This house was very open and attractive. The view was also very pretty!

While the kitchen was adequately stocked, but not vented. The beds in the VRBO were terribly hard and hurt our backs. Go to the store and get detergent prior to staying, we would have, had I known. Someone had a bobcat scraping off the snow but nothing to clear off our walkway. The sofas were very low and uncomfortable.

The location was excellent. It was away from the center of town so it was quiet, but you could run to the store and back in 10 minutes. The creek behind the house was great. There was lots of wildlife in the area - rabbits, chipmunks, ducks and deer.
The house was fine, but the carpet could use cleaned. The couches also need replacing. They are well used.
The kitchen was very will stocked with lots of dishes, pots, pans, bowls and appliances.
Overall, it was a great place to stay.

Had 6 adults in group. No children but plenty of space for some. Attended Red River Family Encampment. Less than a mile from it.

We would love to rent it again! I do think that all the rug runners on top of carpet are a tripping hazard. But overall it is a great house!

We took a family trip for Oktoberfest and the location of this property was perfect! They supplied us with everything needed and had great communication! We loved being able to grill by the river and enjoy all the wildlife.

Okay but not great
This was an okay property but a few things could be improved.
Pros: single story, open kitchen & living area good for large groups was nice, bedrooms were good size all with tv’s, garage parking, and plenty of parking in front of house.
Cons: very poor sofa bed mattresses - guests ended up sleeping on floor, kitchen frying pan was too nasty to cook on, could not remove parental lock on tv, should provide a few more trash bags, toilet paper, and dishwasher detergent for large groups staying 4 nights. One of the kitchen chairs was broken.

4th Quarter
We all enjoyed our stay; however I have a few suggestions for a better stay. (a) Need new pots and pans, (b) light bulbs in kitchen need to be changed to a brighter bulb. (c) the gas grill was very dirty. Loved the location near the creek.
