Great place- my father grew up on this street- fenced yard was priceless to us!

The property was clean well maintained and spacaious enough for our group of 6. It was very convenient for us with washer and dryer on site and location to our points of interests. It would've been 5 star overall if there were more furnishings.

We stayed in the home for the long weekend so we could spend time with family that live in NY.

The home was pleasantly remodeled and had everything we needed for our stay.

The property was clean, comfortable and an easy drive to places we needed to go (UB North Campus and surrounding areas). It is decorated nicely but without a lot of extras (breakables) that I'd worry about the dog bumping into, so it was really nice not to have to worry about that -- and the fenced in backyard with a dog is such a luxury!

It exceeded my expectations and was a great place to be at. Tim was very responsive and left easy to understand instructions to make the check-in/out process simple and easy to do.

Perfect Location
Home was clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay. Only recommendation to Tim might be to illuminate the address for late arrives. Other than that, the home is wonderful and we plan to return.

I liked the neighborhood, the set up of the house and all the necessary amenities that my family didnt have to go out and buy. Te owner communited effectively and even gave me some places to visit. I would stsy at another one of his properties again! The house could have been a little cleaner.
