Wants prepayment

Despite to cancel my Room, they allowed me to use the WİFİ

I made a reservation through Booking.com, and despite the fact that I arrived at the hotel within 30 minutes of booking, they canceled my room claiming they had sent me an email during this time and that my reservation was canceled because I hadn’t made a prepayment. However, there was no warning about this on the reservation or on the Booking.com website.

Pathetic.

Nothing.

The entire room was in dilapidated condition. The pictures and the reality don’t match at all. You need to call in order to get warm water. But, how will you ask for warm water. Guess what!? The phone wasn’t working! The toilet pot was dirty. There was dust on the tables. I literally disliked my stay.

Overall was good but not up to standards. Not happy.

Blanket was not in good condition, water tap was completely rusted, need to clean. Room was clean. But there were marks in blankets, it was torn up. Not in good shape. If you charging hefty price for staying in hotel, at least provide customers a good service.

Bedsheets and blankets. Water tap need to be replaced. It was rusted away.

Terrible experience

There is nothing to like about the hotel. Once I booked via booking.com, before my trip began, I constently received emails from the hotel urge me to pay online via link. it is very shady and even though I reply the message saying I will pay the full amount once I arrived, but still they did not reply my message, only told me my room got cancle when I arrived to the hotel. They are not the only option and are not the best in any espects, so I don't think they are fully booked. I soon book the other hotel in the neightberhood in walking distance.

This is a shady hotel. Anyone of you see the message, pls avoid this hotel, especailly to the international traveller.

We dint stay there they rejected booking.com confirmation saying they dont have room..please black list this chain of ho

Pathetic treatment . Our booking was confirm by booking.com , but the hotel denied check at showing up .. I was travelling with my wife . We had to face quite some problem finding another at that time .. we arrived at late evening around 9 pm and they didn’t treat us well .

Vey shady place at first glance.. unclean reception area… Un friendly receptionist. Denied check in ..

Pls improve the basic amenities required for executive class.

Location was good enough

The basic amenities like bathroom, bedsheets was not up to the mark. It was even worst than a normal Oyo room which is available at less than 1000/-

Feel very bad

Low light Stinking everywhere Dining area is very unhinged n smelly Whole property give us sad n negative vibes Do don’t want to come again n never suggest to any one to book fab hotels There is big difference between photo they shows to customers online N the real look of hotel dirty stinking hotel

Неплохой отель. Ему бы не помешал ремонт. Но в общем и целом, нормальный вариант на несколько дней. Культурные сотрудники отеля. Охрана. Я чувствовал себя в безопасности. Хороший вид из окна. Чисто.

Местоположение. Рядом не нашел нормальных мест, где мог бы поесть. Интернет часто пропадал. За неделю не было ни одной уборки. Но я не просил убираться. Возможно, в Индии нужно самому идти и просить (не уверен). Не работал сейф. На просьбу починить сотрудник сказал, что у них безопасно и никто не зайдет ко мне в комнату. Но если мне уж совсем некомфортно, они что-нибудь придумают. В итоге я забил и не просил больше.

Highly not recommended except for location which too is ordinary

The property was certainly not maintained and was poor in upkeep, aesthetics etc. very very standard BF, rooms also not up to the mark. Intercom wasn't working. No tea kettle provided in room. overall a very below ordinary experience. Would not recommend at this price to anyone. There are much better options available

VERY DISAPPOINTED STAY

Only the location is good

The bathroom was smelly, the rooms were dirty. There were stains on the bed. The wifi was not working. Staff was not helpful in anything. Breakfast was included but with only 3 options of Paratha(Plain), Poha and Bread. Very very limited options. I am still in doubt about the great ratings on Booking.com.

Everything was of poor quality. The room was small for 3 people. The photos shown on the website is false. The lift didn't work and my sick mother had to climb the stairs. The charging ports didn't work plus phone provided in the also wasn't working. The staff on the first day was rude as well. So all in all it was a poor experience One more thing. The room had cracks as well.

The location is good.Room was clean.

The hotel was in general dirty.The dining area was dirty.Not many breakfast options.For early check-in they charged a whooping 700rs.For 3000rs for a day,it wasn't at all worthy stay.
