It was in a quite place
It wasn’t clean specially the bathroom and we moved to another hotel and for the same price we have a way much better place

Cách âm siêu kém. Ngày nào cũng bị đánh thức bởi tiếng nói chuyện của mấy chị ngoài hành lang. Ai cần yên tĩnh thì nên cân nhắc chỗ này

The location is the only positive aspect here. It's a great spot beside the lake with plenty of food places and markets to choose from.
The hotel was extremely outdated and the room was disgustingly dirty. Despite booking a windowless room for a quiet stay, we were greeted with an unbearable smell and filth everywhere. The walls were stained and there was hair all over the place. I would strongly advise against staying at this hotel.
3.0
The location is good: lake side, convenient to go around the centre, lots of places to dine out.
The room has smoky smell and its soundproof is terrible. I can hear the noisy from a family in other room. They might not check the room before coming and there might be the shortage of staffs so the receptionist has to handle two location and many works so he forgot the toilet paper that I asked for.

Outside of the old town, a little more quiet but with a lovely lake surrounded by coffee shops. Super helpful hosts and with many alley ways to explore, made for a wonderful view into the everyday of Hanoians.
Grab can be hard to get/ at peak times it’s a little outside of the main routes so long wait times

Very friendly staff. That’s all the positive I have to say.
Maybe the cleaning lady had a month off. Otherwise it was difficult to see, where she has been cleaning.. the pictures were taking by a seriously good photographer, because the rooms didn’t live up to the expectations - at all!
3.5
Very quiet and close to a number of places with affordable food.
Despite being clean, Bedding and towels seemed old.

During my recent stay at Lakeside Hotel, I found that the room was more spacious than expected, which was a pleasant surprise.
However, there were a few things that I didn't like. Firstly, I found that the service was not amazing. Although the check-in process was smooth and efficient, I felt that the staff were not very friendly or welcoming.
Additionally, I noticed that the room was slightly not maintained. While it was clean and comfortable enough for a one night stay, the furnishings and decor seemed a bit outdated and could use some updating.
Overall, I would say that my stay at Lakeside Hotel was satisfactory, but it may not be the best option for those looking for top-notch service and accommodations. However, for a quick and simple overnight stay, it could make do.

Clean comfortable room in a quiet location.
It í situated down a narrow road and cars cannot drive up and drop you off.
I booked for 1 night and spoke to the receptionist and said I might need to stay another 2-3 days. I advised her I will let her know in the morning and she said that was ok. I had a lot of luggage with me as I was moving out of Hanoi. The next morning I came and said I would like to extend my stay for another 2 days. The owner was thêre and advised me that it was not possible as they were fully booked. She just told me I need to move out my room within an hour as new people were moving in.

We chose it for the location and it turned out to be great. We even enjoyed a farewell coffee before leaving in a café around the small lake.
The real experience didn’t meet the pictures unfortunately. We didn’t have any view on the lake but this wasn’t even the deal breaker, it was just simply not as nice.

location nearby the lake is nice, the price is ok
this is not the nicest place I stayed at, we could not check in for more than an hour, we also didnt get a passcode to open the door in the morning and it was impossible to contact the staff, it was not clean, we had some dirty cups laying in the bathroom

It's a new property so the rooms are clean and good.
I had a very bad experience staying at this place. They have so much protection with passcodes for the main gate and internal doors. They changed the passcode but they didn't inform me. I went to a late-night party and came early at 3 am all doors were locked. The staff who work here can't understand or speak English at all. It's a very big disadvantage to communicate with them if you need something.

They waited for me with the check in. It's located in front of a small lake and a quiet area. Cute design of the host and the bed was clean.
They didn't reply at all to my messages regarding the airport shuttle. I ended up getting scammed since I was so tired from the flight, could have been prevented...

Very good accomodation, the host was super nice and careful
