Very cute apartments (we rented all three); well-equipped and clean. Central location in Fontainebleau.
Host watched to see when we left the building and then entered the apartments (he said it was for servicing the room but did not change sheets or towels); he moved our personal items which felt like an invasion of privacy. He called repeatedly until I answered (I was on my way to my own wedding so let the calls go to voicemail) to let us know that we didn't lock the door (interior door, not the exterior door) and insisted that we return to lock it instead of just locking the door himself. When we tried to talk to him about the situation, it devolved into an argument.

The apartment was very well located, very near Fontainbleau Center, but not in the main street. The bathroom was excellent as well as the shower.
If you are visiting Fontainbleau, I would say this is an excellent choice of lodging, since it is very comfortable, well located and with a good value for money. Nevertheless if you are an Insead student (as I was) there are better alternatives (the Hotels inside Insead) which will cost you almost the same but with breakfast included.

The apartment is really nice and well located.
We were unlucky as the heater had broken and it was cold in the apartment. The host offered a refund and that we would move to the Ibis but we decided to stay.

Very comfortable small flat in a central location. Close to bus from the railway station and to the bus route for insead / chateau.
No problems. some might not like the stairs (it’s on the second floor) but they were fine for us.

For a place to stay for a night in Fontainebleau, I can't imagine many places being as easy or as comfortable as Wisteria. The check-in is via a lock box that is easy to navigate, and the building itself is quite safe and secluded behind a gate.
The apartment we were in was spacious and comfortable and had a nice view of the street, and the bathroom was also big and clean with a nice shower.
The breakfast that's provided isn't anything special, but the fact that there is a breakfast at all - some milk/cereal/a few slices of bread - is certainly better than nothing.
For some people, No TV could be an issue, but don't go to Fontainebleau to spend your time inside :)

The host went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met. He responded to my emails very quickly and anytime I mentioned we needed something, they took care of it right away. The kitchen has some basic amenities for easy food prep and a refrigerator to keep snacks, cheese and wine cold. We had the apartment with a terrace and it was wonderful to have outside space while being able to be away from other people. The location was right near town and the gardens of the palace but was still relatively quiet. Close to the market and shops - including a new Biocoop on the corner that opened while we were there. Also very close to the forest with lots of wonderful hiking trails.
The daily breakfast basket of bread, juice, yoghurt and jam was a lovely touch!
A great place to stay - ideally for 2-3 nights - in Fontainebleau.
It's an older building so you can hear people walking upstairs. For us, it wasn't a problem as the people upstairs were quiet, but this is important to be aware of.
The kitchen has the basics - not really a place you can cook meals, more for easy heating up of foods.

Bed supercomfy, room clean and well-equipped. The decor is charming and modern. The breakfast was super ....fresh and generous. Quiet street.
The heat was turned off and the room was too cold. The heater in the bathroom was turned off. There is nobody in premises to help. Gave the landlord a note in the morning requesting heat but no response. There is no parking and no elevator...I think the “hotel” reference is misleading. The dishes all felt gritty...calcaire??? There is no sign on the building and the street number is hidden. Drove past several times and no answer to the phone. Landlord is not on premises.

Beautiful room with all mod cons. Lots of charm and character. Located in a quaint and quiet street off the main street. It was more than we expected and we will be coming back!
