Welcome to the perfect beachfront/oceanfront home! Immaculately clean, stunning and luxurious four bedroom house on the beach with oceanfront hot tub! As of September 2019, this home has gotten a complete kitchen remodel including granite countertops and all new bathroom vanities with granite, new lighting, new linens and new decor. We're also one of the few properties that offers over the top amenities like a beach front Nordic hot tub, and we're pet friendly as well!

About our location: while being just a few short steps to the beach, we are walking distance to restaurants, shopping, pier, yoga, ice cream, smoothies, surf shops and so much more. Leave your car at home and walk down the beach to some great restaurants, and ask me about the eateries you can bring your dog! Escape the worries of your every day life and take a deep dive into the wonders of island time.
We own both sides of this extraordinary property, which is wonderful for large groups. There are hotel-style secure doors on each side in the living room, which when opened up allows for great access between both properties if you rent both sides! If only one side is rented you can feel completely secure in the knowledge that these are secure exterior doors which can't be opened unless both sides are unlocked.
We have thought of every detail to make your stay carefree, from the moment you first arrive. We have covered parking for one vehicle, additional parking in the driveway, and we are right next to public parking, which is wonderful for larger groups.
Everything you need to enjoy your stay is provided, including beach towels, bath towels, luxury LINENS, a fully stocked kitchen, exquisite décor, and the the soothing sounds of the ocean. No extra fees for sheets and towels, and in fact, we encourage to use and enjoy everything in the home as if it were your own.
Step out on any of our three decks and enjoy views of the ocean, or stroll out onto the beach from your private beach access! Enjoy coffee on the deck and take in the sunrise while watching the dolphins play in the surf.
Our decks are immaculately maintained for your security and comfort. The top and middle decks are enclosed and private - no one from the beach can wander up to these levels. The lowest level has private direct beach access. This is the seamless balance of convenience and security, and our guests love it! Our brand new Nordic hot tub is on the lower level, right next to our enclosed outdoor shower.
Four bedrooms, two of which are ocean front, give you plenty of space to rest and relax. The master suite is on the main living area on the top floor, and offers a king bed with fewer trips up and down the stairs. The bottom floor has three bedrooms, two of which are ocean front, one queen and one king master suite. The kids room, which boasts two sets of bunk beds, is thoroughly enjoyed by the young, and the young at heart. We also have two luxury cots that can be used as well. And I promise they're actually very comfortable!
Traveling with little ones? We have a pack-n-play conveniently stored in the master bedroom closet, and a high chair tucked away in the upstairs king bedroom closet for your convenience.
The living area provides stunning front row views of nature at its finest! Plenty of seating on both decks for lounging, eating or enjoying the view.
If you need a break from mother nature, we have a fully stocked activity closet with games, books and puzzles, and dozens of DVDs suitable for all ages. Or you can take a quick walk into town and enjoy the finest dining, shopping and nightlife on the island!
We offer a well-loved and unique "pay-it-forward" kitchen policy. We love it when our guests leave behind fresh food items, both in the refrigerator and the pantry. We find our guests enjoy a lot of "bonus" food items that provide a great supplement to what you'd normally stock. Our guests love it and it works very well. And you will love our kitchen! Luxuriously appointed with everything you need, including all appliances large and small, a regular coffee maker as well as a Keurig, plenty of pots, pans, dishes and utensils to entertain your loved ones. Also included is a world-class view - enjoy the sights and sounds of the beach while you're fixing!
Everything you need to get started on a relaxing note is already provided for you, so we've stocked it with shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hand soap, as well as two rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom to get you started. Dishwashing detergent, trash bags, and even laundry detergent for our washer and dryer, in case you need to run a quick load of laundry are also available for your convenience.
We have a large flat screen TV in the main living area with Roku, and strong Wi-Fi throughout the home. All four bedrooms have Roku as well, just in case you can't miss your show!
We love our dogs! And we are very pet friendly - just let me know. In fact, you can even bring your well behaved dog to a great restaurant that's within walking distance from our house! Our only requirement is that for the comfort and enjoyment of all of our guests, we do not allow dogs on beds at any time. Pet hair is difficult to remove from linens, and we want everyone to be able to enjoy their stay.
A charcoal grill is provided, and every deck (all three!) is fully furnished. And speaking of decks, our guests are welcome to use our brand new Nordic hot tub for your private use.
We also provide three boogie boards, 12 beach chairs, a cooler and an umbrella for your use on the beach, as well as an outdoor shower for your comfort.
The most important thing to us is your happiness during your stay. We take great pride and pleasure in making sure you have everything you need to have a great vacation, and we do everything we can to ensure you have the best vacation possible! My husband and I enjoyed our 4 night stay with our three adult children, their partners, one infant and a dog. The house was nicely appointed and stocked with everything we needed. Beautiful view, ocean front, walking distance to restaurants, bars and coffee shops and a short drive to grocery shopping, Walmart and area attractions. Heads up for larger groups that area restaurants do not seem to take reservations and the waiting times can be long.

We have stayed at this property 5 out of the past 6 years. My only regret is that it wasn’t all 6 years !!!

We rented this home on the beach for a long weekend. It was everything we hoped for. The lower level had beach towels, hooks, and little bags for shell collecting (which was a nice touch). We didn't use the spa or outdoor shower, but having the hose on the patio to rinse your feet after beach time was great.
The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, the house had some supplies like laundry soap and tp that meant we didn't have to rush to the store right away. The rental has a pay-it-forward motto, so we left food behind for the next guests. The closet in the kitchen had games and a small library (with some fun reading). And the view was amazing! Karen was very nice to work with through the entire process. The only "4" rating was because the coded lock on the door had issues and we didn't get a key delivered to us. But, with a little oil, we were able to coax it into locking. No big deal at all. Oh, and the carport can hold 2 vehicles end-to-end, which worked out for our group. And did we mention the view!!!! The great-grandparents in the group appreciated being able to be "with" us on the beach since there are 2 decks that hang right over the sand! We highly recommend Karen's place if you are planning a trip to the Surf City area! Mike & Kathi

We loved your home and how comfortable it made us all feel! You truly provided all the comforts of home. We did buy a full length mirror which Walmart happened to have in the back (even discounted it to $4.00). We left it for you to put up for our next visit lol The layout was perfect for our big family. With all the balconies, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms it made it perfect for us all. The location was in good proximity to the restaurants and the pier. The best were the views and the easy access to the beach. We all had a great time boogie boarding, jumping the waves, playing in the sand, collecting so many great shells and sharks teeth and sunbathing and our grandsons fishing off the pier late at night. Having the warm outside shower and hot tub were great too! Lastly, the onsite manager, Christine was very wonderful and easy to reach by text and call to answer all my questions. Thank you again for a great vacation that none of us will ever forget :) We all are already missing the view and the sound of the ocean.

We absolutely LOVED this rental and will definitely be returning. The property was everything it promised to be and it is literally located right on the beach. We loved the decor and the amenities. We just came to Top Sail for a two-night visit with our son before his deployment so it was great to have the convenience of this rental unit's policy to leave items you don't use. We appreciated that convenience and left a few things behind for the next tenant. The property is new, clean and very cozy.
The rental manager was wonderful to work with, as well. She texted us the morning of our check-in so we could reach out at any time with questions.
We really loved our stay here and plan to rent this unit again in the near future. Thank you!

This was my children's first beach vacation and I couldn't have imagined a better trip (other than the weather which is out of the control of us mere humans)! Even though it was quite windy the whole time and rained one day, we managed to play in the ocean, hunt for seashells and shark teeth, dig in the sand (my son's favorite part), enjoy the hot tub, and soak in the ocean views. It was lovely having beach towels and toys provided for us! The house is beautifully decorated and was perfect for our family & friends. None of us were ready to leave and we are counting down the days until we can put our toes in thr sand again!

Clean, organized, perfect spot by the beach! We rented the home for the weekend to treat our employees with a weekend away. Having chairs, towels, sheets, etc. all there and ready for us to use was fantastic! My goal was to make the trip as simple and comfortable as we could for them. This home helped me achieve all of that! Great communication with the host and on site manager. We had no issues while we stayed. We even got to check in eary! Everything was wonderful! Bonus, great kitchen layout to cook meals!

Such a wonderful home that was just steps from the beach! It was a fabulous location and especially enjoyed the decks and hot tub. The house had a wonderful selection of beach toys, chairs and even an umbrella. Only hardship was not enough parking as all family members came from different location so we had 4 cars.

This owner and her property manager were AMAZING!!! I had a self inflicted issue with the app, I reached out to the property owner and she was so gracious and kind! I messaged her several times about the unique needs of my party and she responded swiftly with detailed assistance each and every time. The day of our arrival, I received a message from her on-site manager who was equally as awesome and helpful! I had a few needs at the house and her manager was right on it, immediately!! Our anniversary girls trip was amazing in this beautiful home! Thank you Karen!!

I had the pleasure of staying at this lovely beach house with my family recently, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. The house was located right on the beach, with stunning views of the ocean from every room.
One of the things that made this experience so positive was the way the house was set up. It was spacious and had plenty of room for everyone, with multiple bedrooms and bathrooms, a large living room, and a fully equipped kitchen. We were able to cook meals together, play games, and spend quality time with each other in the common areas, but we also had our own space for when we wanted some quiet time.
But the real highlight of our stay was, of course, the beach. We spent most of our days lounging in the sun, playing in the water, and taking long walks along the shore. It was the perfect way to unwind and recharge, and we all felt so grateful to be able to experience such a beautiful place together.
Another thing that made this experience so positive was the quality time we spent together as a family. Without the distractions of work and daily life, we were able to truly connect and enjoy each other's company. We played board games, had long conversations, and even took a few family photos to remember the trip by.
Overall, I would highly recommend this beach house for a vacation to anyone looking for a relaxing and rejuvenating experience with their family. It's a great way to disconnect from the hustle and bustle of daily life and create lasting memories with the people you love.

This property was excellent in every way. We had a winter women's staycation weekend, as we live close by. The house was well stocked and impeccably clean. Everything was exactly as the pictures show. Being beach front was amazing. The beach was gorgeous and the dolphins put on an incredible show for us. We loved using the hot tub and we walked to nearby restaurants. The host was very kind and communicated very well. We cannot wait to come back! A perfect spot for a beach getaway any time of year!

Absolutely stunning, amazing, beautiful property. Could not have asked for a better location. The house was top notch with outstanding views of the ocean!! Literally just steps away. Christine & Karen were available if needed but we didn't have to bug them :-) Oh and the hot tub facing the ocean... A dream come true.. House decorations beautiful. Linens beautiful. Theme beautiful. They also provided handmade shell gathering bags to collect shells along the beach. No need to bring much as they provide quite a bit of everything. Outstanding dreamy location.

We loved this vacation home and it's proximity on the beach; we cherished our sunrise walks and sunset swims in the ocean. The house comfortably accommodated our elderly mother and extended family of 10. Karen and her on-site manager, Christine, were exceptionally responsive and helpful from pre-arrival and throughout our stay. The host and property manager are excellent in communicating and responding quickly to any questions. The property is absolutely wonderful, and the location is perfect for stepping straight onto the beach or walking to various stores. We love how they supply towels, sheets, and a few beach items. Definitely want to return here!

We had a great long weekend stay at this property. You are quite literally sitting on the beach. Hot tub was a great feature at night to watch sunset. Property manager, Christine, could not have been nicer. There was an issue with the washer / dryer and she had a brand new set delivered the next day. Tons of supplies - including coolers, towels, kitchen utensils and beach chairs. House was very clean upon arrival - including a brand new fridge. The beach allowed dogs which was also a plus compared to some other coastal beaches. Highly recommend!

We stayed at this beautiful property during a family vacation. The home was perfect for our group since each family had their own bathroom and the kids loved the bunk bed room. Everything we needed for the beach was provided and the on-site host, Christine, answered any questions and addressed any issues promptly. Would definitely stay here again.

This was a post high school graduation trip for my daughter and one of our most memorable. The house was wonderful, had plenty of room, and the Ocean front views on all levels was just beautiful. I definitely recommend this vacation spot for anyone looking for a peaceful and memorable getaway.
