Beautiful property on the beach looking at the pristine waters and coral reef! Clean, comfortable, quiet, everything working, and properly decorated for the island vibe for vacation! Nice size pool or swim out to coral reef to snorkel. I travel often and my high expectations were met; I would stay again in the future.

Our first time at this property. The house is spacious and easily accommodated eight adults. The oceanfront location was perfect for snorkeling down to nearby Rum Point. Abundant sea life including spiny lobster, lion fish, stingray, eel, nurse shark, and a plethora of tropical fish!
Also, included in the price of the stay is frequent access to a beach kitty, referred to by previous guests as Kitty Kai!
Property owner provides almost everything needed to have a wonderful time. Books, games, snorkel gear for 4 adults and 4 children, kayaks, and so much more.
Overall, a very nice rental in a fantastic location!
The only shortcomings we found with this property were the occasional insufficient quantity of items for eight guests, the condition of major kitchen appliances, and debris in the pool from the home being constructed next door. Each of these things were addressed by the excellent ladies at North Coast Resort Management(the property mgr).

This property was exactly what we thought it was...Amazing! The grill, the pool, the beach, the bedrooms, the toys...all of it was so nice and made the trip even more sentimental. For anyone looking to visit this property, just know your expectations will be exceeded! Thank you so much for a wonderful experience!

The house was great, the location was convenient to groceries and activities, and the view is amazing! The home construction nextdoor began each day early morning and went until late night. I assume that eventually the properties will be divided by a better privacy fence and, of course, construction will be complete.

We had a wonderful trip! The weather was beautiful every day which was nice. But, it would have been great regardless. The house is beautiful! The pool and terrace are fantastic with plenty of chairs, lounges and tables and nice shade by the house if needed. The beach area is lovely and the water is divine. Super snorkeling with several sets of gear at the house. The Weber grill seems brand new and was a nice addition. The kitchen is one of the best stocked I have experienced. A main fridge and freezer is accompanied by a wine frig and smaller unit which helped with the beverages. Went to Rum Point and Kaibo for drinks and meals several times as well as some swimming during the day. Great little market just east down Rum Point Road was very convenient (and libations there were competitively priced). The TV in the house was super as was the layout in the living and indoor dining area. The views are to die for especially when you enter the front door! We never had a problem but the few times we had questions (on the TV, and so forth) we got a quick response. The communication arranging the trip and so on could not have been better. Everything from where best to get a crib (we were three generations including two grandchildren) to general inquiries about the house were answered quickly and efficiently. Also, the bedrooms and bathrooms were just perfect and the washer and dryer came in handy. The kids took the bioluminescent bay tour and a Stingray City tour from 5 min away!

Our family (3 adults, 2 teenagers) stayed at Champagne Sunrise in April and overall, was a wonderful and relaxing vacation.
We have been to Cayman many times over the last 30 years but have never stayed near Rum Point. Very quiet compared to the busyness of SMB.
The home was very spacious, clean and stocked with everything we needed. The sandy beach was beautiful with great snorkeling and kayaking.
Communication with the host was responsive and they were very accommodating to our special needs. We had a minor issue and the host was quick to resolve.
Overall, Champagne Sunrise was a perfect place for our family to relax and enjoy the beauty of Cayman, Highly recommend!

There were 4 couples in our group. The space was perfect with 4 bedrooms and 3 baths. Large kitchen made cooking easy. The view was phenomenal...it was the first thing I noticed when we opened the front door. I watched the sunrise every morning. We rented a vehicle, which I highly recommend. We drove all over the island site seeing and going to restaurants. Rum Point Beach is beautiful with a bar restaurant there and it's a very short walk. We also went to Over the Edge several times because it was right down the road. There is also a grocery store close by, which we didn't find online when we were researching. I also recommend bringing water socks for going in the ocean. We had a wonderful vacation, and the house made it a perfect place to stay.

We love the North side/Rum point area of Cayman. It is relaxing and a bit quieter than 7 mile beach. Right outside the door of this home is beach snorkeling, kayaking and a private pool with plenty of lounges, chairs & a table for dining.
The home has a large open kitchen/dining/living area- great for our family to hang out! This home is very clean, the kitchen is well stocked and there is a good selection of games/activities. Superb! We hope to return!

Beautiful view was a backdrop to loads of fun in the pool, on the beach, and in the house. Peace and quiet allowed us to enjoy our stay with our grandchildren and children without interruption. At nights we played games. We drove to Georgetown, East End, and Seven Mile beach for different adventures and dinning experiences. Overall 5/5.

My husband and I and three of our friends spent 8 days at Champagne Sunrise on the North Side near Rum Point. The house had a perfect set up for our group with a bright, open floor plan. There are multiple sliding glass doors so you always have a full view of the ocean.
All of the beds were comfortable and towels were provided. The kitchen is well equipped with plates, bowls, glasses, mugs, utensils, pots, pans, coffee maker, blender and many other items which was greatly appreciated. Dish soaps were provided as well along with kitchen garbage bags. You may want to bring your own spices as only salt and pepper were in the cupboard. Also, I would pack/buy some bar soap because there were no hand soaps in any of the bathrooms when we arrived, (before we went to the grocery store).
The patio was wonderful. We had our coffee outside every morning as we enjoyed the ocean breeze. There are a lot of chaise loungers and deck chairs. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool.
There are kayaks available for use with the house. I would suggest staying within the reef area since getting through to the other side is challenging to say the least.
One of the best things was an easy access for snorkeling right out front. We swam out closer to the reef and drifted down to the Resort dock where there is a ladder to climb out and walk back up the beach to the house. We saw stingrays, a sea turtle, and an eagle ray on our first snorkel.
I would definitely rent this home again.

Perfect spot to relax and unwind, away from the crowds. The beach setting was beautiful. We felt like we were on our own private island with excellent snorkeling just behind the house. Having access to kayaks and snorkeling equipment that we could use right outside the house was so convenient, as well has lots of places to lounge outside, by the pool and on the beach. The host was very responsive when the hot water and pool light didn't initially work. They were both fixed immediately. The bedrooms and common areas were spacious with plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The only drawback is that the house could use some updating, especially in the kitchen. Everything was very clean and organized without all of the clutter you often get in a rental, but the appliances had seen better days and could probably be installed better. The location was great for privacy and quiet, but it is a hike to get to the main area of the island, and to most places to eat. We ate a lot at Kaibo Restaurant, but also enjoyed Tukka, Over the Edge, and Thatch and Barrel. Ocean Frontiers was great for snorkel trips and stingray city trip.

Amazing home overlooking the ocean
This is our third trip to Rum Point and this house really delivered. From the moment we opened the front door we were immediately drawn to the view of the ocean and were mesmerized by it for the entire week. The house is roomy with nice size bedrooms and the main living area was perfect. The kitchen had everything we needed too. The main focus for all of us though was the pool area overlooking the ocean. Beautiful deck lounges and chairs by the pool and on the private beach were a hit for all of us. Every day started outside with coffee watching the sun rise and feeling the breeze off the water. We took kayaks around to rum point, with a great workout on the way back. The pool was clean and the perfect temperature. There is nothing we didn't love about this home.

The teenage boys found plenty to do during our week which was a huge plus. Not necessarily close to any eating establishments, that did not deter us from venturing out, but the families enjoyed grilling at the house and enjoying the pool in the evening as well. Truly a wonderful experience for all on our first visit to Grand Cayman. Cheers to the owners for a delightful experience.

The location is pretty far away from the city life, so if you’re looking for a secluded quiet trip, this is your place. The beaches surrounding were very rocky, but there was a nice sandy entry point on the property. There was some amazing snorkeling right in your backyard. We saw rays, turtles, a massive barracuda, and a reef shark just a short swim from the beach. The owners were incredibly responsive. We had a few minor issues (lights not working), and they sent someone to see to it within the hour!

it's the perfect location for a chill holiday with family and friends. walking distance to rum point beach, but honestly you don't need to leave the house. You can go snorkeling right in the backyard, or just relax by the pool.
