probably never go back

visited here 3 times in 1 year. no hot water but they fixed it. kettle broke. brought another but drinks tasted of plastic. microwave didn’t work. reported twice but no response. cleaner didn’t come as much as previous times. towels were horrible. horrible brown colour and paper thin. has a cockroach in room.

Room with a disgusting view

The apartment was very clean. It looked like nobody had ever stayed there before. Contained everything that you needed for a self catering holiday. Good facilities in the main building, however pool and bar closed very early. I asked to speak to thr manager and asked for complimentary late checkout due to the apartment being so poor. They agreed and it.made our final day a lot better.

We booked our stay in January, we arrived at around 6pm and check-in was prompt, however the receptionist didn't show us correctly where our room was located, so we walked around for 30 minutes with suitcases and tired children and eventually a staff member led us out through the yard to what I can only describe as an overflow room. It was out of the complex and steps up from the street. The view from the apartment was horrendous - the balcony was over the bottle yard and bins. The back was of an alley with skips. Thankfully, we were only there for 2 nights as it was disgusting. They refused to move us. The room had no way of locking the front door from the inside so the children could just pull the handle, and they would be out on the street. It was very unsafe, but the receptionist didn't care. The sunbeds were all broken. they definitely need replacing. While we were there, my children complained that there was poo in the pool. I called over the lifeguard, and yes, it was. That put the pool out of action for our last day.

Great location however sunbed situation awful!

TOWELS ON SUNBEDS!!!!!! unless you put your towel out the NIGHT before or get up at 4am you have absolutely no chance of getting a sunbed! totally ridiculous, never seen anything quite like it! i assume Cinco have given up trying to stop it, or don't care. this is the only reason i wouldn't go back there.

It is very central

There were 2 signle uncomfortable beds. Not much room in the apartment. Spent 5 nights there would have not been able to stay 10 to 14 nights there as very cramped. On the plus side its very clean and staff are friendly.

Stressful!

Good pool area but no sunbeds available

Sofa bed was not fit for an adult and cockroaches all in the room including bed to the point we had to leave and pay for somewhere else - no refund issued as of yet

It’s location..A/C works perfectly..We stayed in a good big corner one bedroom apt…

It was clean but needs some upgrading.Kitchen press(rubbish) would not close,seal on shower door beside the toilet needs to be fixed,pull out bed did not exist it was two couches where you removed the back cushions..Disappointed there was NO entertainment etc Saturday and Sunday!! Also 15:00 check in a pain when we arrived at 10:45am …

Las camas, un horror de colchón y almohada, muy deformados, hemos venido con la espalda rota. Además era dos camas y no se podían juntar, la mesita estaba en la mitad anclada a la pared.

Prettige accommodatie met leuke zwemgelegenheden.

Mooie grote appartementen, veel soorten zwembaden. Fijn dat ook 1 verwarmd is bij minder weer. Heel leuk splash gedeelte. Echt een aanrader met kinderen!

Handdoekje leggen. Bedjes van de andere zwembaden werden zelfs meegenomen naar het grote zwembad. Broodjes bij het ontbijt kon verser. Weinig afwisseling bij het ontbijt. Gehorig. Je hoort letterlijk wat de buren zeggen.

Ein tolles Hotel in spitzen Lage

Die Unterkunft ist super schön. Der Preis unschlagbar. Direkt neben dem Hotel ist ein Supermarkt und ein paar Meter weiter die Einkaufsmeile. Das Zimmer hatte alles was man benötigt und war sehr groß, wir waren super zufrieden!

Das einzig negative ist nur gewesen, dass wir uns bei der Abreise verspäteten und ich halbnackt im Raum stand und der Raum schon kontrolliert wurde währenddessen, ich denke das Personal stand unter Zeitdruck.

We had cockroaches but complained to reception and it was dealt with. You can tell the hotel staff are sick of dealing with tourists. Sometimes felt as if we annoyed them and they let us know we annoyed them. Little bit of a hill but didn’t turn us off

It was a very good experience in a top class resort for the price.

Overall we were very happy with the property and experience. The cleaning staff were lovely and changed towels almost daily. We had the 1st floor so there was some noise from the apartment below. The pool, pool bar and location were excellent. We had no issue with sun loungers either. We worked remotely and were not bothered by excess noise. I will definitely be back and recommend without hesitation

Three woderful weeks with convenient visits to a large number of beautiful and interesting places.

Nice architecture with good looking buildings and a spacious plaza with a large, nicely lit pool in the evenings. Short walk to a magnificent beach. Free parking always available on a side street close by.

The illumination in the living room (in particular the kitchen part) and the location of the electric plugs.

I enjoyed my holiday, the staff worked hard to make my stay good.

Breakfast was quite good, but I would have liked more fresh fruit.

It was unfortunate that a crowd of people arrived on my second day that drank to excess (from when they got up in the morning until they went to bed) and were very loud and disruptive. They totally changed the atmosphere around the pool area and annoyed the other guests. Several of us complained to the Tui Rep and the reception staff who did speak with the people involved, and although curtailed somewhat, they were still loud and drinking alcohol and were disrespectful to the other guests around them. I wonder if drinking alcohol around the pool area could be limited in some way?

Would absolutely stay here again, perfect for my baby to crawl around the splash park.

Ground floor apartment overlooking the splash park was extremely convenient for my family and young daughter. Facilities in the kitchen were excellent for sterilising baby bottles

Los exteriores como la piscina y la zona de chorros de agua nos gustaron, hubo un par de días que vimos que había actividades como espuma y musica en la piscina. Muy bueno para familias. El acceso a los apartamentos bajos está muy bien. Es un sitio tranquilo por la noche y no sufrimos molestias para dormir. Muy cerca de la playa y la zona de ocio del paseo marítimo.

No tiene parking. Demasiado enfocado al turismo extranjero…por lo que por ejemplo los horarios no nos gustaron, ya que cerraban el restaurante a las 8 de la tarde, y todos los locales de alrededor es lo mismo… ningún restaurante de comida local… En persona el apartamento nos pareció mas viejo de lo que mostraban las fotos, y la limpieza era regular, las toallas estaban viejas, no había ningún producto de aseo o limpieza…y en una ocasión el personal de limpieza entró sin que lo indicaramos y nos colocaron y tocaron nuestras cosas como quisieron (comida, ropa…) algo muy desafortunado y al quejarnos nos dijeron que el personal era nuevo y que no sabían…

This accommodation met my basic needs easily. The 1 bedroom apartment was clean and large for 1 traveler. Great location for walking, close to the beaches, shopping and dining options. Small massage shop across the street and grocery store on the property. Larger grocery store right next door.

Noise early (sounded like kitchen noise) in the morning by workers either for the property or the property next door and truck traffic (rm # 3131).
