Great place perfect location everything as expected we all had a great holiday - it was a shame that a few thing could off given a extra star , sink blocked in master bedroom, had to fix single bed and problem with windows not closing properly

A beautiful house in the perfect location for exploring the north coast of Cornwall! The house is extremely well equipped generally, and the comfy beds and lovely linen and towels were the icing on the cake! We didn’t want to leave! Extremely highly recommend!

Heatherbank November 2021
The house was lovely, and the location was perfect for coastal walks and alking down to the beach, although the walk up into the village was steep.
The rooms were spacious and everything was there that you could possibly need.
We all had a great time.

SUPER PROPERTY IN A BEAUTIFUL LOCATION
We were very impressed with the property. The views are superb from both sides of the property. Very well equipped. We would definitely go again. It is an ideal family property. The only observation that we would make is the windows & doors (UPVC) are very fiddly to open & close. Save for that, it is a property with the "Wow Factor".

Family Holiday
Heatherbank is comfortable, clean and in a great location for discovering St Agnes and the rest of Cornwall.
The showers were hot and powerful, the beds were comfortable, the living space was cosy and the kitchen had almost everything we needed.
A few things did crop up during our stay that could have been improved. Almost all of the doors and windows in the property wouldn’t shut or lock properly, causing frustration for all of our party. The front door in particular took 3 people to shut it and some of the bedroom windows could not be opened due to fear of having to get them closed again.
We also felt that the rear garden wasn’t particularly enticing, this could be improved with some additional seating and a fire pit or similar.
Overall we really enjoyed our stay at Heatherbank and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to others!

Brilliant Family Accommodation
Brilliant family holiday accommodation. Very well equipped. Beautiful location.
Had a problem with decking breaking which could have been dangerous but rectified immediately. Only recommendations to owner would be tumble drier (coin slot or pay as you use if it's a financial reason why there isn't one.) Additional clothes airer. One is not enough for 3 families. Also a safety gate should be provided for families with young children. Just a slot in one would be beneficial and really for safety reasons with steep uncarpeted stairs.
But fabulous property.

Beautiful house in beautiful location
Had a lovely stay at heather bank, house very well appointed for self catering everything needed was there, we had day of heavy rain, the living space upstairs so light and airy we still felt we were outside even though we weren’t, there were plenty of games to entertain. The heating downstairs didn’t seem to work so bedrooms quite cold. Not sure how you would get on in winter months. Saying that it’s located in such a beautiful area with lovely beach after COVID year just what we needed would recommend it definitely

Simply stunning house, stunning views and beautiful walks
The house was absolutely stunning inside and out. The bathrooms were fantastic giving lots of space and the views over the 10 minds in the area were just beautiful
The balcony was fantastic and the amenities in the house were well thought out and we’re all that we needed for.
We will definitely be booking again so thank you very much for a comfortable and Hasslefree holiday where we all really relaxed and enjoyed every minute of it many thanks Je Powell

This was a lovely house In a lovely area. We really liked the shops, pubs, restaurants in St Agnes.
The house was modern, clean and furnished very nicely.
The inside facilities were very comfortable, if a little hot at times upstairs in the living area as veluxes/doors are the only ventilation and could not be left open at night or when out.
We visited in high season and for the high price we would have liked more comfortable outside furniture and facilities for drying wetsuits etc.
We were also frustrated that the two en-suite wash basins were blocked. We notified the agent but got no response.
Apart from that...a very lovely house

Fabulous location
The property is in a great location with so much accessible on foot.
Generally the property is in good condition with good facilities. The beds were super comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with crockery and utensils.
The property has lots of books and games for rainy days.
The only watch outs are that on arrival there is no welcome pack at all so bring the essentials (hand soap for bathrooms, milk, bread, dishcloths) and for us the property felt cold (no heating upstairs and really draughty throughout the property) so if you are coming for a winter stay like us- being lots of jumpers! In addition we had no hot water on arrival, we worked out how to turn it on but it took a good while to get going so I’d check that as soon as you arrive.
A lovely stay, I wouldn’t let the above put you off. Just come prepared.

A stormy week in Cornwall
Lovely cottage. Very well equipped kitchen. Has everything you might need. We had a problem when one of the bedroom windows blew in in the storms but the office were great & had someone round within the hour to fix it. Only minor criticism from Grandma was that a loo roll holder needed in bathrooms!
