je pourrais y revenir si le chauffage est amélioré et le pese bagage disponible

l'emplacement de l'hotel etait tres bien assez proche de la ligne de metro et des lieux touristiques. le personnel etait acceuillant et tres disponible

il faisait tres froid dans les chambres il faudrait améliorer le chauffage, il faudrait penser a un pese bagage au hall de l'hotel pour faciliter la gestion des bagages

Chissà quanto costano le stanze adatte agli standard degli italiani

La colazione alla mattina era in linea con il prezzo. La sala piccola ma il personale cortese

La stanza era molto piccola come lo armadio e per tre persone non adatta. Mensola porta bollitore traballante e il quadro decorativo con vetro era precaria con la cornice scomposta. Bidè non presente e neppure la doccetta nel water per lavarsi.

A nice central location. Friendly staff. Clean and comfortable room.

The location. It was very close to where I needed to be for work. Also the shower was perfect.

Never again.

The location is great if you're using the Euro Star, Kings Cross or St Pancras.

This really is bargain basement. The bathroom was so small I didn't even attempt to use the shower - I would've had a problem getting in. To open the bathroom door, you have to move the bed. They might as well take the door off. It's a single person room, no need for the door. The bed, was not comfortable, if you're thinking of staying more than one night - think again. I know it was under £100 but I still think they could do better.

Für einen absoluten Kurztrip vielleicht gerade so mal i.O., aber wirklich nicht länger als 3-4 Tage

Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft der Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption. Die Lage Frühstück war für einen Aufschlag von GBP 5,00 i.O. wenn auch einfach gehalten

Zimmer im Untergeschoß sehr klein und feucht. Kleiderschrank viel zu klein mit einer Breite von 50 cm, mehr gab das Zimmer von der Größe aber auch nicht her. Keine Abstellmöglichkeit für die Koffer

Localization is excellent

Localization, reception, staff is good, a lot of attention with clients

room is tinny for 4 people, but the prices in London are unsane and at the end of the day it can be considered a good price benefit. and as it is close to the station, as always as drug users around., the tip is never talk to them, or give attention to that people, or make a eye contact and late hours don´t walk alone as in other locations also

Don't expect a comfortable bed, shower, or breakfast.... But atleast the front desk staff is nice

The location was nice, close to Kings' Cross station. Front desk staff was very respectful and nice, however I found it weird how we had to leave our room key at the front desk when leaving the hotel? I guess it's to make sure it isn't lost.

Pfoo, where to even begin... We arrived and the front desk was very courteous, but as mentioned earlier having to leave our room key felt somewhat uncomfortable. Breakfast was not included, and when we did go to get breakfast in the hotel there was no bread, you had to ask for bread or toast, the attending duo at the breakfast were very unrespectful. For example, a lady asked if a new pot of coffee could be made because there was a LOT of grit in the current pot, she was denied this and the coffee was thrown out. Moments after the lady leaves, the attending woman goes and makes a cup of coffee for herself in full view of us. Then when we had asked for toast when we arrived we waited for ages, eventually having to ask for it again and it not even being warm or toasted properly. To keep it short... Breakfast was a disaster! Then lets sum up the bed... if you can even call it that. Mattresses were very old where you could feel every single spring inside of it, and that on top of it being laid down on what appeared to be two coffeetables made to look like a bed. Blankets were torn and felt filthy. And lastly the shower curtain had multiple mold spots in it... Lets just say, not a comfortable experience at all.

Very clean, quiet and the room was very spacious. A basic stop-over hotel, but met my every needs.

A waste of Money..

Location. It was next to station.

Room smaller than bathroom. The washroom was tiny. The room was underground. The heaters were not working properly. The bed was broken. Dryers useless. Shabby place.. The pictures shown while booking was totally different. Simply a waste of money, except the location. I will suggest all to avoid this place..

Good

Just needed a city centre bed to crash in before a 6:15am train out of King Cross. Hotel is cheap and basic and perfect for this - en suite facilities, staff very welcoming and friendly. You can see Kings Cross station from the front steps. Wouldn't be great for a week, but for a quick in and out, great value for money.

Great location at a low price

3 mins walk to Kings X and 5 mins to Bloomsbury on a quiet square. Good price. Nice enough room. Friendly staff.

The shower wasn’t very strong. The blankets were a bit small for the bed…it may have been because I was alone in a double room.

Clean safe comfortable hotel, great value and location, friendly staff

Quiet, clean, comfortable room. staff were friendly and helpful. No lift but that's not an issue for me. Location is excellnt: a quiet road but a few minutes from Kings Cross/st Pancras. I felt safe travelling to the hotel and while staying.

others may be worries about the lack of a lift - I wasn't, but mentioning in case others affected

Pleasant

Cheap and a great location. The staff were very friendly. The room was clean and although the fixtures were old they were well maintained.

The room was very small and the beds weren't particularly comfy. Not a big deal as we were only there for one night before catching another train.

Has potential, but doesn’t quite make it..

This place is very convenient when arriving by train. It’s a basic spot, the bed was very clean. The room was bigger than average in a hotel of this type. The room was fairly well equipped.

The reviews spoke about the quality of breakfast in the hotel, there were signs for the breakfast room but there is no breakfast option, which makes the room expensive for what it is. Very squeaky floor and bed, super thin walls (although it was nice to know that the girl next door rang her mum..) soap dish was filthy, drawers peeling, radiator grill twisted. Couldn’t open the curtains, they were so tightly into the curtain rail that they wouldn’t slide, which made the room feel like a dark cave. Shame, because the view would have been pleasant. It says that there is a mini market on site…nope
