Mold inside shower, towels had spots on them and toilet was so close to the wall it was hard to do your business. Everything else was good though.

We enjoyed the location as it was away from the hustle of the city, but close by to everything. The roof top patio was very nice along with the food and drinks. The buffet breakfast gave us a great start each morning.

Terrible experience. Stayed two nights. First night was okay. Room service made the bed very poorly for the second night. The day of checkout, someone entered our room at 8-9 am without knocking or checking to see if guests were still inside. It is unknown at this time if this was another guest or room service. This was very alarming as myself and wife were asleep still. Upon checkout time they were knocking at the door at exactly 11 am as we are walking out the door with our bags. Privacy was a huge issue at this hotel as it is unacceptable for anyone to be entering the room while guests are still sleeping.

The guys at the front desk were very nice and helpful. Our room was clean and well stocked. We went to the rooftop bistro for dinner and food was delicious but the service needs work. We waited for about 10 minutes for a server to come over. When she finally came over she didnt smile or greet us. You could tell she didnt want to be there. We tried to chat with her to lighten her mood but she wasnt having it.

Let me just start off by saying everything about this property was perfect, EXCEPT for the shower. The hotel was clean. The breakfast was one of the best we have ever had. It was sooo affordable for the area. The room was clean and spacious. SO the shower. A lot of soap scum and mildew. Along with a few hairs unfortunately. The shower head was awful, but now i’m just being picky and it’s pretty typical for hotels. We would definitely stay here again tho, we will just bring some cleaning supplies along! If it wasn’t for the shower, this would have been top 3 best hotels we have ever stayed in!

The staff were great the location not so much. The only visible restaurant was within the hotel. However, the bar and grill upstairs was off the charts and the best meals we had on the vacation. My only complaint is the water pressure in the shower. The water pressure was poor the shower felt like a dog peeing on your back. I think the holiday inn must do this in everyone of their properties!

This was a lovely, clean, and new hotel my one problem was the air conditioner made a terrible noise all night it made sleep impossible, even with my earphones in and a pillow over my head. I tried to turn it off but they block the controls and the wall control would not turn off the noisy fan. This was our most expensive of our trip least favorite because no sleep.

Property location convenient to Niagara Falls SP. Nice bed and room but carpet very worn and bathroom shower was not clean and showed visible growth. Tile floors sticky and not clean. We were given a room outside elevators so noise level high and truly should not rent this room without warning of the noise. Travelers appreciate a quiet recharge and this wasnt it for us. My discussion with the front desk netted nothing.

Upon arrival, check in was easy. Staff wasnt friendly but complered tasks. Upon entering our king size accessible room with a pullout bed, it was noticibly clean and spacious. The positives end there. The pool was a major factor in our hotel decision, Especially since they had a pool lift. But it was not working. We were not notified ahead of time. In the room, the shower had zero pressure and shower head was too heavy for the bar to even hold, let alone someone with a disability. Ac unit was constantly running with a high pitched noise. The pull out bed in our room had no sheets or even blankets/ pillows stached in the room. Very disappointing

We left room around 11am and back by 3pm but still room was not clean, we stay in lobby for 1hour and 30ish minutes on waiting to room to be clean. Before we left the hotel We even informed the front desk and also the cleaning department to clean the room. We stayed 4 days and our room was cleaned for only 1 day

We were very disappointed. There was a member of staff I believe riding around inside on a scooter acting very unruly. There were stains all over our carpet. My daughter left her sweatshirt behind and when my sister went to retrieve it she was treated very unprofessionally and we were lied to. When the hotel first opened it was wonderful and now we see it going downhill very quickly. Also, tried to call hotel several times and no one EVER answers the phone. What ever happened to great customer service?? We were there for a funeral and stayed at a Hampton for the first few nights. They comped us a managers rate of $110/night. Holiday Inn wouldn’t even get anywhere close to that price. So disappointed

It was very nice. The staff was wonderful and very friendly. However, my husband is in a wheelchair and I am using a cane. The beds are too high, making it difficult getting into bed. The roll in shower was great, however the shower is slightly higher than the rest of the bathroom. Although it had a floor drain across the shower, water escaped and made the bathroom slippery. The toilet kept backing up. Toilet paper went in the wastebasket and solids took several flushes to go down. The room door is very heavy and can’t be propped open. A person in a wheelchair can’t get out by themselves. It was a beautiful room. However, I wish real handicapped people designed and tested those designs.

The property was wonderful. Lots of places outside to sit and enjoy the weather (outside of the pool area). The room was very clean and spacious, though the bathroom was a bit wonky. I would have rated 5 stars but the evening front desk person was slightly rude and unaccommodating. Its a shame that such a great hotel has such a sour personality greeting guest.

The location was very isolated and there were no restaurants nearby. Front staff were incisible until this morning at checkout. There was a HEAVY use of an incense smelling air freshener that stayed in your nostrils and stuck in your throat. Makes you wonder what it was covering. The bed was positioned so that it blew directly on the sleepers. The base of the shower where it meets the wall had either mold or soap scum all the way around. Some came loose during my morning shower. There is also a crack in the back corner of the shower that has to be letting water get behind the shower wall. This is not the experience i expect from a Holiday Inn Express.

The hotel was very clean and felt new. Beds were comfortable and the room was quiet. The auto shop brought us here when our car broke down. We didn't see shopping or dining options within safe walking distance, though the hotel has a rooftop bistro and excellent breakfast. We took a pleasant evening walk to the Eagle Overlook. There are family and outdoor attractions on Grand Island, which is quite beautiful.

I've been to many holiday inn express locations and this was not one of the best. As other reviews have said (on Google) the breakfast options were limited, the bathroom was passable clean. Service was ok. Id book again if there weren't other options.
