We had another wonderful trip to the One in a Million Lakehouse. New stove, dishwasher and microwave this trip, which made cooking a breeze. As always, had a great time on the lake, kayaking and canoeing. Saw several deer and had a lovely, relaxing time. Thanks, again!

This is our second time at "The One In A Million Lake" and it was just a good as the first time.
Communication with Leidiane was great.
My family had a wonderful time fishing, kayaking and enjoying the peaceful seclusion of the property.
Little Nashville is only 20 minutes away. Enjoyed several restaurants and shopping.
Thanks again for sharing. We all had a awesome weekend!!!!!!!

Most everything was really great. It is a beautiful property.
A storm rolled in and so did the algae on the water. Honestly the worst thing is that we were apparently there during millipede season. We were vacuuming up the millipedes in the downstairs 4 times a day. They property manager came out when asked and put more products down.
They replaced the oven and microwave before our stay. I am thankful but the new stove means som of the cabinets don’t open. Also we really needed that drink fridge that died before we came because the fridge is small.
The game barn is not worth paying extra for

We have begun taking family vacations (us, our kids, our grandkids) and this property was recommended to us. We had the perfect weather - sunny with temps in the upper 80’s each day for the 4 days. We “boated” and floated in the lake most of each day. The adults enjoyed a fire each evening once the kids were in bed. We unplugged from the world, except to catch up on the Cubs and the Masters. We had such a good time that none of us left the property until it was time to check out.
We did not rent the game barn, so we can’t comment on that. We didn’t need it for entertainment but then we had perfect weather and enjoyed the lake/beauty/fun/boats of the property.

We had a group from Illinois, Ohio and Indiana. It had been years since we were all together and this was the perfect place. We used the canoe to enjoy the lake and had a great time sitting around the fire and catching up. Will def be back!

If you're reading through the reviews to decide on staying here...book it!! We had a wonderful time exploring the land, playing with the lake toys, and relaxing in the hot tube. House was clean and kitchen well stocked. You won't regret booking this place!

We really loved the place. It was so beautiful, cozy, we loved the hikes and the whole family really enjoyed the game room too! Absolutely loved it!

We really enjoyed our stay at this lake house cabin. It was our second time there - it’s the right size for our group and provides just the right amount mix of room to roam on the property, ability to enjoy the game barn and quiet relaxation in the cabin.

Absolutely amazing place with everything you’ll need, to have the best time. Our family spent and celebrated Thanksgiving at the cabin and we could not have picked a better place. A lot to do for every age. Boats, board games, Karaoke, jacuzzi, breath taking nature, I could go on and on. Definitely recommend this place and hope to be back soon.

The property is gorgeous. We had a great time walking around and taking in the views. It was very thorny, so dress appropriately. Our stay was in November so ticks weren’t much of an issue, but in warmer months expect the ticks to be pretty bad. The owner says to bring bug spray and they mean it!
We spent a very chilly and rainy day in the game barn, which was great and thankfully heated! The pool table adds some special challenges to a friendly game, but don’t expect a well balanced slate table. We had a lot of fun with it regardless. Because it was cold we didn’t get to use the boats, but they had plenty and the lake is beautiful.
Beds were cozy and the house was perfect for our crew of 6 adults. Would love to go back in the summer with the kids.

This is a great location and the place was clean when we arrived. However we had a minor injury and thought it a bit tacky that they charged us 72.00 to replace a sheet and mattress pad which could have easily been washed out

Great location and scenery. Plenty to do. Very nice accommodations. Owners communication was always prompt.

Amazingly tranquil. Our second time staying hopefully we'll make it back there again someday? Hard to say being from 700 miles away. I don't know if it's for everyone but it's exactly what we're after in a vacation!

One of our favorite vrbo stays ever. Loved the pvt lake, the beach, and all the kayaks and paddle boards. The kids ( and we adults as well) were by the water sun up until after dark. Wonderful outdoor amenities!!! Loved the privacy of the property.
The house was super comfortable, great kitchen, and plenty of room for all of us. We had hoped to stay there again next Labor Day weekend but it was already booked. Because of our stories, our cousins have booked this property for their family next June.
We hope to return again.

Great experience and beautiful property! Only suggestions would be to provide toiletries that are often forgotten like shampoo/conditioner etc. My experience in similar properties and prices had coffee, creamer, shampoo/conditioner, etc provided to guests.
For the price I expected beds to be a little more comfortable, investing in new mattresses and definitely new mattress pads could be a good idea, too.
The map that was supposed to show the trail around the lake was no where to be found, we ventured out and found one but it just didn't go all the way around and it was too overgrown to hike early on.
Close enough to hard truth, downtown shopping and wineries and the state park.
Overall great experience!

Lovely property in the literal middle of nowhere. Very quiet and serene. There was miscommunication between the owner and cleaning lady who didn’t think anyone was staying there that weekend and we were left with a slightly dirty cabin. The master bathroom looked like it hadn’t been touched with toothpaste splatter, hair and makeup all over the sink. The toilet desperately needed cleaning. We had to assist the making of the basement bed and the other beds didn’t appear to have fresh sheets. Looked like just made from the prior guests. Dirty dishes in the cabinet and all the kitchen towels had food stuck on them. For what we paid for a weekend stay, I expected a cleaner facility. The outdoor space is lovely. Welcoming and beautiful. The game barn wasn’t anything special and we didn’t even use it, just walked around to look at it. Overall, our group would stay there again but we would need to ensure proper cleanliness prior to checking in.

Family weekend in a beautiful setting and property, the cabin was well equipped and worked well for what we needed with ample space and sleeping options. The view from the master bedroom and living room is amazing, and their is plenty of fun to be had between the lake and game barn to keep the whole family busy all weekend. Definitely a gem, hope to be back again!

We had a wonderful time at the lake house! We had 3 generations and it was perfect. The rental was clean and well stocked. We spent 3 nights and the old folks had as much fun as the young ones. Lake house has enough room to spread out and have a little privacy
if needed. Our time was spent enjoying the lake. Daytime water activities with the paddleboards and kayaks and canoe. Just bouncing around in the water with the littles in their lifejackets. We fished ALOT and had the best time catching blue gill, bass, and catfish. Bring bait! We didnt see a paddleboat anywhere so it may he out of commision? The game barn was nice but we spent our time at the water. Kitchen has everything imaginable . Only downside was serving spoons are running low and oven temp seemed way off . Easy fixes. Overall this place is a 5 especially for the fun and family atmosphere it provides. Highly recommend. We will be back!

Our family weekend get away was "THE BEST"!!! Spent all our time relaxing, fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding. Little Nashville only 20 minutes away. Caught catfish, bass and too many bluegills to count! The owners were super great!! Thanks for sharing such a beautiful place. We would definitely stay again!!!

We had a great time. Very secluded by close enough to enjoy downtown Nashville. Very cute town

The property is absolutely lovely. I was informed two days prior to renting that the hot tub was not operational and would not be fixed until two days before our checkout. I asked the owner about a partial refund-the response was an unequivocal “NO” because it wasn’t their fault and the rental agreement stated as much. It is accurate that the agreement states this but the hot tub was one of the
primary reasons we were renting this property. My grandkids love to “swim” and the lake was too full of leeches to enjoy swimming. I just want potential renters to beware that there is no reasonably negotiating with the owners even if it wasn’t our fault that the hot tub wasn’t operational. The cottage was well stocked and we had a wonderful time but we won’t be returning.

This property is gorgeous and full of activities to occupy adults and children! The specific directions were very much appreciated since there isn't cell service. The doors all have keypads making it easy to get in. All of the furniture is older but clean. There is a 10-page document that was a bit overwhelming with all of the rules, including a trick instruction towards the end to make sure you read the whole thing. Thought the additional charges for the game barn and early check-in were unnecessary given the game barn is not really maintained, and the early check-in is not guaranteed even if you pay. Overall though enjoyed our stay!

Our group was three couples with three children, toddler to school-age, and we had an amazing long weekend at the one in a million lakehouse! Unfortunately, the hot tub wasn't working (had just broken before our visit), but our favorite spot was out on the lake. It was awesome to be able to have almost our whole group out on the lake at once, with the various kayaks, canoe and paddle boards. Playground was nice, but ticks kept us away a bit. Game barn was also a lot of fun, and would have been great if we'd had any rain. We did a lot of cooking in the nice, big kitchen and charcoal grill (NOTE: the gas grill needs a new starter, wasn't working). We plan to be back next summer, thank you so much!! Great communication with owner. Once we arrived, we never left.

We absolutely loved this place! The boats and kayaks were used often. We didn’t get to the game barn as much due to the time we spent in the water and later by the fire pit. So much nature to view! Great time had by all! Definitely bring tick spray and check yourself and clothing often! Thanks so much!!

We loved the pond area. Enjoyed the canoe and kayaks. The cabin was nice and well supplied. The floors were filthy!! Our feet and socks were black walking on them. This is really our only complaint.

Beautiful place, just as pictured. Cabin was clean and had all needed kitchen supplies. We had good weather and the outside was beautiful, quiet and relaxing. We enjoyed sitting outside and using the hot tub. Would have loved to stay a couple extra days, if time would have allowed. Highly recommend staying here.

Relaxing stay in a beautiful cabin/property. Lots of things to do to keep the kids happy. Canoe and kayaks were a big hit, as was the game barn. Communication with host was easy. Would stay here again for sure.

Beautiful cabin in a very private location. The private pond produced over 100 monster bluegill on one day. Next door to Brown County State Park and a short trip to Nashville. Plenty to keep you busy at the 80 acre property. This property was awesome for our family get a way.

The kids loved fishing and using the kayaks. The ticks were worse than we anticipated, but that is nature. Quick responses from the owner!
