Experience this incredibly desirable Lakeland Village townhome, located in a tranquil lakefront setting that’s only a few short steps to the beach and a 5-minute walk along the sand to reach pubs, restaurants, boat rentals, fishing charters and more at the nearby Ski Run Marina. The unit has been updated throughout with granite countertops and new appliances in the kitchen. Within the complex, enjoy access to swimming pools, spas, snack bar, fitness center, and tennis courts.

This location is 1.2 miles from Heavenly Ski Resort, where you’ll experience some of the best skiing in the world! Love to cook? Conveniently located across the street is a Whole Foods Market for shopping so that you can come home to cook and create in an elegant culinary kitchen.

We love pets but only humans at this home.

The three level townhouse has bedrooms/bathrooms on the first floor, the great room, kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom on the second floor, and a loft with beds on the third level. The townhouse includes high-speed internet and Wi-fi. Two TVs have cable with HBO and two others are smart TVs with Netflix for your entertainment enjoyment. From Memorial Day to Labor Day, parking for 2 cars is included and for the rest of the year, ,parking for 4 cars is included.

A full size washer and dryer are in the townhome for your use.

We enjoyed our stay with our group of friends. Location of this property is perfect - close to groceries and restaurants, and within the complex this unit is a great location close to parking and the beach. Unit was well stocked and clean, beds and linens were all really comfy, and the check in/check out process was detailed and easy to follow. We would definitely stay again!

We came to Lake Tahoe for a family reunion. It was my family of four with two teens, my brothers, a girlfriend, and my elderly mom. The location was great. Very quiet and right on the lake which my kids loved. Very close to state line restaurants and shops. Heidi’s restaurant was a 3 minute walk and delicious breakfast. Place was very clean and roomy and comfortable. I didn’t realize the main living area was on the second floor which is where I wound up having my mom stay since that bedroom is next to the kitchen and family room. She uses a cane and had trouble with the stairs so we had to help her so keep this in mind for people with any physical disability. Otherwise, the place was perfect for us. And we loved the convenience of the washer and dryer. Highly recommend.

The property was great and met all of our needs. It was a "girls trip" friends weekend so we needed the extra beds. Although we had rental cars, the location was convenient for walking to nearby restaurants and shops. We were steps away from the beach. We could tell that great care was taken with cleanliness. The kitchen was fully stocked with appliances, dishes and utensils. We actually cooked quite a bit. The beds were comfy. There is no central A/C which I thought would be a problem, but it was not as the unit is quite shady. Also, there were several fans. The host, Lynda, was extremely responsive and easy to work with from beginning to end. The only recommendation I would make is that it is probably time for a new set of skillets and knives. We would definitely stay there again.

We absolutely loved being so close to the beach. We pretty much had the beach to ourselves. The condo was perfectly stocked. All the beds were cozy. We had elderly family and my husband is disabled so we were a bit concerned with the stairs. Didn’t see any clear explanation that it was 3 levels and the living room and kitchen up so many stairs. But it worked out fine.

What a beautiful house and such a great place to stay!! It was a minute walk to the lake The house was beautiful and the communication with the property managers was easy and great. Once we kept the windows down the house cooled down very nicely in the evening. We definitely will all come back and stay here!!

We had a wonderful time staying here. We were a group of five adults and four young children. The location is amazing. Of note, the loft bedroom doesn’t have doors or full walls. It is continuous with the living room. That interfered a bit with sleeping arrangements since adult couples wanted privacy, but young children needed quiet. It was hard to figure out how to use this space. Also, there is no AC, but there are fans for all of the rooms. It was sometimes hot during the day, but reasonably cool at night with windows open and fans on. All and all, it was a great place to stay and I would recommend it.

Plenty of room for our family of 3 generations with 4 BR, 3 baths plus loft. Very close to beach. House fans kept us cool on hot days. Everything was as advertised and we would stay there again.

As an extended family, we wanted time to be together for fun, relaxation, and activities. At this resort on Lake Tahoe, we found it all. The condo was close to the beach and afforded space for 6 adults and 3 teenagers. We could eat and be together comfortably or go out and explore individually, or as families. It was a fantastic experience for us all.

This condo was clean and well-maintained. The property manager was very easy to reach and communicated well. The layout was great for an extended family, and unlike some of the other properties there, it was updated. My only issue is that the tennis courts at Lakeland Village were closed for repairs, which was a bummer as our family really enjoys tennis, but that was not the fault of the property manager. Everything else was great!

The place was perfect for our family of 10 with 5 kids. Enough beds for everyone and location is close to Heavenly gondolas, casinos and other snow activities for the kids. We would definitely stay here again in the future!

The property was beautiful, and the location was incredible. Grocery store right across the street, Heavenly ski resort just 10 minutes away, and stateline not far off either. It was very easy to stay warm thanks to the fireplace, heating registers, and the heater built into the bathroom. The dining area was large enough to accommodate our entire party of 8 adults, and the open layout meant nobody had to miss out.

The location was great. We were able to walk down to the lake, there was a Whole Foods across the street and the River Grill basically next door. The property itself was large and we were able to fit 9 members of our family comfortably for a week long stay. I would say the only thing that was a turn off was that they provided you with hardly any soap and shampoo. Also, the ceiling in the bathrooms above the shower was crumbling away and some even fell on my nephew while he was showering. At this price point you do not expect to run into those kinds of situations.

Brought family together for a well-needed getaway. It was perfect for relaxing, shopping, good food and fun things to do. Property is close to everything and the private beach w/plenty of beach chairs was ideal. Until was exceptional. Clean, large and hosted six adults more than comfortably. Enjoyed the large dining table where we could all sit together. Would stay again and recommend to others. (Bring your own beach towels and extra toiletries and you are good to go!)

We really enjoyed the fact that the house was so close to the beach! We brought our inflatable SUP's and kayak and had a great time going out into the water in the early mornings. The house was well equipped with cooking utensils, pots and pans as we ate in quite a bit. The house was clean and beautiful. Beds were comfy and we were all very happy staying there. The house was close to the grocery stores and a short drive to rent ebikes. We definitely will stay here again! We absolutely loved it!
