About this apartment rental

Unit 2 of our beautiful duplex, (850 sq ft). Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Beautiful decorated with industrial touches. One bedroom with king size bed and comfortable memory foam mattress, equipped kitchen to cook your favorites meal during your stay and a beautiful patio to enjoy the amazing Florida weather. Walking distance from Tiki Docks Bar and less than a mile from Riverview civic center and boat ramp, you can bring your boat, kayak or Jet ski.

Walking distance from Enterprise rent a car. We have airport trips available (please contact host if service is needed it).

We love Florida living and all that comes with it...even the wildlife. Guest should keep in mind we share our environment with a variety of wildlife including insects, bugs, reptiles, birds and more. While we do have regular pest control, you might see some of these friends during your stay. Keeping doors and windows closed and keeping food stored and sealed properly are ways to ensure a little lizard or other friend won't come in.

HOUSE RULES.

SECURITY CAMERAS

Your safety matters. The property has an actively recording outdoor security cameras. This does not look into any interior spaces. *Laundry room (shared with unit 2) features one indoor camera (safety reasons), this does not look into any private spaces*. An attempt to remove, tamper, or disconnect the internet to the cameras may result in reservation being canceled and guests requested to vacate the premises.

CHILDRENS

While we allow children, the home is not child-proofed. Parents with young children use the home at their own risk.

NO SMOKING INSIDE

Please refrain from smoking, Any smoking evidence will result in a fee for odor removal, duct cleaning and furniture cleaning.

QUIET HOURS/ NO PARTIES

We kindly ask you to respect quiet hours. We do not allow any parties to be held at the property at any time of day, bachelor/bachelorette parties, wedding parties, or any large group gathering..

NO PETS

We love pets but they are not allowed on the property. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Please make sure to keep door shut (when not in use) during your stay to prevent insects from entering. Also, lock the door to the house when leaving at any time during your stay. We are not liable for any stolen or damaged personal property.

Please make sure to close the front shade after use, if it get windy this can cause an accident.

We never want to charge guest extra for their stay however violation of the following rules will result in additional fees:

There is absolutely no smoking of any kind allowed indoors on the property. There will be a $250 fee if guest smoke inside the unit.

The standard cleaning fee covers normal clean up from a "courteous guest", any excessive dirtiness, spills, etc., or damage (whether from guest or unauthorized pets) will incur an additional $75 fee to compensate our housekeeper for additional time and effort.

Before check out make sure to place all garbage in the trash can.

This unit is everything as advertised and even better than that. Nicely remodeled with good lighting, well stocked with all the basics, nice bathroom with large shower, laundry room, even a Keurig with plenty of coffee. And it’s near lots of restaurants and shopping in Riverview and Brandon. We stayed over a week and plan to stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Easy to find, felt safe, quiet, great restaurant just at the end of the street, very clean, lots of nice “extras” such as a stand alone fan, makeup wipes, toothpaste— Comfortable bed!!

Absolutely beautiful property, comes with everything you need with your stay. Property manager also responds fast incase you have questions, concerns, etc! Wish we could have stayed longer but had other destinations to get to. Would stay again if we are ever back in the area!

Very well designed, looks small from the outside, but has tons of charm, coziness, and spaciousness on the inside. The only thing I would change if I was the owner is the mattress.

First thing we noticed was the smell of clean in the unit. Many things were provided, and everything was laid out well. All was as expected. Host was responsive and accommodating.

Stephanie and her husband helped me immensely through a very challenging experience with another VRBO property. I was in town for 3 weeks for a consulting job and my first VRBO property in Ruskin was awful and smelled terribly. Stephanie and her husband were kind enough to let me check out their property first before renting it and it smelled clean and was very well decorated and an nice open space. It was very helpful to have access to a shared laundry room since I was there for so long. Wifi access was easy with the ability to mirror on the smart T.V. The kitchen was well equipped (no dishwasher but that was not a big deal) and very spacious apartment. Thank you to Stephanie and family for a wonderful experience and your kindness.

We were very pleased for the cleanliness of this apartment. I came prepared to clean as usual but was surprised that I didn’t have to. The bed is big and on the firm side. It was very completely and the pullout couch was perfect for our 7 year old. Overall a great experience

Very nice, clean and inviting. Host and hostess went above to accommodate our stay. Would definitely recommend to friends and family. Very easy access to Florida 301.

The place was very clean and appeared to be newly renovated. I stayed a week so I was pleased that there was a good supply of coffee to go with the Keurig. The kitchen has granite and there was a supply of needed, frequently used items, but I didn’t use them. There was some bottled water and soft drinks in the refrigerator. The bath had toiletry items. The outside was well lit and clean. The neighborhood is old but quiet, and appeared to be safe. The only thing I found that needed improving was furnishings, and they just seemed quite inexpensive. The bed was as comfortable as mine at home. Stephanie was very quick to answer any questions.

This rental unit was perfect for two of us who were vendors at a nearby trade show. We were only 4 miles from our work for the week and had a few extra days before and after. It was laid out very well with lots of open space, large bathroom with a great hot shower, laundry facilities, everything needed in the kitchen and bathroom for a 10 day stay. There isn't much outside space with this unit but a table & chairs right outside the front door was nice to have. My only complaint is that the street is dark (no street lights nearby) and we had some difficulty with the electronic door locks, which the owners replaced quickly as needed. Also, it could use a few more electric outlets in the unit as we needed to set up our computers and printer so had to figure out where to set up. Very clean, very nice new, I would stay there again.

The pictures of Unit-1 doesn't really give it the impact nonetheless, though the unit is small, its a perfect small for 2/3. From entering the unit, the scent, the cleanliness, the layout, the kitchen, the detail; just the right size and, i will definitely have this unit as a must stay again. The property manager was very available and attentive. No issues what so ever..
