Watersview Lodge is a lovely lodge nestled in Rudyard, close to Leek, Staffordshire. Hosting three bedrooms: one double with en-suite shower room, a further double and bunk room, together sleeping six guests and served by a family shower room. It has an open-plan living room with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Outside provides an enclosed decking area with furniture and a hot tub, as well as off-road parking for three cars. Watersview Lodge is a wonderful retreat for friends and families looking to escape to Staffordshire.
Amenities: Electric central heating. Electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer, Smart TV with freesat, DVD and WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking for 3 cars. EV charger. Enclosed decking area with furniture and hot tub and access to shared lawned garden. 2 well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Pub 3 minute walk (Rudyard Hotel). Shop is on caravan park and sells most essentials. Leek 3 miles; Buxton 12 miles; Asbourne 15 miles; Bakewell 24 miles. Note: The owners also own Kipling Lodge, property reference – 970198, on the same Rudyard site.
