The front desk staff was exceptional. Check-in was a breeze, and we immediately felt right at home. The rooms were cozy, well-equipped, and inviting.
Not much you could do about the construction as you renovate the property. Overall, the tree removal and demolition didn't inconvenience us much at all. We're looking forward to getting back to Jacksonville to see the changes once you're done.

Absolutely amazing historic house with updated amenities to make you feel totally comfortable. Easy walk downtown and to the Britt. Patty, our host was more than welcoming, even moving her car for us to have a parking spot by the front door. Great pantry open 24 hours. Super comfy bed/sheets/linens. A gem!!! We will definitely return.
We loved everything.

The upgrade to the larger room was much appreciated. The room was huge!
There was plenty of parking alongside the building.
The pantry in the morning had a nice variety of higher class goods. Loved the Bob's Red Mill oatmeal and fruit.
The inn itself is located next to a park and a small coffee shop. Lots of restaurants within easy walking distance. I'd suggest a walk around town as the streets aren't super busy and it feels safe.
I do wish there had been more flavors of yogurt (berry-centered specifically).

The term “McCully House” is a bit of a misnomer. It is more adequately referenced as “McCully Home”, after the hospitality evidenced throughout our 3-day stay. It was, simply, too short.

it was alright
they could told us no kitchen they could of give $25 to eat down the street

The location is great. Close to Medford but quite and very much a small town feel. The room was comfortable and well decorated. Room was spacious and had good amenities. My wife and I really enjoyed our stay.

The pantry was fabulous, management was good, location was fabulous
The only real negative that I have about the property is that if you are in any way, challenged by mobility, you must request a room on the first floor. The stairs to second floor in the main building are quite precarious. I am 70 and walk with a cane so it was quite challenging. Going up the stairway

very pretty house with lovely landscaping and lots of sitting areas outside. The bed was clean and comfy. The pantry was nice withe coffee and treats. Easy after hours check in and great communication.

The Hostess graciously allowed us to check in around noon. Room 17 is bright and spacious with lots of windows. The bed is super comfortable. The shower stall was also a real treat. The location in the middle of town was wonderful and we walked to the restaurants. (Jacksonville Inn)
The Inn is expensive and breakfast is not available or included

Clean and friendly
The pillows are firm. Too firm. This would be a perfect place with softer pillows.

It's not a bed & breakfast. Snacks, fruit, yogurt were offered in the help yourself pantry. Staff were very accomodating.
Wish I'd tried for a first floor room. Location was convenient, but traffic was noisy.

absolutely everything
that we had to check out. lol

Very comfortable room. We stayed a couple of days so it was a nice place to beat the heat. The location was great. We came for a concert at the Britt Pavilion. We were able to walk everywhere to restaurants, bars, and the concert. McCulley House Inn will be our go to place for our next visit.
Nothing we can think of.

big comfy rooms an bath. beautiful shaded yard to relax, close walk to Britt Festival.

Location was excellent right on the main street. Cute town - very historical - with shops and restaurants within walking. Britt Festival venue also within walking. Rooms were delightful. The pantry was a nice touch - not really a breakfast but snacks. Good coffee choices. The management was excellent and helped with suggestions for things to do. They were very attentive to our needs.

The location was incredible. One night was too short of a stay for my husband and I and we're already looking forward to next time. The McCully House was clean, quaint, and careful thought was put into every detail. Communication with staff was great and they made this a smooth and comfortable stay for us. We loved it!
The McCully house was great and we have no complaints! Just a heads up for people new to the area the local restaurants close pretty early! We arrived at 7:30pm and many of the restaurants (that were within walking distance) closed at 8 or 9pm. Thankfully Medford is close by and if you're getting a late dinner you'll only need to drive 10 minutes or so (there's inn n out, chick fil a, etc.)

The location could not be better as it is right in town and just across the street from the best coffee in Jacksonville. The room was very clean and well stocked. And the shower was great!
The bed was not super comfortable nor were the pillows, both were too firm for my liking but that is just personal preference. The only issue with the shower was that water got all over the floor as it is just a walk in shower. I just put down a towel when in use.

Every detail has been carefully attended to, leaving guests completely satisfied. The Inn is easy walking distance to restaurants and shops, allowing guests to soak up all the small town charm of Jacksonville.
We’re sorry we couldn’t stay longer.

Beautiful location in a lovely old house with lots of character. Loved the lighted front garden and that the house was right on the main street so could just step out the door and enjoy the town Christmas decorations.
Heating had broken down before our arrival, and it took many hours for our room to be comfortable with the portable heater. We went to bed fully clothed. Staff were very apologetic, and kindly gave us a bottle of wine the next day.

Everything was perfect. The room was spacious and clean, and their pantry area was filled with a huge selection of coffee, tea, cocoa, and snacks. This was an excellent idea for travelers, so we could get a snack, oatmeal, and beverage at our convenience, and return to our room to enjoy it.
The staff was warm warm and welcoming, and ease of checkout and checkin was great. This is a wonderful place to stay😊
everything was perfect

Everything!! We were told upon check in that the McCully House was under new ownership as of only a few months ago. Bravo to the new owners who spared no expense on the improvements!! The location is right downtown, walk out your door to all the shops and restaurants. Our room (9) was facing the street...we turned the comfortable leather chairs around to sit and watch the rain come down over the fall colored trees as the cars drove by. The room decor was timeless, yet updated and comfortable with beautiful crisp white linens. Very clean! No hot breakfast served in the morning (covid) but there was a cute pantry stocked with coffee, tea, cocoa, oats, granola, yogurt, fruit… Etc. The staff was friendly and accommodating. We will be back. :)
We wanted to watch a movie or TV show before bed but, although there is a list of cable channels available… there are no channels activated? it was probably for the best. We were looking for a quiet restful weekend so we brought books to read.
