About this cabin rental

Looking for that perfect place for your family vacation? Look no further! This comfortable and spacious cabin features 4 BR, 3 BA and is perfect for both families and couples. Its located in Woodridge Village, just a short 1 mile drive from all the fun at the strip with NO scary roads getting there. The cabin is very comfortable and features a Hot Tub, Hi-Speed WiFi, 5 Smart TVs, Games, and 3 decks for relaxing. There's 2 Seasonal community pools too!

You'll enter the cabin on the main floor where you will enjoy the fully equipped kitchen with new stainless steel appliances, and spacious living area. There is enough seating for everyone to eat and relax together! The first king bedroom is also on this floor plus a full bathroom . Its perfect for the grandparents! There is a pull out queen sleeper sofa in the living room as well.

Head upstairs where you will find the next 2 King bedrooms. The first bedroom is also equipped with a desk for working while the other features its own private deck with chairs. There's another full bathroom shared by both the bedrooms.

On the lower level you will find the spacious game room. It features a full size pool table, foosball table, arcade game, board games and additional pull out queen sleeper sofa. Right off on the lower level deck is the Hot Tub. There's also another full bathroom and laundry room with washer and dryer.
The 4th bedroom is also on the lower level and features two log twin bunk beds- Kids will love it!

Relax on the back three covered decks and front porch and enjoy the and 2 porch swings; there is room for everyone to have outside privacy.

The two resort pools (open Memorial- Labor day) are available to our guests! One is a 5 minute walk from the cabin, the other a quick 2 min drive.

This cabin is well equipped and very comfortable. Bring your family to "Its a Wonderful Life" for that vacation or family reunion you've always dreamed of!:)

There is level parking in front of the cabin that can accommodate 3-4 vehicles depending on size.

The kitchen is equipped with a drip coffee maker as well as a Keurig machine. We do not provide K cups so be sure to bring some of your own!

The HOA pools are open seasonally from Memorial- Labor day from 10am-10pm.

The cabin features 5 smart TVs. There is no cable.

For your convenience we have a pack n play, and high chair in the cabin.

Please note that the gas Fireplace is only operational from Oct 1 - March 31 as are all cabins in the area.

Absolutely no Smoking! If you smoke in the cabin or on any of the decks you will lose your security deposit and can be charged cleaning fees of up to $500.

**NOTE! This cabin is winter friendly but we do not offer refunds for weather. Please check the weather before you come and be prepared with all-wheel-drive and groceries should it snow.

Access: The front door has an electronic lock, you will be provided the code a few days before check-in.

BBQ: There is a charcoal BBQ located in front of the cabin to the right of the porch. Please note that it's just not feasible to clean this after every guest, and so you may have to clean it before use, depending on how the last guest left it. We do not provide charcoal.

Cell service is generally good in the cabin. There is no landline in the cabin

We provide a starter set of coffee, laundry detergent, dishwashing powder, dishwashing liquid, paper towels, 1 toilet paper per bath, organic body soap, Mountain Fresh Nourishing shampoo, and trash bags per reservation. There is no daily housekeeping service.

Excellent place to stay and hike. Far enough off the main path but close enough to shops, groceries and the park. Plenty of space for families and quiet in the evening for enjoying the outdoors on the porch. The game room was an absolute hit with our kids (8 & 9). Absolutely would stay again! Host’s instructions were clear, concise and easy to follow. Excellent cabin!

We all enjoyed everything about our stay with the exception it wasn’t long enough lol.. Well equipped kitchen,, plenty of towels, all beds were very comfortable. Cannot say enough about the game room certainly kept all our kiddos busy. Hot tub looked nice however we did not get a chance to use it.. Such an easy drive to food, activities, shows, Dollywood etc. Really recommend Hillbilly Golf (great time) Mel’s Diner was really good too. Would absolutely stay again… Oh and deffinately not lacking blankets..

We celebrated my mother in laws 70th birthday. We had an amazing time. The house is perfect for three couples. Everyone had their own space. Pet friendly. Would definitely recommend to a friend!

Grill worked just fine! Pool Is just about a 5 minute walk and was clean and organized. Hot tub in excellent condition and plenty of blankets , pillows and kitchen supplies.

This was my very first time using VRBO. The property was nestled in trees, providing beauty, nature, privacy. The property and home felt safe. The cabin was absolutely beautiful. We (the grandparents brought our grandchildren who live in another country, whom we see rarely. We were able to create wonderful memories together. Although our time spent was mainly Dollywood. The cabin offered games, TV, WIFI, a spa, decks, plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, a living room and spacious full kitchen. It was very clean. We appreciated the extras (some dishwasher tabs, dish soap, ect. The property was close to the town of Pigeon Forge and Dollywood. It was a wonderful and fun time for all of us!

We had a great stay here, there were 8 adults, 2 kids & our dog! Plenty of room for everyone, in every part of the house. The game room & hot tub being downstairs were so nice, and the common areas were all large enough for us to hangout! Very good location & easy access to the strip in Pigeon Forge! Would recommend to any family/friends going to the area & would book again! Host was great to work with & quick to respond to any questions!

This cabin was great for our group of 6 ladies who stayed. There was plenty of space for us to stretch out. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The location made it super easy to get to the parkway in no time. I will say the only con was that the bunk beds were not comfortable for adults, but the other beds were very comfortable.

Everything was good. There were a few things wrong which I lefted a note on dinning room table stating. The main thing was the trash was not picked up during our stay therefore could not fit all in the trash cans and could not lock them. Had to leave a couple of bags inside. Over all we loved the cabin and had a great time.

The property was great! Super close to everything and very clean. We stayed 3 families with a total of 9 people. The house was plenty big enough for everyone to have their own space and bathroom. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

This home was very nice, and location was great! Pictures are very accurate, and the cabin was clean (except for a battery, sock & hair left in the upstairs bathroom). The hot tub is older & smaller than we were expecting, but we made the best of it. Has a nice indoor fireplace, and many options on the tv to watch.

The location, space and appearance were wonderful. The only desire was a little more/better cooking supplies and a little more linen and towel supplies. Had to do with our number of kids over most guests I think.

Overall we had a great experience. There were a few little things that could be better. We had 3 children, 4 adults and 2 dogs. everyone had room to breath. We didn't see the property manager or anyone regarding the property so I cannot comment on that.

The jacuzzi didn't work and I'm thinking the cleaning crew may have overlooked the walls going to the game room.It was something brown and finger prints.Overall its a nice place for family or friends.

Everything was wonderful. Just what we asked for. But considering my grandchildren has asthma. The cabin wasn't prepared for guest to an extent. There were spiders and spider websites all in the cabin. Nothing we wasn't upset about i just had to clean it up ourselves and went and bought Spider spray. One of the tubs was kinda stopped up. Other than that it was PERFECT
