This property is great for adults but if you have little ones, you would not want them out of sight as the name of the property suggests, it's a house built on a cliff. Breath taking views.
The garbage in the garage had not been emptied, lots of flies and stinky. Not sure how long it had been there but there was a lot of garbage, all the cans & bins were already full.

The view was nice and the location was nice because it was located in the middle of everything.
The house smelt like old people when we walked in. Very musky. The décor was very old and outdated. There were stains all over the carpet, I didn't want to take my shoes off. There was also a dead bug on the floor and smudges all over the master bathroom mirror. The blinds in the master sweet took about 2 minutes to open up each window, since they were so old. They even had a lift chair in the house that took up half the stairway and the large chair was in the way at the bottom of the stairs. It also didn't work, so not sure why it's in the house. They had a lock on the kitchen window, so you couldn't even open it up all the way and enjoy listening to the waves. We also couldn't open the window where the dining table is because that was locked as well. We had 8 people and drove a 12 passenger van for extra comfort. We got stuck multiple times trying to get out because the hill was so steep. It says up to 8 guests, yet they only had furniture for the living room for 5 people. The 3 person couch had stains all over it and the 2 wicker chairs were not comfortable to sit in. The dining table only had enough chairs for 6 people and one of the chairs was broken. The ice maker and toaster didn't work. They didn't have a lot of cooking utensils or regular utensils and didn't have basic spices to cook food. The wash machine sounded like a train coming through the house. The view was the only nice thing, even though it was not technically easy access to the beach, since there was no way to walk down, which was deceiving. I would not recommend if you want to hang out in the Airbnb with 8 people, as there was not any designated spaces big enough to fit everyone.

Location was fantastic
We weren’t able to control the temperature. It was too warm at night, we had to keep the doors open for a while to get comfortable.

The view is what you are paying for. The windows from almost every room are lovely. Its amazing. Just a 3-4 min drive around the corner to the easy access of the Beach and no one around. The kitchen is big and well equipped so you can cook just about anything- every kitchen gadget you could want. I never found the firepit people talked about... but maybe its only there in the summer...When I reported an issue, it was addressed right away. So, appreciated the responsiveness. The place could use some updating, but a good spot for a family or someone who wants privacy. Overall, the place looked clean when we arrived, but as we started looking around and using things, it became apparent it wasn't as clean as we thought and there were a number of things that would have been disappointing if I hadn't read the reviews of other people.
The two twin beds upstairs were uncomfortable. The down stairs were great.. The broken bedroom blind, that someone reported months ago in the reviews, is still broken. The jet tub would have been great but it obviously hadn't been used in a while since algae clumps began to come up in the water when I started running the jets. That was a disappointment. Some of the dishes in the cupboard were dirty. The grease tray of the eletric griddle was full if hardened grease- cleaned it out, but -gross. The entire carpet is stained (presumably from pets or water- I saw the many posts about it ) but since I wanted to bring my dogs I didnt mind. But if I had one of those dogs that if they smelled it, they would want to pee over it, I would be frustrated. So pet owners- be aware. Also, your dog needs to be able to go up/down stairs. In general, the place could use some updating.

Great ocean views with large windows. Lots of space. Dog friendly
Dirty kitchen floor, needs a new toaster, needs a information list including the way to get down to the beach and the wifi password, jacuzzi tub was nice, but ran out of hot water before it filled enough to use it.
Outdated furniture
Take out chair lift-it is hazardous
More seating upstairs
Stained carpet
No grill

The space, the amenities, the comfort. This was a win. We had 4 adults staying this visit. We read the reviews, knew in advance the challenges others had, Took the time to make it work. We all felt that there was great care taken to see to it that when you stay there you have what you need. Thank you for providing everything we could need minus the food
Found some dirty dishes, but soap and sponges were supplied for anything needed.
