Upon arriving to the property the first issue was the check in process. We were greeted with a locked door at the office and an envelope for me to sign and drop in a box. They wouldnt talk to us or answer any questions. Very impersonal and not friendly at all. We got to the home and there was a big Dog Turd on the carpet. None of us had dogs and didnt track it in so we are assuming the cleaning crew just lets their dog walk around the home unsupervised. The rest of the home looked ok though but we made sure and did a wipedown before moving forward. I couldnt bring the issue to the managers because they wouldnt even open the office door to talk to me. No coffee, No trash bags, we went and bought our own. The pictures showed more items in the game room that were not there which was misleading. Overall its a nice place, just unfriendly communication and the dog feces was pretty disturbing. We visit Red river once a summer, we will look elsewhere next time.
