Cabin is great we got to watch fireworks and drone show every night for free that Dollywood put on because the cabins is only 2 minutes from there beautiful view plenty of stuff for kids and the kid inside us adults… it has a classic game console up stairs with lots of old games we grew up with the pool table is fun and of course the sticks were short because of limited space but still fun ( your not in a pool hall for the complaining) had board games on middle floor an puzzles on lower level had fooseball chess an air hockey … plenty of sleeping areas ( down stairs) one room has 6 bunk beds one room king I believe and bathroom ( middle floor) kitchen living bathroom and another king ( top floor) pool table area beautiful view an 2 queens I believe with 4 small bunks for those with small children an a private bathroom… the reason now for 4 star an not 5 driveway is ruff you can squeeze 3 full-size trucks in if need to just hard to turnaround but that is ok considering the awesome location an spectacular view it offers

This is a nice cabin that is maximized to sleep a large group or a small group in compact space. Check in and Out is very easy. Cabin was very clean and kitchen well equipped. Feels like you are out in the woods but really only a few minutes from anything in Pigeon Forge. Very near Dollywood and you have a great view of the nightly fireworks show. We really enjoyed our stay. We didn’t have any young children this time but there were several beds designed just for kids. Would stay here again. Not a lot of outside space if you’re looking for that but cabin and deck were perfect

Great location near Dollywood!
You can see the fireworks from the back porch.

Wonderful mountain view!!!Great secluded location, nice cabin, spacious, lots of kitchen stuff. But it's very loud, the floors and stairs creak and you can hear every movement of everyone, hear everything everyone says in every area of the cabin. The water barely gets warm,so no hot showers.

We came for vacation in mid May. 2 families 4 adults and 6 kids (ages 3-12)
Pros: gorgeous views, spacious, clean hot tub, large beds, VERY close to Dollywood ( 1min) and pigeon forge (6min). Quite area. Nice deck.
Cons: (I would like to preface by saying I didn’t talk to mngt about any of this largely due to being busy and my own anxiety)
No extra trash bags for the kitchen, the door knob in the downstairs bathroom was broken, the hot water wasn’t very hot, we couldn’t find a dust pan, the upstairs bedroom AC remote didn’t have batteries, the back patio door lock was difficult to lock.
It would be nice to get a folder with info and locations of things in the cabin. Coffee filters for the coffee pots would also be a good idea.

Our party consisted of four teenage boys, grandma & grandpa, me (mom) and our dog. We all enjoyed our stay! The boys hardly wanted to leave the cabin because of all of the things to do and the spaces they had. It was unexpected, but very cost effective as we all know what attractions and dinners cost, especially with multiple kids! AND all the boys got along beautifully which made it worth every penny. I got some time to relax on the decks quite a bit, another priceless bonus. The cabin is very nice! Beds are comfortable, everything was very clean and it has a great location close to Dollywood. It was fun to hear the steam train whistle on and off from Dollywood! Very easy to find and a quick trip to the strip. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay. We will be back! Wonderful cabin!

This cabin had 2 king beds plus 2 queens and a ton of bunk beds and also small nooks that my younger children loved. Also the arcade machine, Foosball, air hockey and chess board were great! Everyone had something to do while we were hanging at the cabin in between outings and the view was great too! We come to this area every year and this cabin hit everything on my wish list!

We own a family business and work really hard together. Thanks to the Lazy Dayz Lodge we had a few days to all have fun together! Great accommodations with super easy check out and Checkin! Was super thankful to not have to feel like I was cleaning my own house to be able to check out like a lot of the vacation rentals. We will definitely be coming again!

Awesome view ! Beautiful cabin with all the comfort to enjoy with family and friends.

The cabin was clean upon arrival and in a good location. I made my first maintenance call within 15 minutes of arriving. The lower level power didn’t work along with a few easy fix issues, I.e. light bulbs out. The next call was hot tub related and unfortunately it wasn’t resolved until 9pm of our last night so unable to use it. We actually got snowed in our first 24 hours so the hot tub would have been great.

This cabin is located up a steep road that is adjacent to the entrance to Dollywood. We were renting with friends and adult children to celebrate the Thanksgiving holiday. The home has a wonderful log cabin feel with lots of amenities. We enjoyed the outdoor hot tub on the balcony awhile being treated to holiday drone light shows in the night sky over Dollywood. The beds were very comfortable and the room arrangement worked out well for our group. We ordered our Thanksgiving turkey and some side dishes from a nearby Publix and warmed them in the oven. It worked out great. There was a small coffee pot with filters, a toaster, a roomy refrigerator/ freezer and some cooking utensils. There were dishes, glasses, mugs and silverware, pots and pans but not much bakeware and no spices or condiments. They provide dishwasher pods and dish washing liquid along with some paper towels and dish cloths.
While we enjoyed our stay, we did have a couple of issues…the cabin appeared to be clean but we did see a few roaches in the kitchen. We called the manager and he said they would let the cleaning company know. The biggest problem we had was that the WiFi wasn’t working. We had a couple of college professors in our group who had work they needed to get done during our stay so they were frustrated by not being able to connect to the internet. That also meant that the TV’s were not working - no Thanksgiving parades or football games 😢. Huge TV’s in all the rooms - but useless without WiFi. We notified the manager but they were unable to help with the problem because of the holiday. The sofas were lumpy but without TV we didn’t spend much time there. All of us got decent cell phone reception from various providers. We played pool, but the room is too small for some shots with the regular length pool cues. We couldn’t find the puck for the air hockey table, but enjoyed the chess set. There was plenty of hot water for all seven of us to shower. They provided nice towels and bed linens in all the rooms. We took several drives around the area and found that most visitors chose the “tourist attractions “ over the scenic beauty of the Smoky Mountains. We took nice hikes and saw some deer, wild turkeys and a couple of bears. It was a little late for the fall colored leaves. There was lots of rain just before we arrived so most of the leaves were gone, but we could tell that the fall views must have been spectacular from the deck. We brought our little beagle and he loved walking through the fallen leaves. We also celebrated our friend’s 81st birthday visit and made lots of great memories there!

Location is great, no way around that.
The couches, and furniture in general, were worn out and uncomfortable.
The hot tub was a nice feature, it was clean and at temperature. However, they need to fix the bar for the cover. Without the bar hooked up, it’s a pain to recover because there isn’t enough room to walk to back of tub to lift cover.
The beds and the bedding were sufficient.
The games were cool, but there was no puck for the air hockey table, and there was a pool ball missing.
The biggest frustration, which persisted our entire stay, was the intermittent internet and Wi-Fi. All the tvs work off the Wi-Fi, so when there is no Wi-Fi, there is no tv. This was terrible and I contacted Vacasa host but no resolution was provided.
If I were to recommend this cabin to someone, it would be based solely on the proximity to Dollywood.

The location is great, the facility could use some love and care. We arrived and the house cleaning crew was still there, leaving us confused and unable to check in. We had to wait at another cabin parking lot until they left. Our other people were left at the airport waiting on us to arrive because we could not unload our car or check in. If you stay here, you cannot use the grill. Due to the trash left outside by others, there were a few bears sighted. Also be aware the jacuzzi tub inside the main bathroom does not work, the dishwasher leaks, and the sinks take awhile to drain. The dryer does not close, so you have to hold it shut to do laundry. The heater does not work so it is very cold at night. Be careful with the pool table, it is placed on the balcony near windows...you need to use the shorter sticks to avoid the glass.
The cabin has tons of room but is not ideal for a group trip. There is no room for parking. We could only fit two cars. Anything more would block the road.
The cabin does have a great balcony both on the lower and bottom decks. We enjoyed the couches. The beds are also very comfortable. The queen bedroom had the most space. We did not have kids but there is plenty of room for a family.

Everything was great
My only issue is not having a coffee pot and not being able to see out front during the night in order to use the grill

We recently rented this home for a family vacation with our kids and grand kids. True to the listing online it has a beautiful view. That was the only positive about this cabin. It is apparent that the owner has neglected this property. Here are some of the issues we encountered. Most important were broken and missing rails on both decks, 30 to 40 ft above ground. It took Vacasa 3 days to get someone out to fix this safety issue. This was only after multiple calls on our part insisting that this be fixed due to our young grand children's safety being at risk. Broken or in need of repair: dish washer, oven, dryer, pool table, Foose ball table, deck furniture. Arrived to find crumbs in the bed and a full sized top sheet on a king sized bed. Sheets and spreads on every bed had stains. Linens were old and worn. The towels were like drying with sand paper. There was a insufficient supply of basics like trash bags, paper towels, hand soap. Windows and deck furniture were filthy. It was apparent it had been a long time, if ever, that they had been cleaned. The grass was literally 2 ft tall, blocking access to the grill. Again, we called multiple times to get this addressed. We arrived on Monday. The grass was not cut until Friday evening. I really had high hopes for this cabin based on what we paid. It was our treat to our family and we were really embarrassed based on its condition. I may have felt a little better if the issues were addressed timely but they were not. We will never use this company again.

The house was God but there where a one problems first when you opened the microwave part fell off then it took hours for to figure out how to get the hottub to work and they gave the wrong internet info so had problems with that all and all it was a good house and would use again but there where issues

Beautiful view and great location. I can deal with old and dated, but do not except dirty and broken. Took 2 days to clean the hot tub ( which they state is cleaned for every guest). We came in and cleaned the cobwebs and dog hair on the stairs. Sheets were ripped and stretched out so they kept coming off the bed. Pillows were old and stained. We immediately took off the bedspreads as they smelled like dirty dogs. Towels were worn out, frayed and bleach stained. Moldy and dirty vents and returns. Mismatched cracked dishes and non stick pans that were peeling. I took lots of pictures. But the layout was perfect and the view was amazing! This cabin could be amazing with some detail cleaning and new bedding.

We visited this cabin at the beginning of August 2022. There were plenty of space to park 3 vehicles. Main floor had the kitchen, dining space, 1 bathroom with the Master bedroom. Upstairs has another bedroom that easily accommodates 3 adults and 2 children. Basement or the lowest level has another spacious bedroom and another kids room with 6 bunk beds. This cabin was extremely comfortable accommodating 9 people in our party. Virtual View was broken for this cabin (you may want to correct it). TVs were in every room. Kitchen was fully equipped with dish washer soap and dish cleaning sponge/fluid. Only thing we missed was a Oven safe metal tray. Overall cleanliness was very good for this cabin. One miss (and it is not the fault of cleaning crew) - basement bathroom shower curtain (inner lining) must be replaced - it has mold on it and every time a person takes a shower, a little bit of mold comes off which can be very off putting. Hot tub is very clean and works great! Every night we were treated to the beautiful Fire works and Drone show from the Dollywood nearby. Cabin is located on a steep hill so 4 wheel drive is a good recommendation. There is a laundry (washer and dryer) and we brought our own washing detergent with us. Both machine worked well. There is a charcoal grill on the premises. We needed to buy additional cleaning supply to clean the grill as it was very rusty. Burgers came out great once we did the necessary cleanup. Overall, we had a great time staying in this cabin. It was truly a home away from home and I would highly recommend this cabin to anyone looking for a get-away in the Smoky Mountains!

With the close proximity to DollyWood, we were treated to a fireworks/drone display every evening on our balcony. The view was wonderful and cabin was close to lots of attractions. Cabin was clean and orderly. We had a great time!

Ideal location, right across the street from Dollywood. Beautiful cabin with awesome views. Just a few minor issues with the cabin ( upkeep things): some of the AC vents on the lower levels leaked when the unit was running. The road leading to the cabin was severely overgrown with vines, and the small yard area needed to be cut, especially having a dog with us; made potty breaks difficult. Top level bathroom needs a new TP holder, as it is missing the bar (a minor inconvenience).
Hot tub was a hit and a nice accomodation. Cabin was pretty clean and had all the amenities needed for a family vacation. Would definitely good back if we need a cabin of this size, as we were a group of 14.
We had a great family vacation.

Great place near everything! 4.5 Stars!
We loved the location, which was on a mountainside with a great view and literally at the exit of Dollywood. It was convenient to both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg with backroads to avoid some of the heavy traffic on the main drag. The place was clean and well laid out.

This cabin was spacious and a good location. It had some electrical problems that were not addressed while we were there, bottom bed rooms were freezing. When we turned on the heaters the breaker tripped, also woke up to water tripping on us and everything on the floor were. Lights went off several times in the main floor bedroom. Parking was awful as the drive needed alot of attention. There is no way possible to park 5 cars as stated we barely parked 2 . I had to call 3 times and I never say any trace of anyone coming to fix anything. We will not be back to any properties managed by this business.

My family has stayed in the pigeon forge area 6 previous times in various cabins. This time we needed a larger cabin to celebrate my parent's 50th wedding anniversary. We were very disappointed with the accommodations. It started with the parking. First of all the parking was not near large enough to accommodate the number of people that the cabin accommodates. The drive is pulling away from the road and there is a large hole between the road and drive that can cause car damage. The back porch railing is in disrepair and if you had young children you would not want them out there. The hot tub on the back patio had mold in it and the exterior casing was in great disrepair. The pool sticks were broken. The ice maker was broken. The upstairs shower head and mattress needed replaced. One of the bunk bed mattress was slit open and you could see the mattress springs. There was a thick layer of dust on upstairs ceiling fan. The downstairs patio furniture was rusted, very dirty and needed replaced. The main level bathroom shower leaks and the floor feels very soft as if you are about to fall thru the floor. The only thing good about this cabin is the large kitchen table and the mountain view.
