Good location and good for 3-5 pax

The location because it is walking distance to some stores, restaurants, events place, and such. The unit can fit up to five adults and quite safe for children since the stairs has an acrylic barrier. The unit also is located on the first floor and near the front entrance so everything is accessible like the bank, coffee shop, convenience store, spas and restaurants. The unit also provided some cooking pans and small kitchenware free to use. Beddings and pillow are provided, just dont use the sofa pillows because they smell.

The smell 😅. Like the other reviews, it’s like the toilet has no exhaust and the whole unit smelled like the toilet. The wifi is terrible and very slow. Luckily i read the other reviews and brought our own coz I had teenagers and wifi is life. If staying during the weekend, the noise outside from the restaurants nearby are very loud. And since youre near the building entrance, the noise from the guards walkie talkie radio is so loud. Up until 2-3am. They provide parking too and is free. But if during weekends, it fills up very quickly since its first come first served. Also the parking is very far from the towers around 10-15min walk. Be prepared also to hand out money to the caretaker as a security deposit which they will return upon checkout. Was quite surprised by this tbh.

ACCESSIBLE CONDO FOR FAMILY

The location is very accessible

The sofa bed is broken we can't sit on it, kitchen tools are not complete and not easy to cook

Conveniently located

Convenient Location. Room is Near the side door at upper ground floor. There's a massage parlor a few steps away from our room and tower2. And theres a selection of restos close by. Contact person was nice and accommodating.

There were cockroaches. The floor needs some cleaning coz it was a bit dusty. The wifi signal was weak.

Cozy and great experience

All of the necessities were provided by the host and it is near the groceries, banks and tourist attractions. Skyranch is just a walking distance away.

Had to be transferred to another unit last minute. Although the unit was clean , the pillows smelled awful and the mattress was covered in platic which made it very uncomfortable to sleep in.

Quick Getaway!

Location. Its in the Upper Ground Floor accessible for deliveries. Its clean. Photos the same on actual visit. Also like the loft set up. Stairs though need some repairs. AC and hot water works well. Kitchen Appliances function according to purpose.

Cable and Net Access. There was No wifi. And it rained during our stay so no cable.

the short stay was good and indeed convenient. probably going to rebook for another Tagaytay stay

the location. The size and how cozy it was was great.

the kitchen stuff isn’t clean. i guess the previous user didn’t clean. the staff wasn’t able to check/ clean. the sponge provide for dishwashing was also way old.

The place and unit itself is good. Service was below average.

Nice, clean and cozy unit. It’s a good location with a cool ambiance. View is nice and accessible to stores & bank.

The prior communication with the hosts held no bearing. My request was not noted neither remembered thus causing delay and inconvenience during date & time of arrival. Could’ve been better if they paid more attention and listened to their guests.
