do that some renters require. The house is amazing and will definitely be back!!

Perfection!
I'm hesitate to write a review because selfishly I would love to keep this gem all for ourselves. But that just wouldn't be fair. We absolutely loved our stay. When our other property fell through at the last minute, we were lucky enough to find an opening at Shannon's house. We spent the entire 4 days thanking our lucky stars that things worked out the way they did. Best pool, hot tub and yard I have every had at a rental. I hope we get the opportunity to stay again.

This property was exactly as described! We stayed here for a week and really enjoyed ourselves. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, etc. The pool area is beautiful and has a hot tub. The beds are very comfortable and sheets really soft. Garage is available to park your car in. This place really felt like home, and we hope to come back.

Great house and backyard!
We enjoyed our stay at Shannon’s! Check in was a breeze and she was great to communicate with. The backyard was absolutely perfect, we especially appreciated the high doorknob to the backyard to make sure our kids had to have an adult with them to get near the pool.
Pool, hot tub, grill, putting green, patio furniture was all fantastic!
