Super clean and quiet neighborhood with privacy. Not squeezed up against neighbors houses. Super friendly host and beautiful view of water. We were able to pull our boat straight up to the house. Will be back!

I booked this home in Hot Springs for a girls weekend. It was perfect! Within 15 minutes of downtown Hot Springs, but away from the hustle & bustle. Convenient to grocery stores, gas stations, etc. Great location! The view of the water from the living room is fantastic. The full bird feeder in the back yard attracted lots of different birds. We cooked several meals & the kitchen was well stocked with everything needed. Beds were comfy. Neighborhood was quiet. No complaints!

The house and property were great. However, you aren’t really on the lake. More like at the very end of a peninsula that had quite a bit of debris in it. We couldn’t use the kayaks because one had a hole in the bottom and the other had no seat. That was a little disappointing. We loved the fire pit and sitting in the rocking chairs. The house inside is beautifully appointed. The beds were very comfortable! There was also an air hockey game! Overall a very comfortable stay.

Spectacular lake views with some fun and entertaining visitors ☺️ (geese, squirrels and a variety of birds). Many extras you may not have even known you needed! Would definitely stay again just for coffee and wine with amazing views.

Absolutely great place to stay with fully stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Excellent views with massive windows. Quiet dead end road and listing is exactly as advertised. The beds were all SO COMFORTABLE! Highly Recommend!

This house is wonderful. It is as pictured and is very well stocked. The view is gorgeous. It is centrally located to lots of fun things to do. We went to Hot Springs National Park along with many of the nearby state parks. I would stay there again and highly recommend it.

Our stay at this home was wonderful! It had all the amenities and more that were needed for our stay, including coffee and sugar! The bed was comfortable and the view was amazing, even though the cove was a little dried up…we saw geese and ducks swimming right in front of the house. And loved the bird feeder outside the window where we saw many cardinals and other birds feeding. It was a peaceful and relaxing getaway! We had a question about the tv and the owners responded quickly and were super sweet.

This property was perfect for our group. The view was amazing, especially at sunset. The beds were comfortable. The only issues we had was connecting to the WiFi which we weren’t able to do during our whole stay even with the instructions provided. I would recommend putting shades or curtains in the living room because it gets very warm in there during the day. Other than that, we had everything we needed. We would definitely consider staying here again in the future if we return to Hot Springs.

I proposed to my wife in Hot Springs 20 years ago and we have returned to stay there many times. Until this weekend, we have always stayed in one of the downtown local hotels. We love downtown Hot Springs and Oaklawn, but probably won't be returning to stay there after this weekend because we like this property so much. For this trip we were looking for a short vacation in Hot Springs and wanted to find a place where the whole family (including my parents) could stay and enjoy both the local lakes and the city. This home totally exceeded our high expectations and made for a GREAT vacation. This is a beautiful modern home with all the amenities. It is in a secluded location directly on Lake Hamilton (with a fantastic waterfront view by the way), that is centrally located to the various lakes and town. Awesome hikes, boating on Lake Hamilton, Oaklawn and downtown Hot Springs are only 5-15 minutes away. We were very happy with this property and are already planning a return trip in the fall when it is a little cooler and easier to hike the many trails in the Hot Springs' area. Also, the owners were incredibly nice and responsive to the few questions we had. We loved this property. It is clean, modern and the beds are extra comfortable after a long day on the lake or the trails. Highly Recommended! We will be back again, hopefully soon!

Hey, Ya'll!! This is my favorite property I've stayed at so far! My mom and I like to take short trips all over and this one really was perfect for us! Beautiful home with gorgeous views and water access! We were so comfortable here we never wanted to leave. This lovely home made us decide to take longer trips together. The home is both comfortable and designed with a modern touch. It’s cute as a button and super clean, too. There are two TV’s in the house, a patio area in the back yard and a swing to let time pass for a bit. There’s a sunroom you’ll never want to leave, with recliners everywhere and great views of the lake. There’s geese, turtles and ducks to watch. The beds are super comfortable and the bedrooms are big enough for you and your luggage and still more for moving around. The master is quite large with a nice en-suite. All beds were made and all bathrooms have plenty of towels. The kitchen is well stocked and the owners even left candy out for a sweet snack! There was coffee and sugar already there. The owners were super responsive when we texted them. Never had any of them so on top of our questions. A truly great place to stay. I’d go back anytime!

It was a great rental. Because of the pillow top mattresses I cannot sleep on the beds because I have a bad back. But the electronic recliners in the family room was outstanding! So I slept very well in there what a wonderful atmosphere!

A little treasure of a property, updated, comfortable, well equipped with a water view of the lake. It is convenient to most of the Hot Springs attractions and easy to get to. The lake level was down during our visit, but would be a great summer time location as well when the lake is up!
