The location is very good, the apartment is spacious enough for 3 people.
Front door ? - Looks terrible!!! The code to the lock box is ok, BUT!!!! how to open the lock box to get the key to the front door ??????
Door to the apartment ? - the smart locker needs mending /repairing/ changing!!!!!!!!! Again: the code is ok, but it is a real callenge to get into... "Keep calm and carry on!" "Never give up!" "Believe in God!"

No sheets for the sofa bed. It is not always a couple when 2 people book a room.

The only good thing were the location and the mattress.
The window handle came loose the first day, and they didn't fix it. So 10 days without a secure appartment. The terrace floor was rotten with holes (the pictures are old). No hot water the first night, so had to shower cold. Kitchen sink could not hold water, and had a loose tap. Cobwebs in living room. Duct tape on door lock. No curtain on bedroom window no 2 (just remaining traces of a curtain pole). They refused to give us two keys and all communication was unpersonal and minimal.

Check-in was done in an automated way. The instructions provided were very clear and understandable. The apartment is spacious and well-equipped. There is an electric heater, so even on a colder evening you can keep warm.
The automatic machine at the front door wasn't fully functional - I had to click on the panel several times to activate all the numbers.

It was spacious enough for us
It was a bit dirty and the staff wasn’t helpful when we had problems with the bathtub

the bed sheets had hairs on and there was no hot water or heating in the bedroom and in the living area the thermostat couldn’t be changed. the place was below basic conditions for the huge amount paid. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

Although dated quite satisfactory for a short visit.
Entry key pad ok after familiarisation.
Central heating in bathroom and bedroom.
Cooking facilities.
Good location.
The entry area and the apartment reminded me of my student days too much !

Thankfully there was semi hot water coming out of the shower.
Where to start... Dirty, smelly, damp and noisy property. Just disgusting. When I complained nothing was done about anything - people just do not care. I left the property after the first night and lost £100 because of the 2nd night. The host was of no help, didnt want to know, didnt care.
You couldnt even see the front door in the stairwell because the security light kept going off fast. the place is a dump - just absolutley disgusting. I could have cried when I entered the space and would dearly have loved to not stay but for the loss of so much money and no other hotels nearby were available that first night.

The bedding itself was clean.
The shared entry to the flat was disgustingly dirty and the stairs felt unsafe, as they bounced when you walked on them. The flat was in a poor state of repair with filthy skirting boards, dust and bottle tops under the sofa, damaged walls, flooring and sofa bed. The TV didn't have any channels tuned in and there were no instructions on how to work it, the heating didn't work, the boiler was turned off, there were no toiletries in the bathroom other than a little hand soap, the sofa bed was very uncomfortable, there was blood on one of the pillows, we had to put all the bedding on ourselves i.e. duvet cover and pillowcases, the booking was for four but there was only a single quilt for the sofa bed, the curtains didn't stop the light coming in and there was a window in the back room that had no curtain at all.

The location was good with stations and grocery stores closeby and there were a lot of amenities. Like the washing machine, hair dryer and a microwave for example.
Good for the money.
Though it wasn't as bad as I expected based on other reviews, it was a bit dirty and old.
The sleeping couch isn't very comfortable, I don't recommend sleeping on it for multiple days.

The location was nice and the area was quiet.
The apartment was downright filthy. Cobwebs in the corners, dirty skirting boards and walls (!) despite what I can see in the price as a 40 pound cleaning fee. There were no spoons or tea towels in the kitchen so we had to eat cereal and yoghurt with forks and use our own towels to dry dishes. The outlets looked very illegal and unsafe. The pull-out sofa was broken and all the cabinets etc. looked horrible, broken and dirty. The floor was very janky and the doorstep to the bathroom was broken and gave me a cut on my foot because of the hole in the wood. We were only given 3 towels in total for a 5 night stay of three people, far from sufficient. The wall decor was miniscule, nothing like the pictures and nails were pertruding from the wall as well. The host has clearly made no effort to make this apartment a nice place to stay and it does not match the pictures AT ALL. Furthermore, where the small 'balcony' is shown in the pictures, there was a gaping hole of rotted wood and planks so we were not able to use this at all.
The most horrible stay I have ever had at this price point. Completely unacceptable and I am trying to get in contact with whoever I can for a refund.
They also charge a 200 pound deposit which is fair enough if you happen to break something, but I have not yet been refunded the full 200 pounds. They claim that the missing money is missing due to banking fees, however I am still entitled to a full refund of my deposit, as they assured me before my stay. If you owe someone 10 pounds and only give them 8 because of banking fees, you still owe them 2 pounds! I am not responsible for potential banking fees and paid these out of my own pocket when I transferred the deposit to them, fully aware of my own responsibility. Had I only transferred 195 pounds as a deposit because of banking fees, this would not have been approved.

Nothing.
Upon arrival, the place was absolutely disgusting. We found bloody tissues in the bedroom, faeces in the bathroom, food on almost every piece of "washed" cutlery/plates, wet stains on the sofa and just general dirt around the flat. As if that wasn't enough, the front door to the building was broken and anyone off the street could get into the property with a simple push on the front door. The flat also has no heating. The central heating wasn't working, which is why they leave you a tiny electric heater, which is hardly enough for the whole flat, but incredibly, this was also broken, leaving the flat freezing. The most hilarious and outrageous part of the whole experience was that when we contacted the landlady (Andrea) about any of these problems she would avoid all our calls and provide a vague response via text, indicating it was pretty much our problem, and that if we wanted anything done about it we'd have to contact booking.com. Eventually they did offer to send a cleaner, which they did the next day without giving us a time. However, it wasn't a cleaner who arrived, rather a friend of Andrea's armed with anti bacterial spray. This is when we finally got to speak to Andrea for the first time over the phone, as she answered the call from her friend meant to be cleaning the flat, and were finally able to describe our issues in detail. No help was offered other than "we'll send you another electric heater at some point" and that's when we had enough and asked booking.com to move us to another property, which they did as they were quick to recognise that the state of this property was completely unacceptable. Thankfully I took photos and videos throughout the whole time so we were never short of evidence.
