Large bedroom and a good value stay. It’s a private top floor room with attached bathroom that is accessed through front door entrance. Property is located In Riverview, close to highways and entertainment, 30 min from beaches and night life. Neighborhood is quiet and safe. Bedroom is upstairs has a private bathroom and lots of space. Bay window allows for extra space. The bedroom has carpet, smart tv, fridge, microwave and has its own ac unit.

No parking on driveway.

Very disappointed in property itself. Only towels were one bath towel for each of us and lots of long dark hair especially in bathroom. Bed only had a bottom sheet and a comforter and pillow cases on pillow. Had to ask for a full set of sheets. Felt like they hadn’t prepared for our arrival

We dropped off our luggage early, then returned later that night to go to bed. Had to finish making the bed and cleaned for about an hour...was not at all ready for our stay! It was a convenient place to stay and the bed was comfortable... BUT WAS NOT CLEAN. (The coffee pot had been put away with old coffee in the drip and had been run over into the hot plate!) ☹ The check-in directions were not detailed

Very nice and friendly host family. Safe neighborhood and easy access to visit friends or shop. Comfortable bed and nice new carpeting. Quiet and private to relax and watch tv. You will love the dog who stays downstairs. He was so friendly that you will want to invite him upstairs. I miss him!

Nice decorative room. Very roomy. Nice comfortable queen bed. Had refrigerator and microwave. Owner friendly and helpful. Wonderful to have private bath. Lots of privacy. Nice to have independent air conditioner.
