House Rules
* Maximum occupancy 10 people (not including children 5 and under). Number of occupants are strictly enforced by the County.
* VHR Permit #: 073622 Transient Occupancy Tax #: 069225 Number of bedrooms: 4 bedrooms
* Quiet hours between 10pm - 8am and occupancy is limited during quiet hours.
* Pets are not permitted at any time to ensure a safe and allergen-free environment for all our guests. We strive to maintain this vacation home as a pet-free space for everyone's comfort.
* No smoking. Smoking in the house will be a $300 fine.
* GUEST IS REQUIRED TO SIGN RENTER AGREEMENT WILL BE EMAILED AFTER BOOKED.
* SECURITY DEPOSIT REQUIRED OF $300. DEPOSIT TO BE PROCESSED BY HOST ON GUEST'S CREDIT CARD.
* MINIMUM AGE OF PRIMARY RENTER IS 25 YEARS OLD
* Keep all trash in the trash bag and place them in the bear metal box. Do not leave trash outside of the bear box or front porch. Trash collection day is THURSDAY. Please bring all trash by Wednesday night.
* No more than three cars parking at any time. No parking on the street.
* Guests agree to comply with Eldorado County Vacation Home Rental Ordinance.
* Any sort of fire is not allowed on the property.
*HOT TUB WATER MIGHT BE DRAINED COMPLETELY AND IT WILL TAKE 8 HOURS OR MORE TO HEAT UP. DURING THE COLD WEATHER SEASON, IT MIGHT TAKE LONGER TIME TO HEAT UP. PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THE DESIRED TEMPERATURE WILL NOT BE REACHED ON THE CHECK-IN DAY. IT WILL BE READY TO USE NEXT DAY AFTER YOU CHECK-IN.
* Hot Tub use only between 8am and 10pm
* Please ensure the hot tub cover is closed, securely strapped, and locked after each use. It is requirement by El Dorado County.
* Please ensure that car doors are closed and locked at all times to prevent wild animals from attempting to enter. Additionally, avoid leaving any food inside the car. If this policy is not followed and a wild animals break into your vehicle, we cannot be held responsible for any resulting damage.
* An outdoor security camera is installed at the entrance for your safety. We kindly ask that you keep noise to a reasonable level, as we live in a peaceful neighborhood and want to ensure the comfort of our neighbors. Please also note that, per city ordinance, loud music is not permitted after 10 pm. Thank you for your understanding.
* This is a family-oriented home, where parties or events are not permitted. We kindly ask that all guests be respectful, mature, and responsible during their stay. If you're looking to bring a large group and host a party, this may not be the right fit. We take pride in offering a warm, clean, and tastefully decorated space for those who value their travel experiences and family vacations. Please treat our home with the same care you would your own.
* Please ensure the front door and windows are securely closed upon departure. Unsecured doors can allow animals to enter the home, and guests may be held responsible for any damage that results from not following this guideline.
